Greenhouse Update

This week I Realised I'd used the wrong feed chart so I was over feeding 🙄 the leaves burnt on a few plants so I've only fed them water this week and will resume feeding from next week. There are still no pre sex pistils showing but it can't be far off now. As soon as pistils start to show I'll start feeding bloom feed. I've turned the light up to 30000lux using HLG's online calculator for converting a lux meter/app reading to PAR , my light is 3000k which with lm301H Led's works out @ 465ppfd which is about the max the plants can use in veg without supliments co2. - Defoliated the bottom half pf the plant at the start of the week removing all leaves and little stems so the plant can put more energy into the buds on the main stem. - Some of the outer leaves are getting burnt from the strip lighting. Nothing I can really do about this, next grow ill make sure the plant doesn't get so big. - Looked like the plant was getting some slight nute burn so I decided to back off from the Canna PK this week. I might bring it back in week 17 if shes looking hungry. - Installed a feeding tube to avoid spilling nutrients on the buds and reduce the amount I have to move the plant in and out of the bucket. - Tested my runoff Ph and its at about 6.5. Should I lower the Ph of my nute mix to compensate or is this normal? - Buds are coming along nicely, smell is very fresh and light.

The buds smell very tasty and look very good so I'm really excited. The trichomes are 70% milky and 30% amber. As always, it came to the darkroom 48 hours before harvest :-). There it will now remain after harvesting at 62% humidity for 8-12 days before it is put into the jars for fermentation with 62% boveda packs :-). As usual, the last update will come after the fermentation. It's officially week 4 of veg. What a ride! These ladies DO NOT give up and neither did i. Second grow, it is a learning curve. With all the growth stunned, i am a bit impatient. BUT the good news is the smallest have starting growing again. Anyways... 👽👉19/9 New automation program for this week. (See pictures for app screenshots for automation and datalogger) Temps - 21night/29day RH% - 60RH night / 68RH day My plan is to decrease the humidity at night, to increase the vpd. The same goes for my light output and nutrients. Changing the variables gradually over time. 👽👉20/9 I topped two more plants. The growth is gradually getting better. They should be ready for their first real feed tomorrow. (Only top fed them last watering) 👽👉21/9 ** First real feed. -They reacted well to a last lose dose top feeding, so this time i will give them a full feed, but same low dose. -Programmed new automation based on VPD Graf (see pictures) Set to 1.0 VPD. // Inkbird app, i am adjusting the RH% to the temp in the tent. -Did some experimental LST on one of the smaller ones. Dont have a co2 meter, but have co2 bag. But it has not been added as a variable to the climate calculations. 👽👉22/9 The new automation program has proven efficient and working(for now). Now its interesting to see the plants adapting the constant VPD. 👽👉23/9 Did some more LST work to keep the tallest ladies at level. 👽👉24/9 Visiting the ladies and checking up on the lst work. Tucking in leaves, plotting my next move. *Water day. they shared 5 Liter, where the bigger ones got more. PH 6.4 - EC 1.52 (Last water was PH 6.4 - EC 1.37) 1.5ml/L Bio heaven+Bio fish. (Next time they will get 2ml/L) 👽👉25/9 Turned up the lights from 75% to 100%. Temps are about to rise higher. might as well let the ladies get used to it.

Hello growers!! Its end of 4 week of flowering..the buds are start swelling up...the girls looks healthy for now.. have a nice green and sunny day all.🙂

In the beginning of the week she was standing a bit crooked. I will be mainlining soon and I want her central stem to be strong. So I tied her stem to a chop-stick to do a bit of low stress training prior to topping her. Also hit the hydro store and picked up some Fishsh!t and Recharge. Added that, worm castings and some Down to Earth dry amendments to brew up a compost tea. Gave her a big sip on 3/4.

Day 67 of flower. The Kushes are 7-8 week flowering and are looking more done than the White Widows, at 8-9 weeks. Kini looks most done with the most orange pistils and coudy/amber trichomes. Everyone else is showing more ripening, but still going. I was really hoping to harvest this week (since I am off work) but it looks like they may still need a bit of time. We will see...

Starting off week 2 with some issues. I have noticed a lightening of the leaf edges and slight crinkling on the leaves. I have ran into this type of issue in the past and I suspected it to be a root bound issue. This time I am not completely sure. I will up pot by the end of this week and compare. I was busy with the holidays so I put the humidity dome back on before I went and up the size of the growing containers. I think it helped out and you can see that they perked up with the high humidity under the dome. I believe the lighter green edges is a mag deficiency. I will add more cal-mag during next weeks feedings.

5/21/22 - 5/27/22 5/22/22 Took a short video of my Zams progress today. I hope you enjoy. 5/25/22 Zam has hit a growth spurt this past 2rthours. She is measuring about 16" tall and 24' wide. Photos are not uploading on grow diaries today so I will add them.tomorrow 5/25/22 Added some lst clips today for 24 ours to bring in some.lugjtto the inner nodes. 5/27/22 My lady is finally fully in herfower stage. She has bee growing and average of 1-2" daily and is needing1 gal of notes every other day to top off her resivore

This week I changed up my nutrient feeding as I figured out that I read the bottle wrong and was not adding enough food. I adjusted the feeding and the girls took off. the girl that I planted a week later than the rest and topped has now passed one of the original that I planted. Since it was my first grow I wasn't sure about topping but the plant the one I topped ended up growing in a much better uniform plant. I have noticed the leaves don't get as big on the topped plant and I really haven't had to defoliate. The plants that I just defoliated are doing well and finally started to get some height.Seeing as I am running out of tent room this is their last week in veg. My 6" vivosun inline fan started to make a horrible noise so I replaced it with an ac infinity much quiter. The vivo sun pushed alot of air and was semi quiet when I first got it but that only lasted two months.
