I've been taking off all the lower shoots coming off the main stems. I don't want to lose sight of the main colas I'm focusing on. Once we're in flower I'll start leaving more of the side branches, at this stage none will reach the light by the end of flower. I'd rather do the hard pruning now before the switch. I'm going to keep them in veg for another week. The mainline structure is working really well.

A bit frustrated that I don’t see flowers yet :( I defoliated quite a bunch of leaves that were taking all the space (see pictures). I hope flowers will appear soon after it!

Las plantas siguen creciendo y formando flores. A la mitad les e aplicado una defoliacion selectiva de hojas primarias para abrir paso a las ramas bajas y agrupar la planta de esta forma consigues plantas mas compactas al no tener que alejarse tanto las ramas del tallo para recibir luz. La otra mitad no lo a necesitado al ser un fenotipo mas xativo y corto. El aporte de co2 las hace trabajar bastante y aguantar la dosis de nutrientes diaria. Solo se riega una vez a la semana con sensizym. La distancia internodal de algunas plantas es espectacularmente corta. Llos cogollos ya estan unidos y apenas han comenzado a salir. Muy ansioso por ver como continua esta variedad de barneys farm. En el ultimo video podeis ver el plano general y la diferencia que hay entre el fenotipo mas xativo y el fenotipo indico a pesar de ser todas dos si dos 33 y estar bajo las mismas condiciones.

- upped light intensity to ca. 600 PPFD by taking of the domes of the E27 LEDs - performed LST and defoliated larger leaves that were blocking the new nodes; snapped the main stem from Forbidden Cherry #1. Damn. She survived, but so much pain. Stupid beginner mistake. She´ll recover! - Otherwise, great growth, no other issues.

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 It's my first harvest on this community and I'm loving it. Everyone always ready to help each other and have great feedback. Tracking my grow on here has made it way easier. There were times that I misplaced notes or forgot what I did or when with a certain strain and all I had to do was come on here and check it. Also motivated me take more pictures and do more logs. All out great site. Don't know how I haven't found it earlier. HIGHLY recommend for all growers. The grow cycle went pretty smooth. She's easy to grow and flowers early so you can't do much training. That being said it's great for beginners. 👌 Had no problems with pests on these, while on the other plants (none cannabis) in the balcony I had issues with spider mites. They grew better than expected given the few hours of direct sunlight they received. Results were good, I was expecting 10-15 grams per plant and ended up with a tad bit more. Drying went a bit fast because there were few buds. I probably could have took it down a few degrees as well.. my fault on that part. They dried in 4 days, they've been curing for 10 days. I normally test them after 15 days but they smelled so good I had to try them. Smell: Lovely earthy, woody, slightly like diesel. Quite pungent for being autos. Taste: Just as it smells.. leaving a nice after taste of diesel. Touch: Very sticky, dense buds. They break down finely in the grinder. Cleaned the grinder before testing and after 4 joints ( 2 grams or so) I already have a good amount of kief collected in the bottom. (Check photo) Might grow this one again just to make some bubble hash. The high is awesome nice uplifting, long lasting energetic but without a heavy euphoric rush. Reminds me of a smooth haze high, although if you smoke a lot even being an experienced smoker, she'll get to you. Only down side is dry mouth, very dry mouth! Have some water on hand because your mouth will transform into a desert. 😂 Great strain to kick start the day. Beginner smokers take it easy with this one. She hits hard! 👊

Here we are day 121 and 59 of flower and I am extremely excited because this girl has about a week and a half left.. yesterday I gave her strictly water and that will be all she gets from here on out pH 6.4 ... The boys are starting to swell and smell just like strawberries.. Another breezy week however, we had some hot weather here, temps were up to 34°c in the room for a day or so which caused a bit of tip burn. When plants are forced to transpire more in a high VPD scenario, one should reduce the EC of the water by 10-20%, this helps the plant take water easier through osmosis without taking up more nutrients than it needs, unfortunately as I spent most of last week high and didn’t notice it until the second day. Will start to post more pictures every week now they’re looking a bit more interesting 😁 EC is currently at 1.4 due to hot weather, and I’ve noticed when it hovers around 1.6, the EC drifts up to 1.7-1.8 after 3-4 days so thought it was best to cut it back a little. We started the week by transplanting the Orange Groovy F1 into the 3.6L pots filled with our SWA super-soil: we waited a bit more compared to the first 8 transplants just to make sure the roots were strong enough. At the same time we realized that the Orange Groovy F2 was the first plant ready for topping. This week we continued using our Lumatek dimming it at 60%. We are watering them with 1L divided by all 9 of them of osmosis water. On days 16 and 17 we topped every plant (except for Golden Pussies which still need a couple days and the Orange groovy F1 which we will not top because of her smaller size). We noticed that most of our plants presented lightly yellowed tips. We think that this is due to the deficiency of some immobile elements such as Ca, Fe, S. To solve this problem, we will put some decanted water (because it doesn't contain Chlorine which kills our bacterial substrate life) to give them the correct nutrients. We failed topping Orange Groovy F2 because the central apical started to grow even after cutting it but we kept it just to see what is going to happen. Golden Pussy F2 has been topped too and it went perfectly as you can see in the pictures. The plants continue to grow out of all proportion!

8/31 Week 7 and the damned tent is full .... such problems err? 25 sq ft of green, did not expect this really was hoping the extra space would allow more plants but this is full on 5 Plants doing well just trying to make em all fit Nuets remain as is Defoliation to try and get they to fit in the tent a bit easier, removed fan leaves. 9/1 Upped PK to 2ml/g the cotton balls have begun 9/2 Stretch continues hit 28" 9/4 Major defoliation cleaned bottoms middle tops get the buds in light and help them fit in the tent better. Still hitting about 1 inch-ish a day nut seem to be slowing

Slight light burn on a couple plants had to raise the LED. On the off week Light seems to be allot more effective at civering the space although the plants did not take well to the spectrum/heat adjustment so the first two days i had to ween the light on a couple hours at a time. I could tell when they needed a break because they woukd physically get droopy once they got over whelmed eventually they got used to it tho!

I've raised light to 30" with a ppfd of 180. Still just watering every couple days. Know I need to increase temp. Sitting at around 20.5°C. Want that above 23/24°C right!? **Edit** 1. Bought a heater for tent. 3/11. 2. Light lowered to 24", increased to 40% = tent centre now at 400ppfd

I would give this strain an average rating. Nothing great nor bad. I have had both better and worse strains.

Day 22 and there have been significant changes in the size of the fan leaves. The stems are looking much fatter and more sturdy as well. Cheech has her 5 nodes, perfect and ready for topping. I am going to put off topping her though until Venezia is ready and that should be in the coming couple of days. Other than that, changed water and adjusted the lights about 3cm higher to keep them at 60cm from the plant. Again I left the Milwaukee PH controller to run for about an hour to get the PH down to 6.0 Day 25 and ladies have been topped at node 4, keeping node 3 and cleaning node 1 & 2. Light LST on Cheech’s axillary buds which are already well developed Day 27 - following up with gentle LST twice daily, tightening up the formation of the mainline. I’ve noticed what seems to be a bit of stress on the leaves of Cheech (see photos) which is affecting both plants under the same light. So I’ve moved the light up a few centimetres and rechecked and adjusted the PH which was at around 6.4.

Esta fue una semana de mucha lluvia y humedad, se la ve bien sin signos de hongos en persona se ve un engorde significativo en esta semana. Nos falta reparar la malla sombra que se hizo un hueco en el medio y tambien nos falta hacerle supercroping ya que las puntas de mas arriba siguen recibiendo un poco de luz durante la noche
