day 70 into flower day 87 from seed today is the day im suppose to be harvesting, but the tricomes are not were i need to be. im giving them a couple of more days to finish off. hopefully day 73 might even go a little longer one plant which was the runt was ready i did manage to trim and harvest i have it hanging letting dry out before i cure it in jars. nice yield on the little plant i haven't weight it yet. ive added a video time lapse of me harvesting the my one plant very dank smell to it. my fiskars got sticky. i saved all the trim for later date to make some bubble hash. right the plants are receiving water water a dose of grandmas molasses. the plants look great cant wait to spark some up😵

Week 8 is this the final week? We shall see, but my new phone made it so I cannot connect my old USB microscope. I checked the trichomes before I got rid of the phone and we were 80% cloudy 18% clear and about 2% amber. I’ve ordered in a new microscope. Once I receive it I’ll upload some trichome shots. Coming down Saturday/Sunday.

Hey people! We have arrived to Day 14 and WOW these girls really do make you realise why the company is called FastBuds!! (Just checked my last diary and I said the same 😂, FastBuds genetics are really fast guys). The GSC girls have BOOMED in growth since week 1. Unfortunately, my local mail service lost my FastBuds Gelato seeds, so the back two pots right now are mystery seeds, and they definitely have a very slow growth rate compared to the GSC. The small cup is Gorilla Glue (photoperiod), but just doing for fun as it was lying around, may not continue with it so let's not focus on it. This diary is all about the GSC, so who cares about all that! Gave them a second feed of nutrients, and PH'd it to the right level. They seem to be LOVING it. I have upped the dose since my last grow diary for this strain and they are reacting very well it seems. Thinking of doing some LST next week or so but not sure if I should, never done it before and don't want to mess these plants up. I've done a lot of research on it so I'm going to have to come to a decision next week. We'll see! Much love friends, see you on the next update! Will start their 1 week separate diary next week. I ended up pulling out the smallest mystery seed in the back (trashed it) and replaced it with a FastBuds Gelato seed. I then transplanted the other mystery seed to a 5th pot, as it seems to be doing well, and replaced it's old pot with another FastBuds Gelato seed. I also just got an EXTRA LIGHT! There was no real need for it, but I really want to try and produce the best buds possible. I have added a MARS HYDRO TS1000 LED. Hopefully they do well with it.

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. Now that you are all caught up, we are in week three a flower. I just gave them a top dress feet of Gaia green just blown because I still have just a little bit up all purpose in there but other than that I look at them every morning, give a big smile and turn on their favorite Mosark album

07/07/2020 She drank 2 liters of OVERDRIVE this week, so one more week watering with OVERDRIVE and MICRO to supplement growing seeds, they getting fat. 07/10/20/20 New pistils popping out on sides of buds none on top so filling out. I guess she responding to (OVERDRIVE) Her last stage of flowering has begun should be done in 2 weeks 🙏 so one more week watering with OVERDRIVE and MICRO then water only for the flush week. And Harvest???

Checkout my Instagram @smallbudz to see the Small budget grow setup for indoor use, low watt, low heat, low noise, step by step. 01/11/2019 - Started using BioBizz Alg-a-Mic on spray, using it once per day at lights off, 1 or 2 puffs to create a light mist, only on non feed days, I mixed 0.1ml on 100ml water 6.4 PH. 03/11/2019 - Gave her 250ml plain water with 6.4PH 05/11/2019 - Gave her 0,15ml of each BioBizz Grow, Max and Bloom on 300ml water 6 PH didn't manage to get it higher to 6.3 at least. 06/11/2019 - She started to show some pistols, probably entering pre-flower. 07/11/2019 - Soil was to dry due to 2930c temps gave her 0,500ml of 6.5PH water with 0,25ml Grow, 0,25ml Max, and 0,45ml Bloom BioBizz.

Day 64 - Starting week 10 today and not much happening. I didn’t even take her out of the tent, just left her in, tucked some leaves and got updated pics. Looks like she’s really starting to bud up nicely now. Day 65 - She’s definitely getting pretty cramped in the tent but not a whole lot I can do about it. Doing what I can to keep all the sites exposed and went and cut a couple lower limbs off that aren’t getting much light. Also gave her 2 gallons of pH’d water and cal-mag today. I’m giving her about 2 gallons every two days, she’s drinking a ton. Next watering, I’ll be giving her a dose of the technaflora nutes. Day 67 - The pot was dry already today so gave her a feeding of nutes today and following their schedule of feed, water, water feed so next watering will be plain pH’d water. Did a pretty heavy defoliation as well as removing a bunch of lower growth. This will probably be the only time I do this to her and will just removed dying or dead leaves from here on out, I’m just hoping I didn’t over do it but I supposed we’ll see how she does the next few days. Day 68 - All seems good and chugging along nicely after the heavy defoliation and somewhat lollipopping yesterday. Didn’t even take her out of the tent, just tucked a couple leaves that are trying to stand up and block the light. Day 69 - Right in cue, she was ready for water today so she got two gallons with cal-mag pH’d to 6.7. Looks like she’s finally stopped stretching at 27.2 inches tall and hopefully now she’ll start beefing up on the buds. Day 70 - The end of week 10 and she’s still got a ways to go and gonna be way past the 9 weeks they’re “supposed” to take but I always expect things to go longer but this will most likely be a 15-16 week harvest. Other than that, I didn’t do anything with her today but she’s definitely going to be needing more water tomorrow.

Let's put it this way, the leaves show clear problems, on the other hand the buds continue to grow well. I was only able to counter this a little with the fertiliser, but you can also see in the timelapse that it hasn't worsened any further. I have uploaded pictures of the leaves, you are welcome to give your opinion/assumption.

Have been away from my babies for a few days. Couldn’t wait to be back. Purple punch and gorilla punch completed 1 week flush. The smell of them are really strong. Mimosa cake is a bit behind but still promising. It is drinking 5l water each watering.
