This is looking like the final week on the mango, they are 2 weeks into flush now and the colours are so vibrant! I am off on holiday in September and need ten days to dries these before hand, so I maybe forced to crop next week Friday. We will see how it goes. I have been checking the plants all over for milky and amber trichomes. So far I can say the mango has about 80% milky 15% clear and 5% amber..... she's not far off 🤤. The amnesia has about 75% milky 24% clear and 1% amber. These do vary between top and bottom of plants of course. But take them as an average. The amnesia is sooooo fat! And I am in love with tho colours of the mango. Will keep you all updated and add some proper photos of the final plants on harvest (without L.E.D light), that will all be next week. See you then!

Amazing strain, very easy to grow and hope to do do more Royal gorilla auto in the future and see what else RQS have to offer. Absolutely solid buds and potent asf. Taste is 9/10. thc I would say 20%+. I also used terpinator in weeks 7 and 8 at a rate of 4ml/l which I didn't list in my diary. I'm sure this contributed to the density of the buds. I will use terpinator alongside advanced nutritions range for all future plants.

What a pleasure to from this variety! Wonderful sea of chunky tops. Beautiful even canopy im very happy with their production so far. They are getting the trichomes really going now. This strain always gets super frosty come the finish line. I reduced the nitrogen dose again. I also stopped giving them vigorous. Its a pure bloom mix now as these ladies are booming with flowers. Day 36 : I did LST again plants are growing quick. I set the lamp approx 26 cm away. 600 W LED, 20 hours on 4 hours off the same with ventilation humidity approx 60 percent. Ferlizitaion will continue the same way Monday Wednesday and Friday BioBizz family and Tuesday Thursday and Saturday bat gunao and Epson salt. Water intake 100 ml per day per plant. Day 39: Pre-flowers are coming BlackBerry Kush is getting purple ❤️. All of them started flowering and colas are coming out. Day 41: All of them have pre-flowers and pistils are out. BlackBerry Kush started turning into Purple. She and LSD-25 are the most developed. I did more LST on them.

The bud are dense and covered in trichomes. Very tasteful in vape (Utilian 722). It taste like creamy berry. The buzz start with a head rush to finish with a body buzz. Sometimes the head rush is a bit to much. I don't know if it's because of this pheno or the genetic or due to a bad flush. Overall I'm very satisfied with my first harvest and I will keep the Glue Gelato to smoke it.

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. 08/30/2021 - Noticing more gnats than usual. Could be overwatering, anaerobic soil conditions, or both. - Going to set up fly traps, starve both the plant and the gnats of water for about a week. - Will observe any stress responses due to an extended dry period.

pretty easy week again. The purple haze plants got moved up front after they got the leat strip. Smallest plants in the tent and they were in the back, now there up front where I can take better care of them. The buds are starting to develop and are looking nice. Can't wait to see how they turn out. Happy growing
