The snow is really coming down out there. Big fat flakes are piling up on the ground, and it doesn't look like it's going to stop anytime soon. I guess that means no outdoor plans for today. Might be the perfect day to get cozy inside with a warm drink and a good book The pound cake auto plant is growing like crazy! I'm so happy to see all the progress we've made. Yesterday, I finally got around to tying it down – it's amazing how much more stable it feels now. I can't wait to see what this plant looks like in a few more weeks.

Day 99. All 3 girls down. Wet trim . Can't wait to try them out. Scissors hash was so sweet ... 1.6 kg for wet plant is not bad too I think. Plant A should be biggest in this grow from all strains ... She has to beat 202 g. of AD. Happy Growing !!!

It’s going okay been battling spider mites tho but I’m praying that I kept them from getting in my flower tent 🤞🏼👏🏼 But other then that everything else is going okay

Another week is gone. I have done some defoliation to make airflow better and give as much light to the bottom nugs as possible. Plants are tough, smell beautiful and buds are getting some size already. Cheers!

Day 17 17/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with calmag 5ml -5L. Very humid week, noticed a green turning colour on top of soils where the humidity has been far to high. I have installed door netting and recently left open all day and night now so they can condition over night in colder temps. All are doing well, one overdose slightly behind and looking ABIT swifted. But she'll come around 💪💚 Day 19 19/07/24 Friday Lite Feed today, 250ml each pot small run off. Seeing excellent start to these babies. Continuano a crescere a vista d'occhio, l'unica cosa che vedo poco è la resina, sicuramente perché le temperature sono alte e lei invece sviluppa con temperature piu fresca, proverò ad aggiungere del ghiaccio nella vasca dell'acqua per fare scendere un po la temperatura e rinfrescare l'apparato

This week starts off with 11 hours and 55 minutes of sunlight and ends with 11 hours and 40 minutes of daylight hours. It is also dipping down to 7 degrees Celsius at nights. Rain is also expected next week. I caused the stalk to re-veg in a place it was covered with the black plastic sheet. The plastic was causing such a humid situation it infected the previous cut stems sites, it was doing damage to the stalk for being put on too early. Other symptoms included drying of the stem where the starting from where the plastic sheet covered the infection site, I looked under the sheet after this and found the infection site, The infection had initiated at a stress point in the branch. The humidity caused by the plastic sheet, caused the stem to tear at two points. Another symptom was the leaves changing colors and crunching up. Under the plastic sheet was a completely lighter color of stem. This explains why I was able to LST the main cola, it also explains the nutrient burn, as the plant is craving vegetative nutrients. I will most likely get some hermaphrodite genes in the already pollenated seed sacks due to this stalk re-veg. To fix this, I removed the sheet and the new vegetative growth. I applied 0.5% hydrogen peroxide to the infected areas.(WARNING: This bud will be toxically non smokable or consumable) I fed the plant 3 tablespoons of Epsom salt, and covered it with 40 liters of pro-mix soil for when the rain comes. I also added the open sided greenhouse for the rain covering, as this plant is fighting a waterborne infection. I low stress trained the main cola, in order to create airflow, and secondary colas. If I did not LST the colas the stem rot would have reached them and turned into bud rot. The airflow created by cola LST and the hydrogen peroxide causes the infected areas to only slightly increase, infection spreading noticeable after a week. The re-veg will also benefit with the infection recovery, even though It kind of is a result of a cause. I also started feeding the plant 900ml of water in the heatwave so the water uptake content would not cause the fungus to thrive. I also raised the branch up with a support so the infection would have a hard time moving with the nutrients and water. It doesn't appear to be spreading, and has been treated two times within the past three days. I plan to treat it a few more times before the rain. I also used concrete slabs at the base to ensure the root base was warm at night . I think she will pull through this fungus infection with the photoperiodic stress shock created by the humidity of wrapping of the stem. Cannabis is supposed to die at 12 degrees Celsius. I am hoping the outcome of the greenhouse test will also determine the daylight hours the cannabis will die at. I mean I am expecting it to die when daylight hours reach 9. Will be adding photos to harvest.

What an incredible journey this has been! From start to finish, these plants dazzled at every stage. The drying process was a bit of a marathon – 21 days of suspense. But now, they are absolutely perfect. They snapped off the stems with a satisfying crunch – straight into my rolling paper for, ahem, "quality control" purposes. I'm beyond excited to have 2 more seeds ready for the future. Though I won't be growing them in my next round, I can't wait to see what they'll do next time. These gorgeous ladies have rewarded me with a whopping 248 grams dry! I'm in absolute weed heaven. Now comes the hard part – keeping my hands off while they cure and reach their full potential. Why use cotton pads? You should use cotton pads because it is one of the fastest way to germinate seeds, it is also one of the more reliable way. This is a NOOB-FRIENDLY tenchnique, you have to respect some little and easy steps: -take one cotton pad, spray it 5 times with water; -dispose seeds in the sprayed cotton pad, remember to leave minimum 1cm of space between seeds, -take a new cotton pad, spray it 3 times with water, face it down and put it on the seeds of the first cotton pad; -now, spray the dry side 3 times. -put this/these "sandwich/es" in a sealed container of a sufficient size to store them, I use like a plastic tupperware (glass or plastic are equal) with about this size: 15x30.It contains about 8 "sandwitches". -store the container in a dark place with a temperature from 17°C and more. More light they see and colder is the place,slower will be the germination and lower will be the germination ratio. *(-If your seeds are old, not good stored and with a low germination ratio, I suggest you to use Seed Booster by Plagron. Old seeds and maybe stored in a very hot place for a long time may will be death may will not never germinate). Generally a normal cotton pad is good for 3 seeds. I tried all methods (except rockwool cube) and in the last two years (and I germinated a lot of seeds) I can tell that this is the faster and reliable way. I loved to use paper towel but with this metod is very easy to put too much water and it will be slow down the germination step.
