For my first experience using salt type nutrient, everything seems to be going well. No deficiencies and no signs of stress. Mixing is super easy and everything dissolves 100%. My lights were gradually raised by 5-10% every day until 100%. Beginning the week PPFD was almost 1000, now it is almost 1500 PPFD. To supplement all of the light these plants will get, high doses of CO2 are given during daylight hours. The room stays at 1500ppm at a minimum. By weeks end everything under the net will be stripped and the canopy thinned of all large fan leaves. One big stressful event, so the rest of flower the plants can be left alone to bloom. It’s best to do it once IMO. I believe things are right on track. Calyxes are already starting to form on all of the plants and things will only get better from here. Por una parte tenemos la que llamaremos Biscotii 1: Tiene un tamaño monstruoso, que tuve que doblar en varias ocasiones el tallo porque no me daba más el foco para subirlo. De hecho una de las ocasiones me quemo una hoja del puntal y un pelín la puntita y como se puede ver hizo que la punta parezca un monstruo!! enorme, grande y de forma especial. Hay gente en instagram que me pregunta que si lleva anabolizantes jajaajja lo más parecido a eso es los nutrientes de plagron!!! Que las revienta a las pequeñas Esta tiene unos tonos morados que la hacen muy atractiva y una resina generosa. El olor es fuerte y la altura estirada es una pasada!! Por otra parte la Biscotti 2: El tamaño es inferior que la anterior, pero no por eso diría que poco productiva... Tiene un central que da miedo igualmente, los satélites son una pasada llena de resina. En esta ocasión no tiene tonos morados, pero tiene mayor resina. En general ambas dos tapan la botella de litro y medio de agua, prieta, olorosa y con resina para aburrir!! 😍😍😍😍😍 El peso le pondré en seco en cuanto lo pese 😇

Still vegging strong! Haha they are about the size I want before I flip. One of the center plants was a late germination and is a week behind I was trying to let it catch up in height and let it stretch out a bit more before I flipped but I’m getting close to just doing it. They are all really full and honestly massive haha it’s not usually my style to just let them grow and not do any defoliation but hey trying something new. I will at some point thin them out a bit. I will do a bit of bottom lollipoping before I flip for sure just to help with access for watering later on. Not much else to report, thanks for stopping by snd as always 🍻

Bud structure nothing like I’ve ever seen before, looking healthy And frosty though. Looks close to being ready too, will be checking the trichomes. It’s showing a super high caylax to leaf ratio. Phenotype? Not sure. Next to no nutrients during this grow.

I have watered her twice this week, once with 3l of rain water and once with 3,5l of rain water. I will probably up the volume a bit more next week. I upped the nutrition a bit despite the burned tips. I will not be home for the next 2 weeks so I will rely on other people to take care of my girls, the pics might be not up to standard.

Harvest day 70 since the time change to 12/12 hrs. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested. After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. My Sticky Rice plant is still on the smaller side, but it's got a really strong smell, and I love the look of its leaves. It's been a challenging week with the constant rain and ridiculously high humidity. Keeping things dry indoors has been a real struggle. Despite the weather, I managed to flip all my feminized photoperiod plants to flower this week. I'm hoping the switch will go smoothly, but with this humidity, it's going to be tough.
