I finally came back from vacation, and I already visited it:) it doesn't look bad, a few higher branches look like the leaves are on fire, a lot of leaves were cut off yesterday so that the plant would devote more energy to the flowers:) I think the flowers will burst and expand within a week:)

10/18, day 74 While only getting a tiny bit taller, the colas are bulking up, trichomes are developing, and the colors are amazing. She's so pretty! We're starting to take more stemmed leaves off in preparation for harvest, and they are ready to come off, with beautiful yellow fading. There are sooooo many reddish-orange hairs, and it seems most of the tops are being taken over by purples now. 10/21, day 77 Violet's leaves are turning brown and beginning to curl now. When looking at her trichomes, it seems there is not as much amber today as there was yesterday somehow. Every time we open the cabinet, it seems she has changed. 10/23 day 79 Violet has been exploding with trichomes the last couple of days, and I'm just like WOW!! Upon doing more research on trichomes and their development, I found an article that explains things so nicely (Link: https://www.greencultured.co/cannabis-trichomes-overview/ ) In this article, I learned about the three different types of trichomes: bulbous, capitate sessile, and capitate stalked. The stalked being the tall pretty ones we like to see, which also contain the most resin. At a certain point, the short sessiles develop into the stalked, increasing from 30% to 80-90%. This is kind of far down the article in the section titled "Latest Cannabis Trichome Research." It also explains that the stalked trichomes contain 16 cells while sessile trichomes only contain 8, so the stalked trichome explosion Violet has been having is doubling her medicinal value. I believe that her increasingly strong smell is a sign that this is good information, so I encourage you to check it out. I do not know them, nor have any arrangements with them, I really did just find the article that helpful. Oh, Violet, our time together is going to be over soon!!

Definitely learning some lessons from the manifold attempt. I'd say I have to definitely train more horizontal on the original top but I'm pretty happy with how it's coming along. Looking forward to topping down to the 3rd node most likely tomorrow! With that being said, I'd imagine having the final set up could be a bit easier to train. Once I'm able to remove the second node it will open up a solid amount of space and light for the 1st node. On another note I became extremely confident in regards to feeding. Dancing around 690-700PPM's seems to be working very well right now. Consistent PH at 5.9 as well. Looking forward for the next week in regards to topping and training. Depending on training and pruning time, I'd like to flip within the next 2-3 weeks. Maybe sooner. As always, any comments or suggestions are welcome! Thanks!

Been feeding each plant with 2 litres once soil has dried out which is roughly 2 feeds a week. The yellowing and brown spots looks like its slowly getting worse even though enough nutes are being used. I have read online this is quite normal to see nitrogen deficiency close to harvest. I know I’m getting close and have been checking the trichomes every day and they seem to still be very clear and none turning orange.

Week 16 Happy Easter week. 4/9-15/23 Flushing, nights in the dark with cold feet. This is week 2 of flushing before the harvest. Sunday I flushed each plant with 1 1/2 gal of filtered water after layering ice the top of the pots. After flushing they were just put in the room not in the tent. I had an ocsellating fan moving on a medium speed. Moved to the garage for the night. Tuesday flushed each plant with 1 1/2 gal of filtered water after layering ice the top of the pots. I don't know if this is a normal harvest or small yield for OG Kush. See last pic in week 16. She will be drying for 2 weeks or so. I have been checking the stem stiffness or bendiness since the humidity fluctuates. It does not snap yet.

had a bit of a nightmare. bit much on over water and may have had a nutrient lockout. took one sweet cherry pie out and replaced with seedsman northern lights auto. also added a few more of those in the tent 5th dec. was unfortunate as this week was for topping. went ahead and did it. will be very careful next week. Purple berry Kush came on strong this week. took the nutrients fine. less damage from over water.

december 20th gave her half a gallon of dechlorinated tap water phd to 6.6 with 1/2 tsp of bloom nutes to each 3 gallons of water. runoff tested at 6.3 ph. she was showing a few deficiencies

Week 7 of flower and things are on cruise control the Blueberry Muffin and GG4 have been harvested and their buds look great!!!😁 while the blueberry muffins yield won’t be much considering i vegged it as a clone for litterally 2 weeks it has still produced some top quality flower and I cant wait to try it harvest update coming soon! My Gg4 didn’t impress and was severely stunted by the heater incident😪 none the less we should be getting some decent buds, my last girls in the tents are my stars I have fed both plain ph water with florakleen to leach both of them the ayahuasca purple has been ‘flushing’ for a week and a half and the acapulco gold has started today, I started an early flush because I feel like I over did the nutes a little and My ppms are through the roof! Started the week out with a mini flush and nutrient change. Fed the clones that are in the coco coir and they are thickening up well and producing solid buds. This might become an every grow thing, its looking like it will produce a good amount of bud for being a 12/12 clone.
