Week 5 My little plant is still developing well and gaining in size. Granted, with limited light comes limited growth but I was expecting that from the get go. I'm happy with the progress and the plant is soon due for its first defoliation.

Overall looking good, despite the persistent spider mite problem. Spraying them with my garlic concoction for that. Having cooler temperatures now; Green Crack tends to display a show of colors when exposed to colder temperatures during flowering. I'm starting to see a few red streaks in the flowers. Giving them their last feed this week. Going to start flushing. Ordered a pocket microscope to check on the trichomes.😎

End of course for this Persian Prince project! Unfortunately, he failed to cut short this flowering a few days in advance following the start of a pest attack. Our two beautiful ones would have certainly enjoyed crunching life with full roots for another week, but prudence forced us to cut a little prematurely. Never mind, our flowers have dried for 10 days and are now ready to begin their maturing period in a jar. Despite these conditions, which are very well known to them, our Persian Princes still present impressive characters: the buds are huge, covered with a thick layer of trichomes and very fragrant. In terms of flavors, cheesy dominates 🧀 the two phenos smell strongly of semi-roller/Emmental style hard cheese, definitely the dominant aroma, for one of our two plants it is the only aroma that I am capable of to raise. The other phenotype is more complex, on the salty-cheesy smell a fresher and tangy/lemony smell is superimposed, very pleasant and different from its sister and at the same time linked to it by its common dominant cheesy aroma. Day 141 from start and this will be the last week in flower. Buds have gotten so heavy they split the stem. So I had to repair her because of that. But it looks like i will have a great yield from this one. I have 3 clones off her doing good. I definitely am proud of her and can't wait to get her cured. Thanks everyone and I'll update some after harvest then drying.

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Using 7.6 pH well water creates challenges in keeping iron, nitrogen, and phosphorus available to the plants. This soil is recycled and had a starting pH of 7.3-7.5. I added Diamond Brand Ferrous Sulfate at the above listed rate of 2.5 ml/gallon of soil. I distributed these granules evenly across the top of the soil. Adding this amendment acidifies the soil and provides a readily available and lasting iron supplement during veg. After adding the ferrous sulfate some small particles were splashed onto the leaves by the rain. These particles burnt the leaves and are the dark spots you see in the photos. Those dark spots turned into tears in the leaves as the high winds ripped through them. The girls are showing a little excessive nutrient stress. I believe from the phosphorus in the Coop Poop. I've come to believe it runs higher than the advertised 4%. The higher soil pH exasperates this. As the ferrous sulfate works and these girls grow larger these issues will be solved. Day 1 we had cooler temps, overcast skies, and showers during the morning and night. These continued early morning day 2. Followed by sunshine after noon on day 2. Early morning Day 3 at 2-3 a.m. we had thunderstorms that produced strong winds and very heavy rain for almost two hours. Day 4, despite the 5% rain forecast, we had another thunderstorm producing heavy rain and strong wind followed by rain that evening. Day 5 the plants had a respite. We had lots of sunshine and a lite breeze to dry the soaked soil out. Day 6 we had more sunshine and breezy weather. Day 7 more sunshine and excellent cannabis weather, not too hot and not too cold. I didn't water these this week as the rain was more than enough. These girls are real tuff. The weather during their germination and first two weeks after planting was brutal. The high winds and heavy rain blasted the leaves and soaked the pots. These girls bent but didn't break. They look a little beat up from the weather, pH issues, and nutrients stress. This isn't ideal but in two weeks it will be a faded memory. Fastbuds can handle harsh outdoor conditions, minor user error, and still produce lots of beautiful buds. Follow and see for yourself.

The grow is going on well,doubled the bloom nuts , plants have a different but nice smell of skunk and wild berries. The tall one is growing crazy in the cell, i want to harvest first the highest one branches, to let the lowest grow round the cell for a higher yield. I had to train a lot the plant, because the autoflower was getting too tall about 120cm, so i tied it up around the cell doing scrog a like.

“The Wock” 7 Weeks🤙🏾 Ladies are crushing its! I’ve for sure found 2 phenols I want to keep going based on structure and growth. The first was actually going to be a throw away. I didn’t like how lanky she was in her solocup stage. I instead topped her to slow down lateral grown and threw her in a 2 gallon bag to do her thing. She is now in a 7 gallon bag and has the best structure of them alll IMO. My 2nd pheno is a Tri-leaf mutation and it throws tops like no other! The perfect mother plant and is why I chose her as pheno #2. The 2 plants that were topped at the 5th node are bushing out more and more, just like it like it. There are 2 natural growing plants are doing great as well. They have nice bushing with one main cola. All plants will be defoliated 5 days before flip. The plants have limited space and are in 4 litre pots too keep them controlled. This week I defoliated again and started adding sugar royal.

Nute burn on older growth. Slight yellowing of new growths’ tips; Larry OG originally started in a rock wool cube and was then transplanted into soil. The Larry og is very small and yellow with major bleaching; Raised light height by 3in. (15in. -> 18in.)

Week 12: Partial Harvest & Bruce's Final Stand Update: 10.08.2025 | Day 87 Big updates as predicted: I chopped two girls due to bad weather. Fear of big losses was bigger than my need to get to the max. Harvested Forbidden Runtz and Green Crack as they were almost fully ripe. 20% amber and 80% milky trichomes have to be good enough. Weather conditions were far from good - but both girls fought through it like Rocky. Great resilient genetics FastBuds. Hats off! Now let's come to our last survivor - Bruce Banner: Although trichomes are mostly cloudy with only scattered amber trichomes, there are still a lot of white pistils left in the budsites. She's still in bloom mode but resin isn't there like with my other two girls. Next days are forecasted with extremely hot weather (35°C again!) - hope this gives her the last kick. Next steps: - Keep her on the edge to use up all internal resources - Check for mold daily - Find the perfect chop moment I think the next update on this girl will be the harvest report, my friends. It was a pleasure to grow these three girls and I enjoyed the minimum maintenance and resources approach in comparison to last year's coco daily feeding hustle. The plants know themselves best what they need and it's only on me to read my plants and react only if necessary. Heute startet die Woche 7, hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und hohe Temperaturen. Ist immerhin 10 cm gewachsen und supergesund. Hier und da mal paar Blätter und Mini Blüten entfernt und ein wenig Super Cropping.. Pre Flowering hat ein wenig eingesetzt. Die Madame Sour Jealousy von FastBuds soll nur wachsen nicht das blühen anfangen!

Week 8 looking good. Buds have been growing steadily lower leaves turning yellow and dropping off. Using Nutrients to help with bud production. I'm feeding them Flora combo of 2 Litres or until a little flow through. Every two to three days. Bottom of the pot was really dry gave it a mini flush until a little came out the bottom. 4L per plant.
