I still have a few leafs I have to remove. But this girl has bounced back. This strain seems to do better on a lower dose of nutrients. I raised up the light a few inch’s. I will be flipping her in a week or two, I would love loke to allow a little more growth. This strain is definitely a beginner statin. This plant has been through so much do to my errors. Still not much smell. I am hoping she will flower nicely after everything. All we can do is watch.

Hola , en este cultivo de sugar black rose que es la primera vez que la cultivó quede muy contento con todo el desarrollo que llevó a cabo la planta, desde un inicio del cultivo se desarrollaron de buena manera , muy vigorosas y resistente a los estrés que pudieron vivir dentro del cultivo como temperaturas un poco más elevada durante el día además de una muy buena resistencia también a la escasez de agua . Su Olor es maravilloso en floración un olor dulces muy llamativo y toques a gasolina senti. En las ultimas semanas de floracion tomaron un color morado muy bello dejando la planta hermosa visualmente y un olor fantástico. estas niñas fueron cortadas el 23 de febrero , fueron secadas cerca de 20 días y posterior a eso pasaron a frasco para su curado . he probado las flores secas y la verdad es que el toque dulce es muy marcado al fumar muy rica variedad que sin duda la cultivare nuevamente para buscar los mejores sabores y conservar algunos clones ya que esta vez no realice seleccion de ninguna.-

08/26/2020 2nd week of flowering and temps are down in soil to 68° going to be 56 tonight. Put a video of her sister plant. These girls should go another 8-9weeks but our first frost date is around the 10th of October hope for a warm and dry fall. 08/29/2020 got her tied down, snapped the center branch so I tied her stem upright. Gonna give her one last dose of blood meal (12-0-0)before week 3 starts that should be good for the next 4weeks, and 2 tbls of (4-9-3) so my last feeding will be (16-9-3) for the stretching fingers are crossed🙏

So that’s that , the GSC is done , clipped and drying . I’ve already chopped up about a half oz and it’s soo tasty I’ll leave it alone now to dry and cure . I tried the 48 hours of dark before harvest and fed her only water the last week or so . A successful run from fast buds genetics I’ll end up with about 30 oz in a 4x4 thanks largely to this GSC that will end up around 12oz when she’s bagged .

11/3 - Today is technically the first day of Week 5 and also the first day I could see a visible drop in her water level since her last check-in (~12 hours apart). As a result, her ppms shot up to around 800. I diluted the solution with straight tap (7.5pH, 170ppm) since her pH was registering around 5.3. This brought her up to 5.6pH and 670ppm (1.0ec + tap, 500ppm of nutrients). I would have liked to adjust her pH more, but the water level ended up at the bottom of the basket. I'll adjust further as necessary. The other day while attempting to LST her top branches, they ended up snapping off, so I just topped her down one node and broadened her other LST to make her as squat as possible. Once I am able to find a suitable individual ScrOG screen, I will put it on her. 11/4 - I wasn't even planning on doing an update today, but I want to note a few changes. The first of which is a visible difference between her foliage density in a span of 36 hours. Her root bundle is over a foot long and getting more wound up every day. I removed her LST ties in order to take advantage of the ScrOG screen apparatus (see notes below). After lights came back on, she measured 645ppm and had another notable drop in water level. Currently, I am preparing another nutrient solution that closely matches what she is feeding on now. I will be upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket. I will be aiming for 1ec of nutrients/additives (500ppm + Tap on my meter, Hanna Primo .5 conversion). Tap measured 180ppm, so target ppm would be 680. Later that same day... So I finished upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket before I actually got done writing the update. Added one photo showing new 5 gallon setup. Solo ScrOG test mk1 - In an attempt to do a ScrOG, but maintain control over each bucket, while still having relatively easy access to each reservoir, I decided to throw together this little contraption. I removed the lowest complete segment of a tomato cage, leaving a short "tail" beyond the lower ring to act as a peg to insert into corresponding holes in the lid. The lower ring is 10" in diameter and the upper is approximately 12" in diameter. Each ring is 11" apart. I would prefer to have a shorter segment, but I haven't worked out exactly how to do this yet. I would prefer to set the screen height at around 6" above the bucket instead of 11". This will have to suffice for the time being while I let my latent conscious work out a solution or one is provided by the community. Above each cage will sit a coated wire fence with grids measuring ~2"x3", as shown in the above picture. 11/5 - Uploaded short video showing Solo ScrOG Apparatus in place. End of the grow cycle finally! This one was a test run, I wanted to see the possibilities using liquid nutrients in an Autopot-like system. Firstly, because I got plenty of the nutrients left from the previous grow. Although it is possible to use this method, it’s way too much work. I had to change the water/feed in the tray all the time while I was facing with ph stability issues. The harvest is now in the drying chamber. I will keep you updated with the end results.

Day 61: I left them in darkness for 3 days and just switched on the lamp for 12/12 with today the foirst day of the 9th week. Fertilization goes on the same days with the nutrients above and water intake approx 250 ml per plant per day. Nice green color comes they always look nice after darkness :) Lets' go.
