Well the last week the plant has started to show some amber trenchomes and as of today I'm seeing roughly 25% amber on the lower section of the plant. So today I start flushing. I know a lot of people say you don't have to flush but I disagree when it comes to hydro systems. Soil I get it trying to flush out all the nutrients is technically "impossible", I still do. But with hydro your plant has been directly absorbing the nutrients from the water with zero buffers like soil or coco and I find you can really taste it when you smoke it if you don't do a proper flush. I use the grotek final flush blueberry myself. The 500ml bottle I picked up a year ago when I did my blueberry has lasted a long time lol. My aerogarden grow box is going to be down for 2 weeks when this is done this grow. Got to make a few minor tweaks and then it'll be back up. Happy growing everyone

So after doing just a couple of weeks of LST on my Elixer CBD auto I realised I didn't like how it was sitting in the pot. It was too late for the CBD but I still had plenty of time for this girl. so I filled up her pot with soil which kinda negated the LST I had already done. No biggie, I enjoy the work so doing a little extra is okay. That's pretty much the only change other wise she's growing well. Continuing on with Dutch Science Nutrition and LST.

The plant grows at fast speed with no issues. I keep defoliating once/twice a week and the foliage is always fast in growing back and branches too. I adapt LST daily to make sure light reaches all of the buds that are now clearly visible and more and less evenly distributed. I could not have the main one at the same height because it is too close to the border of the vase. I am not sure why the ph of the soil is around 7/7.5 while before watering i always regulate the ph to be 6.4/6.5 and the soil itself is 6.5 by default. What are the factors that increase the ph?

03/15/2021 Reppoting of GSC done I used Bonide(4-10-3) Root&Grow with iba! to lessen shock of transplant and heavy defoliating. Flipping to 12-12 today (the first clones will be for outdoors) made before and after videos of defoliation, and reppot. Blue Dream is cruising along nicely with a little LST bending of branches & stems,so all in all not a bad week..

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2204 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/29- Here we go into Week Four of Vegetation but I'm somewhat relieved that they haven't started flowering yet as they are only 5" & 6" respectively so some more time to grow is a good thing right now! It's been a month since these pretty ladies popped out of the ground and other than being short, they are both looking perfect! The #1's 4g Gronest pot was heavy when lifted as was the #2's 3g Wraxly pot and they both looked happy, so I skipped watering today and will check them tomorrow morning after the lights come on. Since being topped for the first time a week ago, they both have two new shoots that are emerging and have new growth sprouting out all over with extremely tight node spacing making them definitely Indica dominate, and will most likely result in very short stocky cultivars from this strain which would be ideal for someone with limited grow space. 😎💚 Both of these girls are extremely healthy with excellent vigor and color and I can't wait to see if they get any taller and for them to begin flowering! 🧐💚 12/31- Today was a 'dry day and all I did was refill the humidifier and some canopy maintenance, tucking shade leaves and gently bending branches. It's been a little over four weeks since they were planted in their amended medium and it's time to give their microbes a good feed so they can continue to provide them with all the macro and micro nutrients they need so, yesterday they got a good watering with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with GreenGro's Veg, Flower, Green Aminos, Natures Brix and Granular Myco added to it @ 1.5 tsp/g and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 73℉. Still no signs of flowering on either tester but I anticipate it will be any day now! 01/02- Yesterday I finally saw signs of flowering on the #1 tester! The #2 is still a no-show but as short as she is it's probably for the best! Today I watered them from the bottom with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g of Earth Juice OilyCann cal-mag to prevent any Cal-Mag issues they may encounter before they arrive. I also have the HLG 650R set 36" above canopy and it's set at 60% power which is being controlled by a Trolmaster HydroX controller. The tent environment is on point with temp's running 70 when the light's off and 74℉ with the light on. I'm keeping the RH at 55-60% right now but will drop it as flowering progresses. Finally, I've been keeping the VPD in the tent running 0.85 - 1.05 which I'm happy with! 01/04- They have both been doing really well getting watered every other day and yesterday they received 0.5g each of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner which was then ph'd to 6.3 @ 72℉. The #1 tester is on her fourth day of flower and looking great! Because she's so bushy and was getting choked with growth, I removed a few shade leaves to open her up and get some light penetration down into her canopy. The #2 tester has yet to show any signs of going into flower which I won't be concerned with unless it persists for another week or so, at which point I'll make a decision on how to deal with her. 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Girls are looking good. The MBAP is going really quickly, she's flowering at an extortionate rate. I'm unsure if this is because she wasn't topped & Mainlined or if that's just her genetics, as the Sour Melon appears to be quite far behind budding wise. The MBAP really is a budding machine, I'm going to get my gf to take proper pics of them next week for everyone to see. Not much to report, most of the training has finished now on all plants, will do one more defoliation session on the Six Shooter, and 1-2 more on the younger 2, and possibly a bit of tying and tidying up on the younger ones too. Gave all 3 girls a good dose of PK tea the other day and my Bio-PK booster has just arrived from Biotabs, so I'll be adding this in with my weekly PK boost watering. Apart from that, they will be on strictly plain water all the way through to harvest. As you can see, we've got a baby Green Crack, Masszar Haze CBD & Sour Melon on the way as 1 day old babies as well, I'll be doing a separate diary for them. 12/1 update: nothing much more to report, did a defoliation on all plants, the Six Shooter for the final time, and didn't spray them with any recovery spray. The 2 younger girls are drinking several lirres of water a day. The MBAP's flowers really smells absolutely incredible. I'm disappointed by how far behind the Sour Melon is. Worryingly, there isnt much frost on the Six Shooter, who is probably about 2-3 weeks away from harvest. I'll be giving her a strong PK tea this weekend, her second-to-last one. I like to give the final one about 10 days before I harvest, as I harvest the tops and then leave the bottom half to develop for a further 3-5 days. The new girls are about 3 days old. I have started a separate diary for them.

Less is more. Lesson learned. Without training these plants, having the fifth plant has really cramped the tent. Because I have limited space for the tent, access into the sides isn't possible. I have only the front entrance. Next time I think I will stick yo maybe three strains that have been positive and try and find the time to train more. The WOS-Northern/Skunk has grown out so nicely into a Xmas tree type of posture. She is making her really good friends with her neighbours, perhaps to their detriment. Seedsman Blueberry continues to be solid and unphased by anything. This is the first time I have smelled a plant that has such a fruity aroma. It really took me aback in surprise. Very cool. HiFi 4G needs support. Did a McGyver solution for the time being. Doesn't appear to have bulked up much this week. Jack is about the same. A bit of bulk up but not expecting this one to be a big yielder. Appears healthy overall so I'm happy. CBD+ bulked up for sure on the main cola's. I'm skeptical she will be done at 60 days at this point....but have to trust what Dinafem are telling me. Be safe folks.

This week was again just watching her grow, watering every other day. I was worried of having too low pH in the soil and decided to give just water one day instead of water + nutes. Other than that, feeding her normally. The smell is amazing and strong, and the buds are getting fatter every day. She is developing fast, maybe 1-2 weeks more until harvest. Can’t wait!

Day 24-31 (Day 25) The smell in here is absolutely ridiculous. My last grow didn’t smell even close to this bad in early flower. (Day 27) Stretch is finally all done. #6 in the back is very stout and barely stretched compared to everything else. I doubt it will yield much but I’m excited to see the nice tight colas on it. It seems to be still getting adequate light and raising it up is hard to do with a scrog net so I will just leave it. If it wasn’t getting enough light it would be stretching right? The early frost is really shocking to me. My last indoor round definitely wasn’t this caked and I’ve never had an outdoor plant on this level either. That’s also true in terms of smell too. (Day 29) I’m still debating whether I should feed anything in flower or just leave it. The only deficiency I’m seeing is purple stems from P def which could actually just be from light intensity rather than a lack of P. I’ve done some thinking and I’ve decided to only feed my small plant. What I’m most curious about is if a PK boost will actually make any kind of a difference in flower when it comes to bud size and smokability. So to test this theory I will be top dressing a teaspoon of 0-18-0 bat guano, a tablespoon of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and a half strength watering of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m trying to avoid N all together as I just toxed my guinea pig plants with another experimental flowering PK boost that had a very small amount of N in it. This plant in particular actually has very early signs of N def and probably will fade harder than the rest. (Day 31) Shit. Looks like #1 is starting to herm. It’s definitely not environment or light leaks so maybe it’s just genetic or the recent leaching stressed it out too much. Either way, it’s only a single lower branch and I’m prepared to cut her down if I start seeing anymore. I double checked every other budsite but couldn’t find anymore. In my experience true herms usually start pushing bananas out of the main tops and plants like mine can usually be salvaged with little to no seeded bud. But then again it’s day 31, when these things usually start to happen. I’m 50/50 on this one. I will be watching it everyday like a hawk if anymore show up. The breeder I’m using, ‘Jordan of the Island’s’ is notorious for having unstable genetics and this will be the last time I run any of his stuff. The quality is good, certainly better than most European and Dutch genetics I’ve run but I know I could do better where genetics are concerned. I can’t wait to start hunting my archive dosidos x gelato 41 and in house sugarcane.

Teniendo en cuenta la luna, estaríamos trasplantando el jueves o viernes de la semana próxima. 03/05/2021 Tres plantas de las mas viejas comenzaron a amarillentas un poco, se estima que fue por una alta temperatura el fin de semana. Veremos que sucede mañana al aplicar el combo de MEN de viejo brujo.

Coming up on third base! No issues at all from the recent wetness and really getting some nice purps on the GG4xGSC and the Green Gelato. Ironically nothing yet on the Ayahuasca Purple.
