SUMMARY: Still continuing with early bloom nutes this week. I ran out of rainwater this week for a few days and had to make a batch with tap water. Had some issues with humidity and temps now that the RH has naturally increased due to the size and bushiness of the plants and so I have had to turn the dehumdifier on however this raises the temps and so its about finding a good balance. I did a heavy defoliation on day 44 stripping almost all fan leaves and any lower small shoots which wont ever get enough light. I also raised the light again so that it is 16" above the canopy of my tallest plant which is a few inches taller than the NL. To mitigate this I raised the NL up by a couple inches or so. DAY 44 -------- Sunday 14th February 11:45 I made 10L of early bloom nutes with dechlorinated tap water (no rain water left), 5L at a pH of 5.7 and 5L at a pH of 5.6. Sunday 14th February 18:00 I did a heavy defoliation on the NL stripping almost all fan leaves and any lower small shoots which wont ever get enough light. I also raised the light again so that it is 16" above the canopy of my tallest plant which is a few inches taller than the NL. To mitigate this I raised the NL up by a couple inches or so. I fed the NL 2L of early bloom nutes which produced 550ml runoff (28%). [24°C/46%] DAY 45 -------- Monday 15th February 18:30 I fed the NL 2L of early bloom nutes which produced roughly 800ml runoff (40%) I THINK, as I spilt a bit in the tent. DAY 46 -------- Tuesday 16th February 11:30 I made 10L of early bloom nutes with rainwater, 5L at a pH of 5.8 and 5L at a pH of 5.9. I forgot to turn the heat down over night and the humidity is at 56% currently. [22°C/56%] Tuesday 16th February 18:30 I fed the NL 2L of early bloom nutes which produced roughly 1L runoff (50%). Shes still not back to her normal intake before the defoliation which was only 2 days ago. I turned the dehumidifier on and set it to 45% as the RH had climbed to 62%. [22°C/62%] DAY 47 -------- Wednesday 17th February 12:00 I made 10L of early bloom nutes with dechlorinated tap water, 5L at a pH of 5.7 and 5L at a pH of 5.6. Wednesday 17th February 18:30 I fed the NL 1.7L of early bloom nutes which produced roughly 820ml runoff (48%). DAY 48 -------- Thursday 18th February 18:30 I fed the NL 1.2L of early bloom nutes which produced roughly 670ml runoff (56%). Shes still hardly drinking much so I will dial this down to 1L tomorrow. I adjusted a couple of ties to expose more bud sites. I had to move the light up again by 2 inches to accommodate for growth as it was sitting at 14" above the canopy. [24°C/52%] DAY 49 -------- Friday 19th February 18:30 I found the tent at 28% RH. No idea how that's occurred but I did notice it was hotter then usual this morning. I turned the dehumidifier of for a couple of hours and it jumped back up to 61% and so I will just set it to 55% RH. I fed the NL 1.5L of early bloom nutes which produced roughly 500ml runoff (33%) so it's looks like she may finally be bouncing back after the defol last sunday. [24°C/52%] DAY 50 ------ Saturday 20th February 11:30 The tent temp has been sat at around 23°C overnight somehow. The dehumidifier keeping the humidity around 45-50% seems to also keep the temps between 23-27°C. Saturday 20th February 18:30 I fed the NL 1.5L of early bloom nutes which produced roughly 600ml runoff (40%). Looks like i have a humidity problem and so ive reluctantly removed some more leaves from Jesus as she is bushy again after a week or perhaps I didnt defol enough. If I have the dehumidifier off the humidity is in the low 60s but if I lower it to like 45-50% then the temps stays too high between 24°C-33°C. [22°C/64%]

Wk 4 was where I started to notice things weren't as they seemed. Continuous growth and some LST started towards the end of Wk3 and throughout 4 as different plants developed. The 3 girls in the Coco were looking wonderful, with nothing really done to them. - Towards the end of the week I noticed my leaves on the girls In the aero were now dramatically wilting and discolouration continued. - I flushed the tank and proceeded with just water.. 12 hours later after some research I realised I most likely have root rot!! - The following morning I took a look at the roots in more detail and what I thought was a bit of nute burn from the gunky root juice was in-fact slime. - I again drained the tank and rinsed the roots with tap water. Fortunately I have an adaptable tap and managed to hose them with an actual hose sprinkler! (it was better than a shower head). To my surprise most of the slime and damaged root matter rinsed away. I literally just scrubbed the whole tank with Flash bleach and rinsed the absolute crap out of it. - Again more research educated me that organic fertilisers are generally not great for hydro - I also realised that amazons system is terribly designed. The red sprinkler covers which are there purely for inspection let an immense amount of light penetrate through. This was another noob mistake I learned the hard way! Moving on I bought some Regen -e- root and pursued my crusade!

She's growing well this week. Flowers fattening up a bit but she's got quite a few weeks left yet. 💪

🌱So this will probably be the last week in the small pot before I transplant the flower into its final 5 gallon fabric pot. 🌱Plant has been growing healthy and looks absolutely fantastic. I’ve finally got the tent temps and humidity dialed in and it shows.. watering every 3-5 days the plant seems to be enjoying that very much. Nothing else to report at the moment.. next week is when the fun begins 🤩🏼🍁

De nuevo familia, estoy de vuelta para actualizar la 5 semana y la verdad que mal, que no esperaba tantos errores en un cultivo , pero el trasplante no les sentó muy bien , empezaron amarillear por abajo por falta de nutrientes , ya aporte N nitrógeno para ponerlas verdes pero bueno eso ralentizó algo el crecimiento a ver si las recuperamos al 100% y las pasamos a floración, veremos cómo crecen estos días. Seguiré aportando algún riego Rico en N nitrógeno para estimular el crecimiento y que cojan buen color. Volví a colocar el humidificador, en principio lo quite pero también pienso que les falto humedad esos días y tampoco ayudo , hasta ahora esto es todo espero no cometer más errores aquí, Buenos humos 💨💨

After consulting with a few others working with this strain I have seen that they can have quite a stretch and given the time frame with my other project the time is here to switch to flower. So this is day one and when these photos were taken they had just woken up.

Bonjour à tous les padawans et les maîtres jedis Pour cette semaine je prévoit de pratiquer comme technique spéciale le LST et juste un arrosage. Pour cela comme à mon habitude j'attend le cinquième noeud ou que je juge la plante robuste. Je profite que cette semaine qui va être relativement calme pour faire un LST appliqué et vous faire un rappel de ce qui est pour moi la meilleure technique pour arroser une autofloraison et la façon dont je pratique le LST. En suivant ces quelques simples conseils vous obtiendrez un résultat optimal tout au long de votre culture : Le cannabis est une plante qui n’aime pas recevoir un léger arrosage en continu. Il est impératif de l’arroser en grosse quantité, puis d’attendre que la terre soit bien sèche avant d’arroser à nouveau! Pour calculer la quantité d’eau nécessaire à chaque plante, suivez cette règle : Le volume d’eau à donner lors de chaque arrosage doit représenter au moins environ un quart du volume du pot !! Exemples : pour un pot d’1L, donnez 0,25L d’eau à chaque arrosage pour un pot de 4L, donnez 1L d’eau à chaque arrosage pour un pot de 12L, donnez 3L d’eau à chaque arrosage pour un pot de 30L, donnez 7,5L d’eau à chaque arrosage !etc… Pour donner un tel volume d’eau, il est souvent nécessaire d’arroser en deux (voir trois) fois, lentement et uniformément sur toute la surface. Disposez de bonnes coupelles sous les pots, celles ci se rempliront d’eau qui remontera dans le pot par capillarité en moins d’une journée. Il est également très important d’utiliser un bon terreau de qualité, avec une bonne capacité de rétention d’eau mais qui assure également un bon drainage (celui ci doit contenir de la perlite, et/ou de la coco, etc..) Il vous faut alors maintenant attendre quelques jours en sous-pesant régulièrement les pot avec vos bras. Quand ils seront redevenus très légers, vous pourrez arroser à nouveau !! En effet, comme l’eau pèse beaucoup plus lourd que la terre, un pot gorgé d’eau pèse plusieurs fois le poids d’un pot d’une plante prête à être arrosée. Avec un peu d’entraînement, vous apprendrez donc très rapidement à sous-peser vos pots pour savoir quand une plante a soif. C’est une technique à la fois très facile et très efficace, et qui peut être appliquée à toutes les plantes en pots ! En arrosant de cette façon, en général vous devrez arroser vos plantes tous les 3 à 6 jours. Pour cette semaine 3 au jour 17 ma plante fais 12 centimètres et son cinquième noeud apparaît je décide donc de pratiquer un LST sur ma plante. Pour ce j'utilise du fil de fer galvanisé que je plante directement dans le substrat en faisant attention de ne pas endommagé les racines car n'oublions pas que ce qui pousse dessus pousse aussi dessous. Jour 17 je pulvérise du une solution composé d'une cuillère à café de savon noir mou dilué dans un litre d'eau en prévention d'éventuels nuisibles. Je corrige mon LST suivant la pousse de ma plante ... Pour ma par c'est la manière dont je procède. Comme promis petit rapel de: Quand commencer à appliquer la technique LST De nombreux cultivateurs commencent la manipulation dés que les plantes possèdent entre 3 et 6 nœuds ou une paire de feuilles. Durant cette première étape de la croissance, le tronc encore flexible est pliable sans risque qu’il ne se casse, même si au fur et à mesure du développement de la plante il sera de plus en plus difficile de le plier. Nous pouvons continuer à guider la croissance des branches durant toute la culture, même durant la floraison, ce qui pour cette étape représente un grand avantage face à la taille, qui n’est pas du tout recommandé une fois que la formation des têtes commence, cela stressera en effet la plante, ce qui aura pour effet de retarder la récolte. Comment appliquer la technique de guidage LST Si nous sommes prudents, la flexibilité naturelle des fibres du cannabis permet de plier leur tronc et branches avec une relative facilitée, même durant la floraison des plantes. En utilisant une corde fine, nous pouvons accrocher la pointe de la plante à la base du pot par exemple ou à un tuteur que nous aurons planté dans le substrat. Nous plierons le tronc avec précaution et nous le fixerons avec la corde, à partir de là, nous pouvons augmenter progressivement la tension de la corde, chaque jour un peu plus, jusqu’à obtenir la position souhaitée. Soyez attentif à la réaction de la plante, essayez de ne pas appliquer trop de pression sur la corde et rappelez-vous que la flexibilité des branches peut varier d’une plante à l’autre. Pour obtenir de meilleurs résultats, il suffit de suivre quelques règles simples. Pour commencer, nous devons choisir une corde fine mais pas trop pour ne pas blesser les troncs au fur et à mesure qu’ils grandissent et qu’ils deviennent plus gros. Nous pouvons utiliser des crochets en plastique souple ou de n’importe quelle autre matière flexible pour éviter d’endommager les plantes. Spécialement en intérieur, utiliser des cordons en plastique de couleur (voir les diaries de @Silky) est très pratique pour voir facilement les accroches et faciliter le travail au milieu du réseau formés par les cordes, les tuteurs, les mailles ou les supports que nous aurons dans la culture. Bien entendu, en culture extérieure et surtout en guerilla nous ferons juste le contraire et nous utiliserons des matériaux de couleur qui n’attirent pas l’attention pour que notre jardin reste discret. Pour stresser les plantes au minimum, la mieux est de réaliser ces manipulations le soir ou juste après que les lampes en intérieur s’éteignent, ce qui leur permettra de se remettre durant la nuit. Normalement, le jour suivant nous pourrons observer comme les pointes des branches que nous avons pliées se dressent de nouveau vers le haut à la recherche d’une source de lumière. Last week of flower I will be harvesting these three females Friday night . Been a fun grow glad it’s coming to an end so I can finally dry, cure , and taste. Really excited to try each one they each have unique smells. I’m letting these girls goto day 63 , I’ve been checking the trichomes and I feel like the BBxPBB could be a 8 week strain , ima try another grow with her after my Ethos Forbidden Zkittles run, I love the way the BBxPBB did in veg and flower I feel like I can get a little more out of it i missed a few feedings for 2 weeks had a newborn and wasn’t up on the feeding like I should the buds on the BBxPBB are a little airy and they have packed some weight at the end last two weeks . I will be upgrading my light next grow and will try to run them one more time , looking around November for the next BBxPBB run . I have a few buddies growing some outdoors so I will update this entry in October when they are harvested . The Ethos Punchberry Cookies was easy grower , finished really well , buds are rock solid and have great structure , each one has different small , one has a fruity sweet tart smell the other smells like a rotten banana with a hint of fruit punch on it , the BBxPBB seems to have taken on more of the blueberry smell has a hint of gas smell or rubber, smells great

A fun week... plants are responding well to the bloom nutrients, getting nice and thick and hard🤫. Going to order a loop soon to start taking a closer at the trichome development. Big girl should be ready within a week a two🤞

Sto aspettando anche per di raccogliere corbezzolo che sta asciugando da un flush con 5 litri circa di acqua 🚿 fredda (14ºC) e penso di farlo ancora tra qualche giorno e forse una settimana, che bei colori questa ragazza e un profumo molto particolare, sarà una di quelle che terrò stretto anche sono pochi grammi e cercherò di curare il più possibile prima di tirarla fuori dal barattolo! Ora intanto prepariamo il terreno per i prossimi 4 😀 ???
