So that's a week n a few days of flushing done and she's looking ready for the chop! Beautiful colours in and around buds now and absolutely covered in trichomes. I can't post close up pics of trichomes unfortunately cos I don't have a camera with the magnification it needs. Just gonna wait another few days and harvest then. Happy days 😁

the girls are struggling a little bit. One is yellowing because its about to flower, but one is just not growing much and the other is very lanky.

11/25/2022: starting to see some changes in the lower leaf coloring of the Orange Bubblegum which is a bit surprising since this one started flowering last. Not sure what it is yet. The pot was pretty light, so it could be a watering issue, or maybe nitrogen, based on the lower leaf yellowing. Hit all the plants with a double dose of BuildABloom, some Yah-Whey Thrive, coconut powder, and ThermX-70, so we'll see how she reacts. Could also be lockout from the crazy microbe tea. I'll have to wait and see. The other two plants look great. I also appear to be winning the fungas gnat battle. The Strawberry Gushers still has a population, bit the other to plants have little to no gnats at this point. Included mosquito bits, and neem cake in today's watering as well, so hopefully that will finish them off. Getting down to the final few weeks for the Strawberry Gushers, but the Orange Bubblegum, and Newberry still have another month to go. 11/30/2022: plants are all still healthy. The yellowing of the few lower leaves of the Orange Bubblegum has not spread, so I think the extra dose of BuildABloom did the trick. Also, the neem seed tea caused the ph of the water to drop to around 5, and I didn't bring the ph up the first few roundsnof this, so that could have caused some lock out. My last watering and todays i made sure the ph was at 6.8, so that may have helped as well. I know the organic soil should be a ph buffer, but I still feel the need to ph my water. Today's watering was 1 liter for each plant which included the ThermX-70, coconut powder, and Fish Shit. I also scoped the plants for the first time, and I'm seeing about ver few amber on mainly the leaves. The rest of the plants are about 70% cloudy and 30% clear, so we still have some time, which is right in line with what I expected. 12/1/2022: the fungas gnat war continues. I seem to keeping the population under control, but there are still too many for my liking. I've taken a new tactic and added some beneficial nematodes. Hoping this will wipe them out. I know I just watered yesterday, but couldn't wait, so I gave each plant about 3/4 liter of nematode and ThermX-70 water, ph was 6.9. Still seeing some yellowing on the Orange Bubblegum but only on the lowest leaves which receive the least light. The Strawberry Gushers is definitely beginning to fade, and all 3 are swelling. 12/3/2022: watered each plant with 1.3 liters, at a 6.7 ph, with coconut powder, ThermX-70, and BuildABloom. The Strawberry Gushers and Orange Bubblegum are fading. The Newberry still looks good, except for the one branch with the early fade. Buds look great and all three continue to swell. Still a few fungas gnats flying around, but the population is way down. Plan to water with the nematodes again next watering. Also, started turning the light down slightly. Started with a 50 ppfd reduction. Avg. VPD:1.5 PPFD: 650 DLI: 42

She has suffered with light stress from the week pria to this which caused deficiency. I repotted her after keeping her in natural sunlight for most of the week and will continue to keep her there until she recovers. I have not fed her a two weeks and will continue the draught until the pot almost completely drys!

Still really enjoying this lady 😍 into the second week of flowering and I'm seeing the start of a large amount of bud sites, 6/7 of her 10 top budsites looking very promising, hopefully within 2 weeks we should see alot more pistals I can see this grow going over schedule by quite abit with the extensive training she has been put through to produce her 10 top budsites. SUMMARY: Its finally time to start the flush and I'm aiming to flush for 2 weeks. I started the flush on day 95 flushing with tap water straight from the hose. I’ve heard you’re supposed to flush with 3x the container volume, however that would be around 57 litres for a 5 gallon pot which seems absurd. I didn’t record the amount but I took my time and flushed with at least 30 litres. I am now continuing to water twice daily until harvest aiming for 20-30% runoff each time. I water once of a morning around 11:00 giving roughly 2-2.5L and again of an evening around 18:00 giving a further 2.5-3L. DAY 93 ----------- Friday 26th March 18:30 I fed Jesus 3L of late bloom nutes which produced 740ml runoff (25%). [26°C/48%] DAY 94 ----------- Saturday 27th March 18:30 I fed Jesus its last ever feeding, 3L of late bloom nutes which produced 560ml runoff (19%). [26°C/48%] DAY 95 ----------- Sunday 28th March 18:30 I flushed Jesus with tap water straight from the hose. 3/30: I flushed all three #9's with about 12 gallons each with warm filtered water and Sledgehammer. One of them is suddenly ready to harvest..the other one in a 5 gallon pot is a day or two behind, and Sooperrunt still has another week to further fatten her enormous cola. I may have to try and squeeze her into the tiny tent with the other two slowpokes in a few days. 4/1: I moved one of them into the tiny tent along with a #6 to be in the dark. I'm tired from harvesting other plants and have a lot of outdoor gardening to do as well, so she may sit in the dark for a couple of days. 4/4: I'm gonna harvest the middle-sized one tomorrow, but Sooperrunt will get a drink of water and another few days.

Quick foreword: I hate how Growdiaries does Harvest and Smoke separately and then messes up all the pictures. Please bear with me, I tried to label them all. Wowsers, what a trip this contest grow turned out to be! I am so sorry to submit it one day before the deadline, life got in the way, but the good news is this lovely plant has had a chance to fully cure and she’s been helping me through big changes in my life. Dry weights will be in the Smoke report. I have only input the mother’s dry weight as the total end dry weight. This is because this is a competition diary and the rule is one plant. Consider the clones a successful experiment. They are only here to document how hardy this plant is and how easy she is to clone. Remember, one of the clones was the top of the plant I cut off when topping her before flipping. I usually can never get those to root, but this plant clones very easily! As always, the main plant was dried in a cardboard wardrobe box, modified to have a 5v USB fan extracting air at the bottom. This helps prevent mold but keeps moisture in for a slower dry, which leaves some more terpenes. Drying took around two weeks. Trimming was a pain. I love the smell of this plant, but her lowers are so leafy. If you go back to around the weeks where I flipped, you can clearly see I left too many lower nodes and as a result I had too much of a bush. The Micro DWC experiment ended up surprising me the most. Check out the smoke review for its weight and taste! some people also asked me how far I keep my lights, I don't measure the distance, sorry. I use Photone on iOS and push the ppfd of my plants up to 1000 during flower. The Soil clones and the main competition plant were planted in organic soil from a local garden center mixed with organic fertalizer tablets and worm castings, the clones were in 1L and 3 gallon pots and the main competition plant was planted in a 5 gallon growbag. once the plants ran out of food I fed Plagron's Alga line. the DWC clone used just Plagron Hydro A+B and extra PK 13/14 in flower, this is by far the cheapest and most effective way in my experience, it could be due to lack of skill in organics, but you can clearly see, my DWC plant is frostier than my soil ones, and they're the exact same phenotype. I'll probably be going back to hydroponics, I'm not saying organic isn't the way to go, but for me personally, my skillset and way of growing better fits the artificial nutrients, and as a result my DWC plants flourish. I feel more in control with DWC, I know exactly what's going on in my buckets, whereas with organics I'm often scratching my head in frustration.

I will add the missing information! Pheno number #2 has significantly more yield than Pheno #1. Pheno #2 smells like bubble gum, I've never had that smell with a strain before. If I had room for a mother tent, pheno#2 would have gotten a spot there. I'm looking forward to the next harvests !:)
