WEEK 16 - (06/13/2021 - 06/19/2021) Week 8, Day 50 - FLOWER: 06/13/2021 After inspecting the trichome development for the last 7-10 days or so, I’ve decided that today would be the ideal time to begin flushing. The American Pie #1 does not look like it’s ready to begin flushing quite yet, as she appears to be about a week behind in maturity. Despite that, I’ll still begin flushing her today too. Recycled water: 70ppm, 69℉ + pH Up: 7ml Mixture: 95ppm, 6.4 pH, 69℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 895/800, 6.1 pH AP#1 - 529/434, 6.5 pH AP#2 - 365/270, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 624/529, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 8, Day 51 - FLOWER: 06/14/2021 Did a trichome check on the plants today. Spent more time with the Jelly Banana to better determine her maturity level. She actually looks like she is ready to harvest today. I’d say trichomes are 75-80% milky, with an amber trichome here and there. I’m going to try and push her through at least one more low-ppm watering and test the runoff. If I start seeing more amber trichome development, I will cut her down. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 8, Day 54 - FLOWER: 06/17/2021 Recycled water (8 gallons): 69ppm, 5.8 pH, 70℉ + HydroGuard: 8ml + pH Up: 3ml Mixture: 82ppm, 6.0 pH, 70℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 688/606, 6.5 pH GC#1 - 602/520, 6.5 pH AP#2 - 633/551, 6.9 pH AP#1 - 685/603, 6.5 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [SUMMARY] I expect this to be my last full week of flower. All the girls are looking ripe for the chopping. The aroma that bursts out of the tent when I unzip it every time is heavenly. American Pie #1 is still about a week behind in maturity, but she will get cut down with the other plants regardless. Jelly Bananen started to turn a lime green color so she'll probably get chopped and hung up in the next few days when my second tent arrives (4x2 AC Infinity). That wraps up this week! We continue the flush! I’ll give them 2ml/l canna flush on next watering Purple tones appeared on dos si dos 33 ! Trichomes started to turn amber and buds are more denses ! Harvest day is for soon !!

Everything went as good as it could the last week. I definitely realize now that the light was too much for them once they stretched up from the lack of knowledge using my light mover. I’m still trying to figure them out but I believe I have the rite combination now for speed and pause times, but sadly to late for this crop. My other tent just going into flower with the same setup will be run drastically differently this time for a lot of things to compensate for my intense 1000w HPS. I’ve grown massive Buds before under this light in smaller tents and I’ll be dam’d if I’m gonna let this light rail defeat me! Lol so we are gonna start flush now because we are just about 8 weeks in and although we do have a ton of bud in this tent and I would have like to push her a bit more, we are gonna take what we got and move on! Lol there are a lot of medium size buds absolutely everywhere, and solid. Even below the top screen, between the 2 screens every node has a solid bud sticking out. Still gonna be a nice yield I think all things considered. Ph pretty much stayed constant in the reservoir at 6.0 as well as the EC was sitting around 1.5 all week. Wish I could get my light up more but I’m having a hard time finding the attachment for my light rail mover to add a bar instead of ropes to suspend it. I can’t justify $100 to import it from USA though...lol so I’m gonna experiment with some other diy one once I get these girls cut down, dont wanna mess around above them and risk dropping the heavy light on my girls. Hat die heissen Tage (27° im Zelt bei 60%-57% ) hat sie super überstanden . Ich werde immer besser im Gießen . 75% von oben , 25% lass ich von unten aufsaugen .

An interesting discovery was made with this plant’s pot, I observed how having a row lesser of drainage drastically effected how I water this lady. Her grow medium swamps up if I maintain a 1lt daily water schedule, which would result in drowning the roots, luckily my grow medium has sponges up when wet, allow the slow irrigation to take place to avoid root rot. Luckily it’s spring time and in Mzansi(South Africa) it is hot enough to push my greenhouse’ temperature higher than the outdoor temperature, to encourage some form of evaporation and humidity, next week I will add pictures of the thermometers, and you can see the drastic difference in temperature.

14-05-2021 (DAY 59) Se realizó el cambio de solución. Las plantas vienen espléndidas y con el Safe roots de Hydrotek ya no tuve mas problemas de raíces. Está entrando la flora mas potente y formándose los Buds.

3rd week of 12/12, all is well. The flowers have already a lot of trichromes. I add the Athena KP on the 23rd day of 12/12, in two days. I made a defoliation, it breathes, it grows... With the pythium I had growing, it slowed my stretch, with so much growth, it should have been more important. See you on the 28th day of 12/12

Ha sido muy facil cultivar estas cepas, si las vuelvo a cultivar le daria unos dias mas de crecimiento ya que se quedan un poco pequeñas al ser tan indicas, pero el resultado me ha encantado!

***May 13 No reservoir change any more until the end of flower. I'm just filling it up with water as it goes, I'll let the plant flush itself out for anything it needs. Mainly because it's gotten too big and heavy to take out of the tent comfortably. The branches are all leaning over, and the buds are starting to finish up now. I have to take the loop to it to check the trichomes, but I think in another week or a little longer I'll be able to chop her down. Man I'm so excited to see what she brings to smoke!! I've never seen a freakshow with big nugs and not looking like a wiry mess, so I am a little proud of myself for a first hydro hahaha. Still dank as hell when I open the tent. Sorry for all the late updates, things are getting busy!

I am sorry I haven't updated at all till now! I've been busy and the girls were stressing me out because they are the same strain, in the same tent and have the same light but my left plant is 2 feet shorter than my right and now I have 2 lights on them because of the height difference! But so far they are doing good, had some issues with deficiency, this strain is greedy but so far they aren't too bad! Still got a ways to go!

Couple got a little burn I think maybe a little too much soil in there with the coco on top of the light feed? I got all the final pots filled up today they will go in 3 gal bags either today or tmm. It's a Greentree pro ultra coco/perlite mixed with some roots organic soil about 70/30.

The healthiest plant I've grown so far, no signs of any deficiency or stress, yet the buds are developing slowly. The slow bud development may be strain specific, but I am not sure as it's my first time growing this cultivar. Looks like a 10 week flowering period run.

Welcome back to my Strawberry Cheesecake diary from seedsman seeds. So we've finished up week 6 and we're in full bloom! She blew up big time and I'm loving it! She stretched out beautifully and we did a little defoliation on the lower leaves to help get some light to those flower sites. All in all, I'm impressed with this auto so far and I'm stoked to see how she produces in these coming weeks. Week 1 of early Veg I began the feeding schedule this week using the Canna range again for this grow as it worked well on my last run. Trying to maintain 55-60 Rh this week Growing an Auto strain for the first time under the new LED is throwing up some questions but I think all is going ok. These 2 seemed to take quite a long time to settle but are picking up growth now and look to be healthy. I plan to lower the light gradually over the next week to 24inch as they develop further. 🤓 ✌️
