Raspberry Ripple #1 and #2 (Flowering Plants)- This week, I believe the stretch pre-flower phase is over for both of these Phenos! They are now begining to really stack on those nugs. Number 1 has been on its same purple kick and appears to be purple to it's core! Both Phenos are showing long pistils hairs and have already began to build some trichome shelves! #1 still prays very hard daily, while #2 holds its leaves upright but not over a flat plane ever. I gave another 1/4 cup of build a flower to each plant, and a 1/4 tsp of TM-7 today. Today I went through and defoliated some stray leaves and really underdeveloped branches. The smells while I was doing this, were fantastic; like a smarties or sweet tart candy, but not runtzy it's very hard to describe. Definitely excited for the upcoming weeks! I'll be pushing the lights to 100% this week, pulling 400w from the wall for the stacking/bulking weeks! Raspberry Ripple #1 and #2 (Clones)- This week the #2 clones were topped, so now all the clones in the tent have been topped once. The branch growth has improved and they took it well! The weather is getting warmer, so keeping the tent well ventilated is key. I did notice a few springtails walking along the edge of one of my pots today, so I plan to treat this with Wettable Sulfur tonight. I have read these are not the worst pest to have by any means, but you definitely want to keep the population under control at the least! I went ahead and put one of the #1 clones back in the mini tent to make some space in the 55 inch. It was starting to get a little crowded. was a solid week. all green, all happy. the birthday cake auto seems to be coming around. so today i set the lights to 12 12 .. lets see how the flower. ive done all what i can in ability and space to set them up i hope. i find mixing nutrients in calcium water (thicker density, almost milk,) produces a quicker visible result in the plants and also you seem to get less variation in how they take the days feed. I have added a new light and am going to try a super soil grow for the first time. I have a Mephisto Genetics Double Grape between paper towels and waiting to sprout. The space is about 18 inches by 24 inches. The ceiling slopes down, so I don't have much room at the rear of the space. For medium I am using Fox Farms Happy Frog augmented with perlite. The bottom third contains 0.5 pounds autoflower blend of a "super soil" additive from Nature's Living Soil. (https://amzn.to/2PUHc6k) I am using three-gallon cloth pots. The light is a Horticulture Lighting Group 135W QB V2 R-Spec LED kit. NUTRIENTS Tap water pH’d to 6.5. pH lowered using 1.5 TBS unsulfured blackstrap molasses and apple cider vinegar. One-half TBS of vinegar lowered pH about 0.5 points. The medium was very dry. Slowly watered to allow the moisture to be equal throughout the soil ISSUES My while I have yet to put the seed in the dirt, I am concerned about temperatures. They are currently running at about 86F. I would like to get it down to about 80F. DAILY LOG DAY -2: STARTED SEED * Started seed in my traditional manner. Between paper towels soaked in 5% bleach solution, 0.25 tsp/0.5 Cup water. Temp 82F. DAY -1: ACTION *The smallest of tip has appeared. Will put in soil in a few hours. Day 0: SEED PLANTED. * Refrigerator filtered water. pH 6.5. 1 cup (250ml) added very carefully. * Covered with humidity dome. * Light from Soil: 32.5” * Temperature: 82F DAY 1: SPROUT The sprouted seed has shown itself above the soil. A nice Christmas morning surprise. Now I can start counting the days. * Watered with about 200ml of water at pH 6.5. Used apple cider vinegar to lower the tap water pH. * I was pleased to find that my tap water does not contain chloramine. I was reading bad things about chloramine and "living soil." It can kill beneficial microorganisms. All I did was ask my water company and they replied saying "we found no mention of chloramine use in the system:" Just what I wanted to hear. * After looking at other diaries using 250W LEDs, I moved my light down to 25 inches. DAY 2: NO WATER FOR YOU * No watering today. There is plenty of water in the soil and I want the roots to stretch and work. * Working on increasing the humidity and getting more control over the temperature. DAY 3: WATER PLANT, NOT POT. ADDED MYCORRHIZAE. * Following the GrowWeedEasy watering suggestions for Kind Soil * 500ml water at 6.5 pH, around the plant and not across the full 3-gallon bag. * The fan gently moves the seedling to keep it strong. * Had minor unexpected run-off. I hope to avoid that in the future. * Added 1/8 tsp Great White Mycorrhizae dissolved in 100 ml of 50 ml water/50 ml molasses mix. Did not pH as it is such a small amount of solution compares to the watering earlier today. DAY 4: NO WATER, NO PICTURE * Nothing really new. So no reason for a picture. * The soil is dry on top, but the bottom of the pot is still damp. So I will watch it, but I don't expect to water today. * Adding a small intake fan has dropped the temps to about 82F, I think they can live with that. * A humidifier arrives tomorrow and I think that will be my last step to improve the environment. DAY 5: 500ml WATER, LOOKING GOOD * The plant is looking good. The second set of true leaves has a bend, but nothing to worry about. DAY 6: 500ml WATER. NEW HUMIDIFIER * It wasn't really necessary to water today, but I did simply to stay on the schedule I am using. * Given the lightness of the soil and the moving air, I don't anticipate any problems. * Added a humidifier yesterday evening. It's bringing the humidity up, but I need to keep the space closed and I'm a bit concerned about having to provide it with distilled water frequently. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WEEK ONE IN REVIEW ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ * Watered with 750 ml pH's tap water. Watered slowly to avoid any runoff. * The plant is looking very healthy. happy with the growth of this plant. its the top performer in my tent in terms of vegetative growth :)ive noticed purple/brown tips on the leaves, and purple leaf edges and stems. if anyone can help and guide me through flowering feel free to give me a comment or private message :) I feel more happy and alive now that ive been caring for these plants the last while. i love watching the progress day to day, listening to music with them and singing to them, they are quickly becoming a really big part of my life and health. over the moon that ive reached the flowering phase! roll on harvest and il update this when im home as my phone is gonna die! :) Update - Day 37 - 29/10/19 Flushed the plant today, runoff ph was 5.95 and ppm was 837. i have to flush to obtain runoff in these pots and i think this is causing problems, especially because im not using RO water. the ppm of my water is 140, and thats what ive been using for my first grows. (il pick up some water from the store soon) so im using 5 gallon pots with pure coco and autoflowers, the flushing to obtain runoff i think is just taking away from precious time in the plants life cycle. it would probably have been easier to grow photos in these pots and veg them out until they are monsters and then flip into flowering. oh well theres always next grow. and still for a first grow im happy with where im at :) watered: 1.8L/4ml Canna A/4ml Canna B/3ml Rhizotonic/3ml Cannazym. ppm 380. this should help with the purpling of the leaves and help flowering :) also needed that flush to get rid of salt buildup! Day 39 - 31/10/19 Happy halloween folks! Wow... Quick one is thriving now, i think ive learned enough to keep the plants in a near optimal setting :) tooks some photos and a video as usual, loving how the plants are developing! anyway this plant has grown about 6cm in 3-4 days, and its the buds getting taller instead of veg growth :) if actually looks like a plant off the 📺 more and more. i think im gonna get between 12-20 grams off this plant :) the flush worked a treat and i think the old nute and salt buildup was stopping it stretching! following cannas feeding schedule slightly for the ratio of nute/water. i learned that:(cocoforcannabis.com) Coco is supposed to be mostly saturated at all times which in turn means less watering to get runoff. now that im in the flowering stage too im watering once every morning at lights on! maybe when i get the tehnique down i can increase to two waterings per day - once at lights on, and once 10 hours later. To sum up this week ive had a lot of stretchy growth ,(flowering) a nice lavender like smell from the plant. a better fertigation schedule and i learned how to make dry ice hash from popcorn and trim :) i tried this in barcelona and it was amazing! super expensive so it will be nice to have my own stash :) Dont forget to check out my videos and my other diaries :) all the best!

La calabaza y la zanahoria contienen multitud de minerales y vitaminas que ayudan a fortalecer el cultivo y ayudan a la expansión de las raíces. Este preparado es comparable, funcionalmente, con los extractos de algas, aunque mucho más completo. Esta hortaliza es rica en antioxidantes. Destaca su contenido en carotenos, que son los responsables del color característico de la calabaza. ¿Será que esto puede influir en los colores de las cepas?... en observación!! Gracias a la fermentación anaeróbica con Microorganismos de Montaña, los nutrientes, vitaminas y minerales son quelados por la acción de los MM, consiguiendo así un caldo nutritivo de primer orden que las plantas asimilan de inmediato. Disuelvo todos los elementos y añado levadura de cerveza y fresca para dar comienzo a la fermentación. Coloco en una bolsa de malla los Microorganismos de Montaña Sólidos de mis dos semilleros, donde reúno los Microorganismos (Bacterias de la familia de los Actinomicetos, Levaduras y Hongos (Micorrizas), Microalgas y Protozoarios) de seis bosques vírgenes de mi zona. Cierro el bidón herméticamente con válvula de escape de gases, como estamos en Enero y hace frío he puesto una cinta de calor alrededor del bidón para mantener una temperatura constante de aproximadamente 36°C, de esta manera el preparado puede estar listo en tan sólo 30 días, si fuera el caso de dejarlo a temperatura ambiente el preparado demoraría 2 meses más en estar disponible para uso. La fermentación comenzó a los 60 minutos y se ha alargado durante 25 días sin interrupción. He abierto el bidón a los 45 días, el olor ha fermentado es muy agradable, el color fantástico, algunos Microorganismos se ven prosperando en la superficie, separo medio litro para ir usándolo y cierro el bidón otra vez. Tengo varios cultivos incipientes donde voy a aplicar este fertilizante y observar sus efectos. Hasta la próxima semana... 🌱 Day 1 of Week 3 Flowering 🌸 Week 3 of flowering has officially begun, and everything is going great! 🌿 The plants are hitting their stride, and the early bud development from last week is starting to pick up momentum. Pistils are becoming more prominent, and you can see the flowers beginning to take shape—it’s a beautiful transformation. Maintaining a consistent environment remains a top priority. Day 11 i feel like the girls are getting stronger so I top dressed with 4-4-4 Gaia Green and watered with recharged tea ph to 6.5.

11/10 Week 7 Long week Maggie is responding well to treatment, will continue until I see something that says its gone far enough. I know she needs defoliation but I just hate to take health(ish) leaves when its already stressed. Maybe next week air flow is good. May add some sulfer to the mix but keeping it as is otherwise, 6.8 PH, 1-2% H2O2 and CalMag in a day or two as she drys. Brandy... not sure it did as much for her but see nothing that says stop so will continue as the pot drys. Layla ya got me on my knees... shes my girl. lovely not perfect but has handled things that left other plants stunted and yellowed. Were she a photo I would have cloned her. Continuing feeding as I have, may add Karo may not, defoliation continues as needed. May this continue God willing and the creek dont rise. Last note - Raised the lights up 4 inches to 22" for better dispersal across the canopy now that its getting used. Think this strain likes that. 11/11 Looking better. Did some defoliation on Maggie, nothing stressing and mostly damaged leaves though some were for blocking bud sites Same on Brandy though less so. Picking up some chemical bloom nuets so I can continue lightly feeding them through these treatments, the organics are getting blasted by the h2o2 Layla looking her usual lovely self, buds building, her and Maggie get fed today, Brandy still too wet. 11/12 Brandy still not dry enough, may adopt the feeding I set out for Maggie below when it is time. Changing the treatment on Maggie, for one feed only dropping the calmag and adding two TBS of Epson salts , fish sh!t and recharge to get the bug healthy, and continue the cocotek nuets for the time being, it the only mineral fert I have, to the water at 6.5 PH . Believe the H2O2 has done all its going to do repairing the roots and now I can address the sulfur (i hope) issue. Plant is huge BTW so if I get her producing, yield is going to be huge. IF Layla just continue as before, the Dr Earth is doing a marvelous job of covering all the bases. Will absolutely use this when I go back to organics. Had to reset the lights again... Maggie :) 11/13 New Pics of Maggie as she is the only one causing me concern, no feed today still too wet Defoliated bottom 1/3 of Maggie getting rid of all unwanted under growth. Will continue as it goes. Large leaves looking normal now. 11/14 Feeding time: Maggie and Brandy - 1 gal at 6.5 1.5 TBS Epsom Salt (decided to hit the middle), 5ml cocotek A&B , 6ml Fish Sh!t holding the recharge for next time. Layla - 1 gal at 6.5 5ml Cal Mag , 5ml Bio-Bloom, 5ml Fish Sh!t Getting a bit of height growth on Maggie. Expect more if we are right on this. Decided to hold off a mag/Sulfur foliar until tomorrow if needed. New Vid posted few minutes post feed. Maggie was a bit dry as she is really drinking 11/15 New Vid Foliar feed of 1.5 TBS Epsom Salt / gal unPH water on Maggie primarily though also hit Layla and Brandy. Only the very top of the colas now have the paleness so progress.

High temperatures and nutrient burn. At this point i have no idea what i am doing. Every now and then SD2 and SD3 release typical weed smell but apart from that no other smell. The stems upon rubbing and touching smell like cinammon,cloves and orange zest.It reminds me of fanta drink.

*********************************************************************************************************** START OF WEEK The Hawaiian Lion (right) and Tricho Jordan (left) are the two plants that dominate the face-on tent photos, and for good reason. Each of those plants is twice the mass of either Chimera. The HL is superior in bud sites, resin, and terp intensity, but the Tricho and the good Chimera #3 are both not too far off in resin production and aroma profiles. The weird runt is frosting up too, so we're looking at getting something unique and quality from each. That is, if I don't muck this up. I fed last night, and as part of that process, I mix my nutrients in a four gallon batch at a double(ish) strength. I then add that to my reservoir, which is shut off at that time. This allows me to work in the res, to both get the ppms right and the ph within range. I just use plain water to level off the ppms and then I adjust for ph. What I didn't do last night is TURN back on the flow of water from the reservoir. However, you wouldn't have guessed it from how the plants woke up today (see first image). I normally check the bases of each plant daily, and in doing so today, I noticed that one felt slight dry. All tanks were empty, but all plant bases were somewhere between wet to moist. This is how I spot check, and it's worked in the past. This isn't the first time these tanks have had a catastrophic issue leading to an unexpected no flow sitch. There's a filter that sits between the reservoir tank and the primary feed line. That has unexpectedly clogged on me in the past, but with no deleterious effect to the grow. That was caught within a day as well by testing the plant bases. I don't blame autopot for either event. Obviously, last night I was a baked potato and just forgot a step. The clog is because I use yucca in my mix, which is an organic material that over time in the reservoir leads to build up. I'm afraid to introduce hydrogen peroxide into the set-up, so I'm just maintaining my reservoir by cleaning it fully every other week for now. I don't want to kill off the bacteria in the environment. I'm also using some fungus, too, so I'd rather promote coexistence of a microbiome than serialize it, especially considering the plants seem to be on pace. **************************************************************************************************************************************************************** END OF WEEK Shit! I've got a herm. I've found four nanner clusters this week, all on the lower third-ish of the Hawaiian Lion. Someone, thankfully, spotted it in the purple flower pics. Turns out, while super fun to look at, those sweet violet flowers turned into harbingers of mother fucking doooooommm. I've never seen this before. I guess I've been fortunate, but I've also never had a camera this capable before either. I had no idea how small these pee pee's were. I guess I was expecting girth, but shame on me for not knowing. I rapidly learned as much as I could over the last two days, and I've come to the conclusion that I may or may not be screwed. The consensus on my situation ranges from either burn my tent down to thank ja for the blessings of feminized seeds. We're riding this baby out. I think I have fifteen to twenty days left and I think these little nanners might have been in action for ten days, hopefully less. I don't know what kind of damage will be done in that time, but honestly, I'm not too worried. While disappointing, my use case is a personal supply of bubble hash and flower rosin. If it's seedy, I'll wash most of it. I don't know what caused it, but I'm thinking a light leak or genetics. The environment is dialed and that plant hasn't shown one sign of anything less than vigor throughout. The spots that developed the purple flowers (lower bottom half to bottom quarter) are all in the vicinity of where I found the herms (four locations) and these locations are close to the edge of the tent along the zipper. I'm vigilant about keeping my tent and grow space in order, but a light leak can't be ruled out. I'll have to test that after the harvest. The herm flowers are minuscule and I'm surprised I found them. The camera was a great tool in this case. I sprayed the areas that I removed the nanners and then dried it, but for what it's worth, I think the damage was already done. That water bit felt more like ritual, but I'm still feeling optimistic that I'm not totally hosed.
