Did some good slow pruning and defoliating taking off 2 leaves or 2 branches every other day. Gave it a locally made soil conditioner specifically made for cannabis plants in flower. For those of you in central NY check out green tree hydro store and check out there different bio soils. There bio all has given me almost 100% germination rate. The bio flower gave my autos a kickstart for flowering with an additional worm casting tea made of 2 gallons ph water, 2 handfuls worm casting, spoonful of alfalfa meal, spoonful kelp meal, 2 spoonfuls plain epsom salt, 2 spoonfuls unsulfured molasses(organic). Added an air stone and brewed it for 38 hours exactly. Got some good bubbles on it too. I don’t check the ppm or nutrient levels or whatever you super experts do. I just use dry ammendtments with either compost tea, molasses, or coconut water as a liquid nutrient. Keeps it more simple for me. Tbh I don’t even know what ppm stands for I’ll look it up after I write this lol

So.. the flush begins for DD#1 and #2 checking trich’s and these to ladies are showing about 70% clear to 30% cloudy may finish in week nine. DD#3 still in bloom throwing tons of white hairs and purple flowers 100% clear trichs so she’s gonna get another feeding. DD# 4 is the showcase cause not only did she start out slow but she’s the only 1 of the 4 that’s started purple flowers and and is also purple leafed. I’ll continue to post some picture tonight wanted to get this up as I am flushing and pulling them out of the tent to do so. Also continue to add photo every 2 days. Updated 4/30 day 58 posted video and some new photos Day 60 really started to look at trich’s since plants are definitely getting close. DD#1 looks to be my heaviest producer trich’s are 60/40 no amber yet DD#2 80/20 no amber DD#3 90/10 no amber but it must be a mutation or something in the genetics cause it’s no longer thickening up its foxtailing all over so she still got time and we’ll see DD#4 is looking good and has a few weeks before I’ll start checking trich’s on her, pistols popping white all over the place.

The feed on this week's post is for the RQS Wedding Cake Auto. The FB And Bruce Banner got 1 tsp of BAS Coconut powder and 2 tsp of molasses. The Wedding Cake also got a small top dressing of 2 tbsp of craft blend a buildaflower. Im not too sure on what's going on with the wedding cake but im letting it ride out.

Everything is going good so far..

My Soaptini plant is looking amazing! The leaves are a really vibrant green, and they have this cool, almost waxy texture that makes them look super healthy. It's growing nice and bushy, and I'm loving the overall shape. This one's definitely a showstopper, and I can't wait to see how it blooms. Stay tuned for more updates on this beauty! The weather has been absolutely gorgeous this past week! We've been hitting that sweet spot of 70 degrees during the day, perfect for getting outside and soaking up some sun. Then, it cools down to a comfy 50 degrees at night, which is ideal for sleeping with the windows open. I've been loving all the fresh air! I finally got around to building that little wooden planter for my windowsill. It was a fun project, and now my regular plants have a nice new home. It really brightens up the room, and I'm thinking of adding some herbs to it soon. Maybe I'll even try growing some basil!

unfortunately I had trouble doing my LST and a branch broke while trying to fight against the tension. I changed my tent this week, the lamp and the Mars Hydro extractor convinced me that it was good gear so I took the tent in + 😀 Pulling all the branches with ropes is way too much work... I think I'll just pull the 2 main branches down and add a scrog net next week. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- -Water: tap water (280ppm). 17.3.25: I've starred a Hulkberry auto. This was the first pack of seeds I bought! I realised it was mostly sativa, but now I'm ready to give it a go! Made my soil mix, which I will update next week. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today the tap root on one of the seeds was about 1/4 to 3/8" so at 11 am I transferred it into a Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened ...calling the #2 a 'fail to germinate' and I'm not going to soak another... We'll let it ride with just one of this tester. 😉👍 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the #1 FBT #2201! I'll keep her in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see her roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer her gently into her 4g Gronest fabric pot from FastBuds. 12/7- Yesterday I checked her, she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so tomorrow I'll transfer her into her 4g Gronest pot. 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Here we go for the first session. Hope it will be as easy as the first one was... finger crossed ! As I love sativas strains, Chocolate Haze seems a perfect choice to me. The grow tent in tall (2m) so the girls can grow till 1.6m more or less. With some training and topping, it should be ok. Germination day 5 : 2/3. I decided to put a 4th Chocolate seed. If it germinates, it will be just 5 days younger. Nothing I can't deal with ! If it doesn't, never mind. Let's give it a try ! Germination day 9 : 4/4 ! Now it means that I have to deal with 7 pure sativas in 1m2…. I love chalenges 😁😅 Germination day 12 : The litle girls are growing gently. The second pair of leaves is coming, and I thing I'll turn diary into "week 1" on saturday with their first repotting. The 4th Chocolate haze is a bit small for repotting as she's 5 days late compared to the others. But, she grows fast and strong (maybe faster than the 3 others) and I think she'll make it ! We'll see.
