Firrst week of flower has gone well switched bulbs to 12 12. nice heads starting to pop up during the end of week 2

Day 61 she’s looking beautiful.

First day of my first Grow Diary, friend gave me these so I thought I would see what they got, 4 x washing machine and 2 x Jaffa Cake, I will be scrogging, topping and performing some LST to open them up. Transplanted cuttings straight into the 12lt pots, I used the white shark powder around the root area during transplant. Food Making Notes: 1. Canna A, Canna B, Startbooster 2. Measured E.C at 1.2 3. pH'd from 6.5 down to 5.8 4. Added White Shark (just a sprinkle) Feeding was done primarily around the root zone, after a few days I will begin to saturate the whole medium. Update (+3 days): - Washing Machine have really settled in and has had some great growth, I have started doing LST and topping at the 4th node, video and pictures added. - Jaffa Cake not doing so well at the moment, they seem to have transplant shock, I am taking it easy for the moment, spraying them with a Super Thrive foliar spray, within the next feed I am planning to reduce the E.C to 1.0 and add super thrive to the food, along side the start booster and great shark. Update (+6 days) - Washing machine growing really well, got two growing perfectly and two of growing three leaves and many branches. - Jaffa Cake is now recovering from it's transplant shock, made a dome for them to create a high humidity environment while rooting in the pot, dome was sprayed with a mix of water and super thrive, I also made up a different batch of food with 50% of the nutrients, E.C around 1.0 (500pm).

Explosive growth this week. Might get a grow net for separation. Decided to top these ladies later. Growing at a good pace.

The girls are looking better and better each day. They have finished whatever stretch they had begun, and are now stacking some very decent buds 😊 They are showing some phosphorus deficiencies, but at the same time are showing that they are getting some nutrient burn 🤔🧐 I’m used to making one solution to feed, and that seems very difficult to balance with some of these Auto’s, as I have had to adjust for these girls and not my others, anywho, the joys of Autoflower’s ❤️ Only a few weeks left, hopefully we’ll get through it as they are looking promising at this point. Week 3 update and all systems go for launch. We’re flipping to flower exactly 21 days from seed and so far, the mix looks to be impressive. Counting about 4 males (one that won’t make the cut), 2 indica leaning phenos and the rest are sativa leaning. Side branching has also been impressive so we should be able to pull some rootable cuts within the next week or two. If we got the sexes right (it is a little early to be certain), then the dutchy cabinet will be full up for bud testing👍. Next week will tell the tale🤟. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. This was my second grow ever. I started with a blueberry headband seed from a bud I got from the dispensary. This strain was very easy to grow and very forgiving. Final product had some seeds but wasn’t too bad.

This plant has been full of surprises this week lol. First I found spider mites! Then I found a little powdery mildew 🤬🤬 Well.... now that the bad news is out of the way how about some good news. She is starting to really fatten up. The smell of this girl is fantastic😎 It really smells better by the day!! 🤪 She has been yellowing out a bit quickly as of late so I may need to add a bit more feather meal and kelp meal to her top dressing routine. I may also add some cal-mag to a watering here and there as needed. I have some predatory mites and ladybugs coming soon so the spider mites time is running out🤨. As for the powdery mildew, I will have to spray her every 3-4 days with greencure to keep it from invading my precious flowers. Greencure is an outdoor farmers best bud!! (Pun intended). I’ve been in this battle before. It comes with the territory when growing in a greenhouse outdoors. Sit back and enjoy y’all. I’ll get this lady to the finish line. 😎🍿
