12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/5/2024- Germination Day 11 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I am going to change the water Sunday and kick off Week 1, I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. harvested in day 68. fast eddy was easy to grow. i couldnt stand that smell when harvesting, very strong, but my friend liked it. A bit of a boring update. Which is great as it means nothing bad has happened. Just keep growing. Flowers are out now and I am very happy with them both. Number 2 which I nearly binned early on is a little monster. Short and stocky she has been topped and trained for 2 colas but I think she will give a good return to effort put in. Number 1 is just my queen she Is huge and graceful. Structure is on point and apart from a light defoliation she just has water and environmental happines. Space is an issue as I did not want her to be as wide as she has become but first world troubles really. Growing it was quite a journey. Since I had a lot of changes in my life, I couldn't take the time I wanted to make a good diary, but I still managed to take some pictures. I had some problems since I changed the size of my pots and didn't use LST. One plant grew so tall that it went above the LED, and other plants were too close to the LED. Using three 20L pots in a 60cm x 60cm space was too much; they didn't have enough room. For the next grow, I'll use only two pots and employ SCROG and LST

les 2 petites sont dans la serre 😀. le maintien du climat est plus facile que je ne le croyais, j'ai commencé les nuits et j'ai ramarqué que le taux d'humidité relative est plus simple a stabiliser. la nothern lignts est plus grande en taille que la stress killer et rattrape un peu son retard. j'ai fait 2 essais différents, pour la pousse, la stress killer est dans son pot definitif. La nothern light est dans un gobelet en carton pré-percé : pour constater, ce qui est le plus efficace. Mes doutes maintenant, se porte sur l'arrossage, j'ai peur du surarrosage. Et je me doute que si il n'y a pas assez d'eau que ça cause un retard de croissance. donc je mets peu d'eau. la temperature extérieur monte espérons que ça le fasse^^

There is a real orange scent in the tent, a blend of fresh oranges and skunk scents. The buds take on size, the resin production is amazing and creates beautiful sparkling crystals on them. There are still 2/3 weeks to go, but these are the most exciting ones. In this week I added cal-mag to fertilizers, it is a preventive measure because I increased the amount of PK 13-14, so cal-mag supplementation will not harm the plant at this stage of flowering. Update: Day 87 I lowered the height of the lamp to 17 cm, I just need to put on my helmet, fasten seat belts and hold tightly to my chair :P Update: Day 88 I had to use wire-mode because the side branches were starting to bend more and more under their weight. Bueno , este es el segundo cultivo que realizó del la cepa "Waka" , el anterior lo tengo igualmente documentado en otro diario . en esta ocasión cultivamos los clones que habíamos recolectado del cultivo pasado , guardando los fenotipos que nos gustaron más y los clones restantes los pasamos a floración que fueron los que se le hizo seguimiento en este diario. El crecimiento fue bastante explosivo y reaccionaron muy bien a cada trasplante realizado . pude observar que los clones de cada fenotipo seleccionado se desarrolló con mucha similitud al de sus madres . El olor en vegetación es bastante discreto y en floración se pone un más intenso El desarrollo en floración fue explosivo generando bastante resina y se vieron muy hambientras . Al fumar se puede sentir un rico toque cítrico en las N° 4 se siente un fuerte sabor a limón en algunas flores mucho mas marcado que en otras, N° 3 y 13 un agradable toque a naranjas muy rico de sentir en el paladar , La N° 8 con pizcas dulces bastante interesantes. El humo al fumar es muy suave lo que permite sentir mejor el sabor de cada fenotipo.- saludos y buenos humos😉 Al momento de cosechar se cortaron los clone y se dejo secando en oscuridad a temperatura ambiente por cerca de 16 días posterior a eso se pasó a curar en frascos

Week 4 / Day 28 Flower begins today - 8/12/2021. Runoff EC has been a little high on both girls but not enough to give them any burn or anything thankfully. They are both beginning to pack on frost early on the leaves and buds are certainly getting bigger. Average of about 1.5 EC with a 1.2 inflow. Getting this back down and under control over the next couple days. With having weeks mixed up at start, the C4 was started a week early, so therefore I am going to be carrying on with C4 for this next week, then introduce the Ultimate PK. This is also going to be a week early but I’m sure it won’t be too bad, live and learn for next time. Smell is certainly increased, as soon as I open the tent there is a nice fruity/orangey smell that only gets more intense as you sniff the leaves with frost and buds that have formed. Smells unlike any other strain I’ve smoked before! LST- although stretch is now ending, the string will be left on just to allow plant to stiffen up in that shape over the next week or so, so I won’t be covering anything in the middle of the plants when the string is removed. It seems to have worked well as the stuff on the lower of plants that last time came to nothing, is already larger than what it was last time and they were a week ahead of these. Still using less than half of what mills suggest for A+B, but full strength stimulants. They don’t seem to mind as I haven’t had one piece of nute burn this run, or any signs of deficiency so I think the way I’m doing it is the way to go. Can’t wait to see these all finished up in about 4 weeks! 🙏🏻

One of the most colorful buds I’ve ever grown

Another week checked off and looking pretty good. 1st nutes were are little heavy a think with a little bite burn so have dialled it right back (only fed twice) nothing since. Overall all the girls seem healthy & happy apart from one... She seems to start drooping before the others at the end of the day and just seems less lively. She’s drinking about the same as the others so not sure. Will just keep watching not panic and see what happens. Think the stretch has just about stopped and I’ve filled up the canopy pretty well. Hopefully just big fat stinky buds from here... Spent quite a bit of time on YouTube etc learning this week. Feel like I’ve spotted a few places I’m still going wrong but some easy fixes so all good feel richer for the experience etc... Thanks for reading have a great week 😊
