11/3 - Today is technically the first day of Week 5 and also the first day I could see a visible drop in her water level since her last check-in (~12 hours apart). As a result, her ppms shot up to around 800. I diluted the solution with straight tap (7.5pH, 170ppm) since her pH was registering around 5.3. This brought her up to 5.6pH and 670ppm (1.0ec + tap, 500ppm of nutrients). I would have liked to adjust her pH more, but the water level ended up at the bottom of the basket. I'll adjust further as necessary. The other day while attempting to LST her top branches, they ended up snapping off, so I just topped her down one node and broadened her other LST to make her as squat as possible. Once I am able to find a suitable individual ScrOG screen, I will put it on her. 11/4 - I wasn't even planning on doing an update today, but I want to note a few changes. The first of which is a visible difference between her foliage density in a span of 36 hours. Her root bundle is over a foot long and getting more wound up every day. I removed her LST ties in order to take advantage of the ScrOG screen apparatus (see notes below). After lights came back on, she measured 645ppm and had another notable drop in water level. Currently, I am preparing another nutrient solution that closely matches what she is feeding on now. I will be upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket. I will be aiming for 1ec of nutrients/additives (500ppm + Tap on my meter, Hanna Primo .5 conversion). Tap measured 180ppm, so target ppm would be 680. Later that same day... So I finished upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket before I actually got done writing the update. Added one photo showing new 5 gallon setup. Solo ScrOG test mk1 - In an attempt to do a ScrOG, but maintain control over each bucket, while still having relatively easy access to each reservoir, I decided to throw together this little contraption. I removed the lowest complete segment of a tomato cage, leaving a short "tail" beyond the lower ring to act as a peg to insert into corresponding holes in the lid. The lower ring is 10" in diameter and the upper is approximately 12" in diameter. Each ring is 11" apart. I would prefer to have a shorter segment, but I haven't worked out exactly how to do this yet. I would prefer to set the screen height at around 6" above the bucket instead of 11". This will have to suffice for the time being while I let my latent conscious work out a solution or one is provided by the community. Above each cage will sit a coated wire fence with grids measuring ~2"x3", as shown in the above picture. 11/5 - Uploaded short video showing Solo ScrOG Apparatus in place. Week 9! We're reaching the home stretch! I defoliated "J", heavily and super cropped her taller tops. She also is the only one to receive nutrients. The crop is still pretty hefty, so we'll water them 🌞 tomorrow. "J" is happy in her space and is content staying in Veg, indefinitely. I don't have the requirements to flip her into Flower and won't for quite some time, growing Photoperiods was not in the setup or budget. There is still no smell to speak of, except when you manipulate her, she gives off a citrus, pine aroma. This grow has been fairly easy going so far, no real issues to report. I put the clones into bigger Pots once their roots were fully established. Immediately started LST and put in the clones at an angle so that light is distributed more evenly. Autos also growing well but Panty Punch is lacking because of crippled leaves. I still let her live to see how she develops. I plan to bend the clones in a circular shape so they grow into an even canopy.

Week 11 - 05/24 - 05/30 Light - 400 W HPS & 265 W LED Temperature - 76 +/-3 Humidity - 50 +/-5 D25 Flower - Came back from a long weekend away to some nice growth! Watered with nutrients and tucked some of the larger leaves. Took some measurements since the two strains are growing different. D28 Flower - The clones have stretched a little bit more but for the most part, I think they are done stretching. Buds are forming nicely and starting to produce a sweet smell! Well it’s the beginning of week 7. Still now flowering ??? Not so speedy after all. A few of them have stretched a lot. Hopefully that means flowering soon. It’s going well other than one plant out of six that’s doing poorly. It looks ok.

What a great week it has been! Starting to see my nugs ripen up 😎 every time I shine a light on the buds all I see is a bunch of crystals! It’s looking beautiful. There are some plants that are growing fatter nugs than others. the blue dream and the fresh air as well as the white runtz seem to be doing particularly well, I started feeding mother of all bombs as well as overdrive this week I may have overdone it on my first feed since I did notice some burn on the leaves I will go lighter on my next feeding for sure. i’m hoping to harvest the 22nd of this month and that will put me at 9 weeks of flowering. i’ll wait 10 week if need be though.

Hello, Day 29 of flower today. She is packing on some trichomes since 2-3 days and it’s getting more everyday. Buds are growing and starting to look like they should. The smell is not that strong but if you walk by the opened window you smell that there is a weed plant somewhere near. The trichomes are sticky and the smell is hyping me up like crazy. Weight was okay today, I will water again tomorrow with 6-7 Liters without added nutrients. Some bottom leaves are starting to get a yellowish colour which kinda concerns me, but I’m far away from panicking. Estimated flower time are 50-60. my light is running on 85% which is 225W / 35cm distance to the canopy. I added those extra 5% power yesterday and we will see if she likes it. Maybe I will buy additional phosphor booster, but I have to gather some information first. I the next couple days I will also get a hygrometer to check my humidity. I can’t change it but I think it’s good to know for the next grow. The temperature is measured via an infrared thermometer, leaf temp was 18°C night and 23°C day temp. Every other day I'm checking to make sure none of the fan leaves are blocking light. If I find a leaf that is, I have trimmed it. So far I think I've trimmed 6 or 7 fan leaves. Buds are starting to pop up just about everywhere. I've kept to the same watering regimen, and nutrient amount. I can sure smell her now tho, and I love it.

These girls are all over the place! 🤪 one is reaching for the stars, the other is eating itself alive, and the other looks to be about 10 days behind the others with flowering🤦‍♂️ They are all still growing a fattening, but wow, I have not had this many deficiencies since my first grow. Smell is pungent, if my in-line fan is not constantly running, the house smells delicious (my words, not my wife). Getting excited 👊❤️🌱🇨🇦 Happy Gardening
