Hi grow Buddies. It has been a steady week while watching them swell slowly ( never feels fast enough !!) . I have switched to the Dragon force to feed them extra during the last 2 weeks. it boosts the final phase instead of the starving out or flushing myth robbing the final yield.lol I began taking the branches that were very ready off the #1 lady at 8 weeks and have used about 15g from week 8. not a bad start but I rush dried it and did lose a lot of terps and potency as I expected. I also took most of her tops put to encourage the lowers to boost to a finish with the extra light available to them. I got approx 17g off the 4 mains I topped and that's not too bad for the 1st batch at 9 weeks f. I now have bud to smoke again , yippee. been a sparse month or so .haha. The rest of the girls are still going towards a finish but swelling nicely so I expect they will bring a good yield on the whole. Another week at least I think. until then , be safe and well. love the world and the people in it regardless of their feelings !.

D50. The start of the second week of flower, and all is well in the tent. The girls stretched quite a bit in the first week, and I'm curious how much they will stretch this week. I did some additional defoliation, removing leaves and branches that didn't make it above the scrog. ------------------------------ D51. The first girl shows early signs of a deficiency, which I suspect is a lack of magnesium. I guess the recent stretch is the cause, but I think the stretch is slowing down. I gave each girl 2.5 liters of water with 1.5 teaspoons of Epsom salt and a foliar spray with Epsom salt. That should hopefully take care of any lack of magnesium. I also calibrated my Hygrometer since I've noticed lately that it seemed a bit off. Sure enough, it was off by 7.9%. ------------------------------ D54. The tent is blowing up! The girls look great, and the first buds have started forming. However, they have more than tripled in size in almost two weeks, and I'm slowly running out of room in the tent. I've raised the lights as far as they go, and I hope that will be sufficient as I'm going out of town for a week, and the girls will be left to their own devices. The chlorosis hasn't spread, so I think the Epsom salt helped. Other than that, there's not much to report. ------------------------------

The weather is returning to our seasonal temperatures this week. Low of 39 at night and high of 87. Looks like Spring has come to stay. 4/19 pics taken, including a garden visitor. Hey Growers, End of week 10 from seed Earlier in the week I began noticing an orange color on some leaf tips, I probably overfed them nutrients so I fed them just water with a ph of 6.0 on the following feeding schedule and the leaves are looking better now. Last week a weird smell was coming out from the colas, its slowly changing. Its now starting to smell like 🍃 🍋 ⛽️ Noticed a small Increase in orange pistils I want to increase light intensity but I am worried the red stems on the top of the plant will get worst and then affect the whole plant. Only the top part of the plant has some red stems, the rest are all green. QUESTIONS How close am I from Harvesting? When should I begin flushing?

Ok so I had throw out the strawberry because it wasent an auto so now I've got three the sour diseal which is shooting up , the Nefertiti seems to be still going and then the big lemon ami

End of Week 15 (8th week of flower) I have stopped the CO2 supplementation for this week and onwards as the plants naturally slow down photosynthesis and it is not needed during the last 2 weeks of flower. Also raised the lights by 5cm to make sure the trichomes don't get damaged and also dropped the RH and temperatures even more than last week, and surely the colours are becoming more and more vibrant as the ladies are fading into their autumn shades. Feeding just water since middle last week, all I'm doing is giving the ladies PH correct water until harvest to naturally deplete the soil from nutrients and flush out the soil slowly this will help bring out even more colours as the ladies use up the remaining nutrients stored in their leaves as they reach the end of their life cycle. Day 74. The harvest is near. I will start with a 14 day flush this coming week. The Trikoms sparkle like diamonds on the buds and it smells absolutely magical. The harvest won't be that great but the quality of this weed will be absolutely outstanding, I'm sure 😁✌️. Day 77. The gorilla is approaching the end, The Tricoma are cloudy and are becoming more and more milky to show a shade of amber and orange-colored spouts spread across the buds. I aim to start flushing her at the end of this week, and then give her a 10-14 day flush.

Nothing major to report, plants are growing just fine, girl at the back has been bullied out by the one in the middle, I guess it’s survival of the fittest! Not much I can do now as it’s seriously difficult to get down the back. Still keeping the same nutrients and water added around 2 weeks ago, will probs change the reservoir out in a few days time. Only an ‘broservation’, but I feel like they’re more comfortable with less changes, the PH remains stable after a day or two and maybe that has a positive affect on them. I’m usually just topping up with RO water, only adding nutrients back in every 3-4 days once EC drops below 1.5. Final note is they smell incredible, really sweet sour lemony smell, the stalks smell amazing! 🍋 Happy growing guys!

No complaints... :) I installed a webcam. Now I can learn how the plant responds. It's very interesting. I can recommend a webcam to make timelapse to everyone. I used Booru webcam software to capture pictures. This time lapse video is of week 3 into week 4. (The light never changes, but the webcam auto-adjust messes with the colors) Lots of changes daily... pics are from day 2 of this week

Wow the smell! ghost train smells like a citrusy diesel and the pineapple is getting more of an acidic fruity aroma. they are finally starting to put on some size closing in on the end of week 4 flower, next week i will step up the nutes. I defoliared the bottom 50% of the plant now that it seems to have finished stretching, and removed any big fan leaves blocking the better bud sites. i couldn’t ask for a better first grow so far!

One durban poison was male and had to go

The salt build up finally caught up to me. I gave her a good soaking watering then followed with fresh feed. I will repeat this once she dries put if there is no ill effects. It should help clear up the issue. Her run off ph was 5.8 which was a sign of the build up. It should be on the right path now. 🤞🏻 next update she is back to healthy, and u can switch her to flowering before she gets too big. Flush week begins for one of the 2 plants. Not many red pistils yet but I will be cutting in a few days as there is already quite a bit of amber color in the crystals. Definitely don't want to miss out on the nice terpenes, the smells are pretty amazing, very citrusy. The yield looks like it could be quite decent too. Buds not as thick as I was hoping for, but still really good looking. Some leafs on the right side plant showing some signs of various issues and maybe a few previously undetected bugs on some leafs, but looks like all should be good.

The end of week 1 has arrived. We all know how it goes. Just playing the waiting game. At this stage these girls are just working on building their root system. The roots should be hitting the reservoir in the bottom of the buckets soon then they should take off. Got the water pumping and the lights beaming 24 hours a day. Running a low dose of maxigro. Keeping the ph around 6. Will probably be topping them around day 12. Would be amazing if I can get them ready to switch to flower at the end of week 3. But for now I'm just going to check on them 420 times a day hoping they don't die. Might be back next week if they are alive. Happy growing!
