Hey! At last the day of the harvest arrived. Before that, I stopped watering the plant 4 days ago, and turned off the lights 2 days ago. As for questionable techniques, I adhere to the principle - if it doesn’t get worse, why not try?😄 So, I put the harvested crop in a dark ventilated box, for about 10 days, I will observe. p.s. It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. This is a fastflowering test strain and I have no real information on the genetics. I'm guessing the flowering time of 58 days is about right for a fast flowering strain. I trimmed her after 12 days of drying and got 32g of decent solid buds and 10g of not as dense buds that may go with the trim to make some hash. Stats for the grow. FFNA2410=42g FFNA2411=45g FFNA2412=43g Acapulco Gold=44g Total=174g Expected hash from trim 28g Power used for whole grow in 114 days. Lights=201.7Kw (201.7×0.25)(=£50.42) 201.7÷114=1.769kw per day light average. Average 100w for veg Average 150w for flower. Light average for grow 125w. 174÷125=1.39g/W for the light.

Well reveg is happening to only the plants in the ground. All plants are in the same place. This is so fucking strange. The potted plants are staying in flower. This is a strange occurrence for me. Everything should have reveged... better yet the difference between a potted plant and one in the ground. It's an incredible difference in size. And I water the ones in the ground with plain hose water. Straight city tap water. So this is a strange year. Its obvious the bar has been set really low this year. There will be no "tree" just bushes this year. But how big a bush you got?

Changed my plans a bit so they probably won't move to another location ( or they really have to outgrow their current pots... ) so added some additional lights and raised my EC a bit. Also added CO2 to 900PPM but not sure if continue with that. First time CO2 out of a bottle instead of a generator. If it is too pricey I will quit that. 07-09: YES!! I have an extra room available so I am moving these ladies to a bigger place.. will keep you up to date.... From 5.7 to 30 liter pot size (a bit late to switch but I do believe they can profit from it.) A few hours later.... Well, that's not easy at all... taking a break for a moment... Checklist for myself: The tent is up and checked for leaks (ugly thing, but no complaints for fifty bucks) Lighting is installed at the correct height CO2 is in place, needs to be moved to the right spot Exhaust is installed (still need to tape the transitions) Still need to install Blumat (but first repot the plants due to positioning) Install the water supply (yes, I should have done that first...) Meh... another hour or two. Hopefully, they don't mind being without light for about 3 hours. A few hours later.... Well, that was a lot of work... but thank goodness it all worked out (just need to install the Blumats, which I'll soak in water shortly). Besides that, I now have a water supply and drainage available, which makes certain tasks much easier. Hand-watering was pretty fun (the plants were doing well so far), but it was a lot of work for 12 pots. Having to use a syringe every day for dosing just isn't my thing. The plants are suddenly looking very small again, though. But well, now they can literally grow in any direction. I'll quickly check how they did overnight, and then the lights will be going out again soon. And then quickly took some photos just before the lights went out... The ladies seem to be doing just fine, with their leaves happily pointing upwards as if they're waving cheerfully. The CO2 has been used up quite quickly; the bottle is empty, which isn't surprising given the large tent. I'll refill the bottle shortly and see how long it lasts this time. I think trimming will be a bit easier this round. Tonight, I'll lower the lights a bit to around 30 cm and hope they can handle the doubling of the light intensity. They were doing well last night, at least. The temperature is on the high side (33˚C), but that's not surprising given the current outdoor temperatures. I expect that once we have normal temperatures again, the temperature will settle around 29˚C. #SSSC_John Thank you very much for this outstanding strain so far...

Got hydro halos setup because I need to be able to go away for work for a few nights, Was actually really easy to setup and works awesome, I got most the parts plus all my nutes from my local hydro store. I'm using cocoforcannabis.com as a guide for most of this grow and his site includes details on how to setup an auto watering system. At this point I'm still using Professors Go Green for cal-mag and following the GP3 feed chart to mix nutes to the right ratio and then diluting with cal-mag water to target EC (300-400EC for wk 1). Some of the plants had clawing leaves and were really dark green - I read that this could be caused by nitrogen toxicity and I'm concerned this may be due to the Go Green as it seems to be intended as more of a deficiency fix rather than a regular use cal-mag supplement for coco. Some of the leaves on one of the plants started getting rust spots like calcium deficiency, Canna Coco comes pre-buffered and I was adding Go Green so it had plenty, I think the likely case is that nitrogen toxicity may be blocking calcium intake also. I intend to change to Green Planets Pro-Cal which has low nitrogen and is made to work with their line of nutes. Also we named the girls! My roommate and I were pretty baked if you can't tell...

Seems to be taking well to being moved to the 5gal pot. Growing a lot faster after the 2nd day in the bigger pot. Watered for the first time since planting in big pot after 5 days with 1L distilled water (Ph 7) mixed with 1/2 tsp. fox farms grow big and 1/2 tsp. big bloom. Since my soil is considered hot soil I wanted to use less than the recommendation on the bottle.

Hola , en este cultivo de sugar black rose que es la primera vez que la cultivó quede muy contento con todo el desarrollo que llevó a cabo la planta, desde un inicio del cultivo se desarrollaron de buena manera , muy vigorosas y resistente a los estrés que pudieron vivir dentro del cultivo como temperaturas un poco más elevada durante el día además de una muy buena resistencia también a la escasez de agua . Su Olor es maravilloso en floración un olor dulces muy llamativo y toques a gasolina senti. En las ultimas semanas de floracion tomaron un color morado muy bello dejando la planta hermosa visualmente y un olor fantástico. estas niñas fueron cortadas el 23 de febrero , fueron secadas cerca de 20 días y posterior a eso pasaron a frasco para su curado . he probado las flores secas y la verdad es que el toque dulce es muy marcado al fumar muy rica variedad que sin duda la cultivare nuevamente para buscar los mejores sabores y conservar algunos clones ya que esta vez no realice seleccion de ninguna.-

My plant grew great I over don’t my veg and auto room with having way to many plants she was kinda left in the corner most of her growing life I am very happy with what she did to say I never had to do a lot basically thanks rqs for the chance .. all my other autos using rqs have a lot more space so they can actually breath

Welcome to week 7 of veg life! The lady’s took around 4 days after there transplant to find there growth rate as they would have been filling there pots with roots. They have come on strong over the last 5 days really filling out and keeping there nodes really tight as they grow in height. They have been getting 2ltrs of water every 2 days. This is not giving run off but that will come when we get into flower. We have been feeding the lady nutes twice a week and keeping a eye on there tips as I think out nutes are rather weak. They have shown nothing but love for the larger amounts of nutes so far, see if it bites me on the butt I guess. We will run them another week in veg and switch them from there and see how we go.
