This week I took out the UC Roots and added Roots Execrator from H&G. -Day 50- I selective defoliate the center of the plant so the light can penetrate better. Left few big fan leaves on the side of the plant that don’t shadow any nodes. -Day 53 - I performed another session of defoliation where I took off most of the fan leaves.

Flowering day 19 since the time change to 12/12. Hey all together 😀. This week she has developed beautifully ☺️. I poured it 3 times with 1.2 l this week. Tomorrow I will add the 2 g GHSC Powder Feeding Bio Bloom because the first blossoms are coming :-). I checked all the leaves thoroughly for pests or diseases and everything is fine ☺️. Next week I'll look at your roots as soon as the coconut is completely rooted. As every week, the tent was cleaned and the entire technology checked. The humidifier was also refilled every day 👍. In the next few days I will remove the bottom shoots so that the energy doesn't end up being wasted in the small popcorn buds. I wish you a lot of fun with the update. Week went poorly. Circuit breaker kept flipping after i added additional power draws in the room. This led to poor watering technique

Start of week 7(May 3rd 2022). I’ve been using Lotus Grow every watering and so I decided to flush the pots with 7x their water holding capacity in the bathtub. I will be alternating between Lotus bloom/boost and a plant based “tea” from Dragonfly Earth Medicine called Fat Flowers. Lights were too close and caused marks on the leaves which look like deficiencies, I’ll keep a close eye until I can be sure. The petioles are purpling on the indoor plants as well(might be genetics though from the Strawberry Nuggets).

I switched to a flowing light cycle mid week and they all took it on pretty well. The first lingering smell is developing while they strech and gained almost 5cm in only 3 days. I removed a couple of large fan leaves, mostly the bottom ones and a pair of top leaves to give light a chance to penetrate further don the canop

Day 68- transplanted to 3gal smart pot Day 69 - not sure if it’s coming into flowering or not. Think it’s close Day 72- I think I see pistols.. but again unsure.

This is the 8th week. Thursday will be 9 weeks of 12/12. Some trichs are amber. They just added a good bunch of girth over the past few days, but most of the pistils are red now. The rest of them have been dropping leaves consistenly but the canopy remains full so they must be putting out more leaves. I just flushed to 80% runoff and found out that I had 1200ppm. I just got an ec meter but my last reading said closer to 600 so idk what happened there. I flushed until I had runoff ppm of about 150. Now they're back in the grow tent. I don't want to keep assaulting them with my microscope. I think they're ready. Just gonna let them settle another day or two to dry out a bit. I took one small branch off the small Wedding Cake plant on Thursday and I've just been watching it dry on my counter. It's been 5 days and the stem snaps but still leaves a fiber connecting. I put it into a small jar with a 64RH thing. I just want to try it. It already smells amazing. The leaves on the big CBD Blue Shark plant are going really yellow and some other colours are starting to come out as well. The buds all fattened up and got more frosty again. I was worried they were foxtailing but they got more calyxes underneath the peaks and have been making more of a pyramid shape. They're really close to peak. Harvest day will be March 17 or 18. March 17 1023pm chopped and hung after lights off all day. RH was 65% before I chopped and 50% after I closed the window and cut the plants off the saturated pots. I did a wet trim to prevent mold. The buds are sticky af. Gonna hang them to dry for 7-9 days before curing in jars :) March 18 : checked the RH when I woke up and it's chilling at 45% 😎 March 19 : just checked to see how they were drying. There are seeds in every plant. RIP I'll update when I put them in jars and again a few weeks later for final review. Overall it was a good grow despite the rocky start and a good introduction to the mainline technique and my new grow space. Next grow I should have everything pretty well dialed in. March 23 They were hanging for 3 days. Rh was around 45, then spiked to 65 overnight when I forgot to turn the fans back on. Temp was high at around 26.they felt wet after 2 days, and bone dry after 4 days. The stems still didn't snap but I put them in jars anyway. A day later, jar RH was 50%. I burped all the jars and there was a smell from the new jars. I took all the weed out, washed out the jars, and did a dry trim on the weed. One of the Wedding Cake plants must have gone hermie. I didn't see any bananas and didn't even realize there were seeds until the very end. The seed pods looked just like calyxes while the plants were growing. Many of the nugs are unusable. Under the sugar leaves are just layers and layers of seeds. Some weren't hit that badly. The CBD Blue Shark is much better off but still has some seeds. I'm trying to stay positive. It's a bit of a shock though. I'm anxious to try the finished product. If the flowers at least taste good and have a good effect, all is not lost.

Week 3 begins for DS and MD ladies. All four are developing nice bud sites, but the plants have not stretched as much as I was expecting they would by now. Thank you to Kaoritracy from Mars-Hydro for the TSW2000 light, I am very happy with it's performance. Thanks for stopping by growfessors 👽🌳💚

Esta semana parece que as plantas estão a desenvolver muito bem, estavam sob 20 horas de luz, reduzi horário para 18/6, e adicionei na semana passada bactérias que se chamam bactohemp e deu um óptimo resultado na vegetação de todas as plantas principalmente a shiskaberry, fiz LST para obter mais produção e estão a crescer galhos por todo lado nunca tinha visto uma planta assim 💪💪💪 espero que tudo dê certo estava com medo de ser macho porque estão a crescer galhos e mais galhos 😅 mas já apareceu uma pré-flor, a runtz muffin tb fiz LST tb está muito bonita a desenvolver muito bem, a BlueBerry OG também está uma planta muito forte, vou esperar mais uma semana para ver o desenvolvimento.. para depois pôr estas meninas a florir, obrigado amigos 💪💪🌳🌱🍀✌️

Pure Ice cream clone is doing great. Super top heavy. I just switched her to ph water today. She is starting her fade. She has a strong sweet creamy smell just like the mother plant. She is actually finishing up pretty fast. Smells strong and looking good. I have the light turned down the last two week to stop it from getting too warm in the canopy. Smells like it worked well. Noticed some more pink/purple stems on the plants and decided to increase the phosphorus content in the feed by mixing in half grow and half bloom from the nutrient lineup. I'd use the PK booster I have but its to high in K for my liking. The entire lineup is very high in K. mixing grow and bloom gives a NPK ratio of 7-7-14 then done 1:1 equal parts. Grow=8-4-15 Bloom=6-10-14 Boost=1-15-30 Run off was a bit high for my liking but only seeing minimal signs of nutrient burn. Still watering once with feed and runoff and then later in the week with water and no/little runoff for my watering cycle.The number in the nutrient section are wrong but the EC and ratio are correct. Also impressed the roots have started popping out the bottom of the container already after only being transplanted for a week. Good root growth on these ones. Lights doing well. Rolling into week 7. Time to dial down the nutes and start my UVB regiment. I use Reptisun 10.0 bulbs due to LED UV's giving far less than optimal performance. Reptisun 5.0 bulbs work 2. I only run them from week 7 to flush and for only 3 hours a day within the current light cycle. Update day 45: After doing a trichome check, it finished EARLY!! Time to do a quick flush then harvest. I was going to add the nutes to the fresh water today 😂😂

Plants are getting too big for enough light coverage, so had to buy a second grow light. As noted before, the plant was getting out of hand and growing at many different heights making it difficult to set the optimum light distance. So, I went a little crazy and did some serious pruning (yes, during flowing, I know). Also trimmed off a number of fan leaves that were either beginning to yellow or were otherwise blocking valuable light from the many of the smaller buds. Fortunately my plants are very resilient and are finally at mostly equal heights now. Hindsight 20/20: I now have a better idea of how to route my plants using the ScrOG method. I found a well written blog that answered all the questions I had that other article didn't. Bottom line: Instead of allowing the main branches to grow through the netting and re-route the offshoots, I've found it's better to keep the main branches under the netting and allow the off-shoots to grow through instead. Think of it as the plant growing sideways.
