Hello. this is the end of week 7 and the beginning of week 8 of veg. What good luck... I've got 7 females and 1 good male out of 9 plants. I killed 1 male and 1 seed didn't pop. Things are going well... The last undecided plant turned out to be a female. So I'm already to repot them and put them in the tent. I've got a 5x5 tent with a Spider Farmer Light, SF4000 in there. I think I'll have to get more soilless soil. I use Sunshine Mix #4. I usually get 4 bales to get me through a year. Lots of big spiders in my yard this year. The bees are sure taking a beating though. I haven't seen one in days. No wasps or mosquitos too. Hope your enjoying the comics. Have Fun. Chuck.

Lemon AK is getting really fat this week. Smell isnt as strong as the zkittlez but it definitely smells lemony. Looks a little airy as its foxtailing quite a bit i think. Just too hot damnit. Zkittlez is conspicuously missing this week....will see why next week :)

I know Runtz well, I know Zamnesia's Runtz very well, I have grown it in all its forms, photoperiodic, normal autoflowering and f1 autoflowering. I know the Gelato and Monster Zkittles mums very well and have also grown Zamnesia's Gelato with friends several times actually. All this to tell you that the others were already wonderful, the mothers and parents were all wonderful, but here we have reached the apotheosis: the Runtz F1 hybrid is the best of all, probably meaning I haven't tasted it yet but the smell, guys....how does this girl smell. This one was a huge surprise because up to this point i had thought it was a completely different plant, blueberry cupcake. one of two seedlings had died and i didn’t have them properly marked. its growing great but clearly has a long way to go before finishing. smells like pine, funk, and a hint of citrus

This week has been a good one all round. The sun has been beaming down all day for days and I still due to continue for a while. The gorilla 🦍 has now started to get to a nice bushy size, unfortunately outgrowing the original tent position. After the mistake I made with the Rhino Ryder I grew by taking the bold move to leave permanently in the elements, the cold temps at night really slowed bud production. I have had to improvise and make a shoddy attempt at lifting the tent to allow the room needed.

I transferred it to a half-gallon pot and I mixed the organic fertilizer with the soil.

This fine lady has entered into flowering with a bang. She is stretching out like a champ!! She is drinking 7 gallons every 2-3 days now. I will likely increase watering to 10 gallons soon enough. I have been spraying with OMRI fungicides every 3-4 days and I haven’t see any issues yet 😎 I may throw a little top dressing down (my own little flowering mix). We will see as the week goes. I can’t wait to see more growth from this sexy lady. 😎🍿🍻🌱

Apr 27: and they’re off. Both seeds germinated very strongly. I’m keeping the soil drier this time. I think maybe I’ve had soil too wet when starting seeds before and that slowed them down a bit. Will focus on keeping the seedlings moist to make up for the low air humidity. Once they get some roots going then I’ll start normal watering. Apr 30: snow day but plants are all still inside under lights. So far so good. May 1: one seedling is a bit bigger than the other at this early stage. I’ll pick one to keep and adopt out the other one. May 3: transplanted to intermediate pot to raise the soil level.

Plant is under very high stress. Topped again for 8 colas. The plant looks bare but will fill out soon. Plant has slowed down a lot under this training. But we will let it recover for next 2 weeks. I’ve attached time-lapse of leaves reaching for light. Hope you all like it.
