Well, here we are ladies and gents. I'm saying this a good few weeks earlier than I was expecting to, but she's ready. Buds have swollen up like balloons, and are dense and frosty. I dug out the microscope for a look in the week to see how far gone we were, and the pictures tell the story. As much as 50% amber on some of the tips closest to the light. Even deep in the calyx, amber is 30-40%, and lowers are 95% cloudy / 5% amber. The sugar leaves pretty much look like a burnt landscape under the microscope at this point. Almost disappointed it's coming to an end, this has been a really chill grow. No issues at all, she's been a pleasure from start to finish. But they all gotta come to an end sometime. Way she grows, boys. Way she grows.... Enough sadness. 'Tis a time to be joyful. She looks great, smells great and she's screaming she's ready, so I will be chopping any day now. This is the last weekly update - I'll be back in a couple of weeks once this is all dried, trimmed and weighed with the harvest details :)

The grow cycle was super, super easy. The summer was shitty as HELL. but it still produced really good buds. I don’t have a picture with flash but its sticky and shiny like a diamond!! The other plant sadly got attacked by spider mites so i had to kill it :/

Howdy, So this last week has been about learning, quickly. Plant 2 has been suffering from yellowing, I noticed that at first it was a darker green than plant 1 - (first signs of Mg deficiency I have since learned). As plant 1 was doing so well until a few days ago, I originally assumed that plant 2 was just a bit of a slacker. I think basically it is more susceptible to PH differences than plant 1. First mistake was not knowing about the benefits of PH range... What I did not know earlier in the week is that Mg and Ca are only absorbed efficiently at 6.0 and above, my OCD kicked in and I refused to let the PH wander above 5.7; as from what I have read in forums, 5.7 is the sweet spot. Main lesson from last week is that I'm not going to be so anal about PH levels, I will let the PH rise to 6.3 before I drop it back down to 5.7, this will give the plants and window of time to grab hold of some well deserved CalMag before I drop it back down so it can retrieve some Mn and P if it needs any. My plants told me they were in need of Calcium over a week ago, but I naively thought that maybe I spilled a droplet of water on one of the leaves, and that caused it to burn. As I was adding CalMag+ to the solution when I replenished the reservoir. My second mistake was panicking... After realising above, I bombed the nutrient solution with 35ml of Cal Mag, bringing up the PPMS to 460, this subsequently gave the strongest plant nutrient burn. On top of this, I gave both plants a foliage spray during lights out with some diluted CalMag as well. So anyway, the main thing I have learnt is when the plants are ill, its probably best to take it easy, do a res swap at the very worst and concentrate on my PH levels first before throwing more variables into the fray. Positive notes: Plants 1 & 2 is now working on their 5th node, I know I am technically allowed to top at this point, but I am going to wait until they are working on their 7th before doing anything, this way I will be able to tell if the new growth is looking healthy, and my investigations are correct. I have now installed a Hailea 150a, with a submersible pump, this is now keeping the reservoir at 20ºc and its keeping the nutrients well mixed, I'll post a video later this week showing the set up. The roots at the top look a little dark, but I have done a sniff test and they don't smell at all, I think it is just where some of the tea has built up where the bubbles meet the air. Roots do seem rather large, maybe they have stretched so far looking for Mg and Ca :P Decided against increasing PPMS, going to do another week, so 5 weeks veg, gives the ladies some time to recover. Trimmed the burns off of leaves mainly so I can keep a track to see if damage is continuing. Anyways, I hope the above makes sense and draws other newbies attention towards PH ranging for hydro; I have posted a pic which shows the PH range for each important element. Thanks! 😊

So I did a partial harvest of 16 of the main colas on day 65 of 12/12 and I am very happy with the result. I have the left the lower buds to ripen for another week. The terps are amazing and the buds are twinkling with trichomes. I will upload the cured weights and pics in 2 weeks. Happy growing✌️🏼

Plants are still stretching even through lollipop-ping and defoliating. I’m pushing the EC @ 2.2 and going to raise it to 2.4-2.5 in near future when adding PK 13/14. That smell of weed plant is growing but no actual hint of flavor yet. I was lucky enough to get strong vegetation growth during veg hoping for a super fruitful harvest. I’m almost certain I’ll be doing 10-12 weeks with these ladies.

Week 10 not long now these smell amazing like sweet blueberry and there's definitely something I've had before when I've bought some personal but can't quite get my head round the smell. started introducing overdrive now as they start to finish fattening and ripening up can definitely see swelling going on over the last 3 days thanks for viewing and happy

Week 4 done and in the books. I tried to limit growth of the side shoots during the week by pinching & crushing the stems. I will monitor the effect this has. Last week with her as main focus as there are some photo seeds growing alongside. I will veg them at 20h light hoping this blackberry is done before I have to flip those girls to flower. If this blackberry has to do a week or two on 12/12 so be it I'm afraid.

Day 49 - She grew 7cm this week. Looks like she is nice and healthy. 💪

Moved this plant from the front to the back to make it easier to finish LST and defoliating on two other plants. This plant is the largest of all 4 with the most node spacing between bud sites. Trichomes are just starting to appear. Anyway. No signs of deficiency or over feeding. No signs of under or over watering. Everything seems good. Some slight red on stalks and petioles, so slight under feeding of P or K. Humidity is hovering between 55 and 65 which I am okay with for now. I added black strap molasses and set dehumidifier to 60%. Will drop to 55% next week, and 50% for final weeks. Pictures coming soon

Day 70 (Day F26): streching has started

Day 29: one plant is a beast but the other one i don’t know what happened there😂 Day 31: everything is going fine and the autopots are doing a great job! I’m using (torus hydro) to manage the ph! Mars hydro SP3000 High PPFD at 2.8 umol/j, average yield at 2.5g/w, increasing your yield 50% or more compared with old blurple and HPS lights, 300 watts output. Dimmer knob added, more convenient to adjust the brightness. 11/30: I harvested the first 6 today, flushed 5 more for the second time, and fed everybody else for the last time. I washed all the branches using the 4-step method ascribed by Doc Bud at High Times/420magazine and many other notable cannabis connoisseurs, with slight modifications: 4 x big plastic totes/bins 8 x ounces of 12% hydrogen peroxide (or 32 ounces of 3%) 2 x cups of concentrated lemon juice 2 x cups of baking soda 10 x gallons of water in each bin Unless your tap water stinks, you're safe to use tap water for the procedure, but I used an inline carbon hose filter to fill my buckets. Bin #1 - 10 gallons of water mixed with the hydrogen peroxide Bin #2 - 10 gallons of water mixed with the lemon juice and baking soda Bin #3 - 10 gallons of water as hot tap water Bin #4 - 10 gallons of cold tap water I was mainly concerned about removing as much lint and cat/dog hair as possible, but also rinsing off any residue left from all the various foliar applications of humic/fulvic acid, kelp, axiom, big bloom, and tiger bloom I did. First, I put my leaf blower on low speed and blasted my plants thoroughly, one at a time, replicating 50-60mph winds for about 10 seconds and watched as a whirlwind of debris and hair flew out the back door. Bud-washing: Pluck any necrotic plant material and any old fan leaves off while they're still on the plant. Then, take a handful of branches and submerge them in Bin #1 for about 30 seconds, agitating it, removing from water, submerging again, agitating, etc...then remove it and let it drip out for a few seconds...then repeat the process with Bins #2-4. Let it drip dry overnight with a little bit of airflow, then dry as you normally would...baskets, boxes, etc.. I hadn't watered these plants in a few days, so they were almost in draught, but after doing this procedure, they were fully hydrated(turgid) and seemed to have brighter colors than before. Nice!😍 12/1: The bottom part of the closet seems empty with only 9 plants in there.. 😟 I cut the harvested plants up and put them into drying baskets in the top of my closet with a small oscillating fan on. I've got the temperature fluctuating between 68f and 75f and the RH is staying between 48% and 52%. To do that, I had to take down the small light in the top of the closet to fit the drying baskets up there. So, I moved the 3 shorter plants still up there down to the bottom and put them on top of buckets. Now the bottom of the closet looks full again!😃 I'm anxious to finish up this grow so I can get busy growing the Fastbuds Fast Flowering Photo Testers!!! When I harvest the next 5, I'll flush the remaining plants really well and that will be all the flushing they'll get..I'll let them dry back out for a few days and harvest them. I've got to make some minor improvements to the garden (adding UV, blue and red/far red booster panels and intake fans) That should put me on track to start germinating them by mid-December if all goes well. 12/3: ...early a.m... The harvested plants are already dry!?!?? And have excellent texture??? Wow..bud washing is for real..roughly 48 hours after I hung them to drip dry, and 40 hours after I put them in baskets in 50% RH/70f conditions with moderate airflow...usually takes 4 or 5 days to get a good slow-dry in the same conditions, so I'm convinced that this must be attributed to the bud-washing procedure. I'm sold! Here's the talley so far: plant #1 - 115g (plus 13g larf) - Candy Cane [F2] plant #2 - 108g (plus 18g larf) - Candy Cane [F2] plant #3 - 119g (plus 15g larf) - C4ndycaine [Candy Cane x C4] plant #4 -  92g (plus 6g larf) - Candy Cane [F2] - the smallest plant in the main area plant #5 - 112g (plus 22g larf) - Candesia [Candy Cane x Amnesia] plant #6 -  75g (no larf) - Candesia [Candy Cane x Amnesia] - grown in upper area under 200w ...afternoon: I flushed 6 of the last 7 plants for the first time today and harvested 4 more of them. I washed them and hung them to dry.....my dripping wet bathing beauties!😍

2 more weeks or thereabouts. 1 more blackstrap molasses tea. And then it's all Distilled going forward. Reservoir will be opened up 24/7 until emptied. Then top down flushing with aloe water for round 1 and distilled until finished.

The weather continues to be hot and dry, with only an occasional passing rain shower maybe once a week, and as a result the daily watering continues after sunset. 7/27- The GG4 Sherbet FF is pretty much on autopilot now. I already began to think that the red Gorilla will not turn red as the manufacturer promises .. but I could not imagine that in a few days she would pretend to be like that and turn red .. after I washed the pot and left her to dry, she began to pick up color)) and here you are you can see what a huge difference in color compared to last week .. Harvest soon !!! the smell is just amazing!

Hello Growers, I really didn’t do anything this week but gave it PH’d water let them grow.

Plant was chugging in the last couple days as seen in raising EC and lowering PH but I found a single bud with mold in it so I removed it and and harvested on day 76 from sprout. One of the reasons I prefer longer stretched plants compared to small stubby ones is the bud size, they were grown so much in to one another that air flow was very restricted.
