The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures stay above the mid 40's℉, at which point she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes, and then let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/16- The FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower is going into Week Seven from seed now and is looking so much better with our weather steadily improving! I started brewing a batch of Compost Tea today which should be ready in 24-36 hours, after which I'll give the GG4 Sherbet FF a treat! 5/18- Yesterday, I gave the GG4 Sherbet a healthy drink of the freshly brewed Compost Tea which will benefit the microbes in her soil greatly! My Compost Tea recipe is as follows: In a doubled up mesh bag I put in 2 cups of wiggle worm castings, 1 cup of Alfalfa Meal, 1/2 cup of Dr. Earth 4-4-4 dry amendment w/beneficial mycorrhizae, 1 tbsp. Stash Blend, 1 tbsp. Plantonics Amino Bliss. Then in a 5g bucket filled with 68-74℉ non-chlorinated well water (which I do not adjust ph on, if it's good enough for me to drink... it's good enough for my plants) I add 4 tbsp. of unsulfured black strap molasses and 4 tbsp. of liquid Kelp Extract. I then aerate the water via a pump and large round air stone and hang the mesh bag so that it stays suspended above the bottom of the bucket and so the air bubbles can surround it. I then cover the bucket and leave it alone for 24-36 hrs after which there should be a generous layer of foam in the bucket which indicates that your tea is ready to serve! 5/20- I'm almost certain that slugs are the culprits of all of the leaf chewing that has occurred on the GG4 Sherbet FF. I only wish I had figured it out sooner but, on the bright side, this is a photoperiod and she has plenty of time to recover so she'll be just fine. Yesterday, once I figured out that I was facing a slug attack, I immediately deployed my favorite defense against slugs and other little soft bodied buggers and their larvae... Diatomaceous Earth. This stuff is death to fungus gnat larvae, along with other pest larvae and will ruin a slugs day quickly! If you look at diatomaceous earth under magnification, it resembles shards of glass and acts as the same on the soft bodies of pests either repelling, or killing them! 5/22- Our weather has dried out and warmed up so I'm watering daily with well water straight from the garden hose. With seven weeks of growth now for the GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower, she just keeps looking better by the day and in a month you won't recognize her! Well Ogreberry #3 is growing more on the short and bushier pheno measuring at only 4". While #1 is the tallest at just over 8" and already showing signs of preflower at only day 19 of veg. The other 3 phenos are growing in between at 5", 6" and 7".

Struggling now with temps due to weather getting warmer. Next week may be worse. Other than that all good, plants showing how they're going to end up kinda, some characteristics showing through now

It has been a great week of growth and no further accidental toppings - first pistils beginning to show at the end of the week. Tops are looking good, forming shape across the net. Stretched branches are being tucked under one square across every 3-4 days. The net is filling up nicely, with some limited pruning below the canopy of both leaves and growth stems. I'm trying to avoid any defoliation on this grow. Fertigating with an inflow EC of >1.4 seems to be moving the run-off EC higher - will maintain higher inflow EC until run-off is within acceptable range. Run-off EC Should be within 300 Points of Inflow EC. Run-off EC still remains below target although now increasing to where it should be. Tracking run-off volume/EC/pH at every fertigation event as I manage the feed EC to monitor what the plant is doing/feeding. Fertigation is maintained now to once a day (at lights on) to maintain the target EC. Light period is during the night time to better maintain heat/humidity conditions during light off period (which happens during daytime). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The grow setup includes ; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 (gives me great control over the environment) - ventilation fans - aquarium heater for nutrients solution (for winter use only) - small oil heater (for winter use only) - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots (as final pots) and 3.5L general plastic pots (for seedling stage) - Canna Coco substrate mixed with 40% perlite - GHE Flora Trio as base nutrients and various additives - pH and EC/TDS meters - 2x Govee Thermo/Hygro meters (one at canopy, the other at the roots level - these allow for external monitoring and recording) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some strain info from Royal Queen Seeds ; An amazing mix of genetics background - Its true genetics are unknown. Some say OG Kush is a mix of ChemDawg with a Lemon Thai and Pakistani Kush. Others say that it’s just a special cutting of ChemDawg from the early 90s. The most obvious trait of OG Kush is its strong, unique, very dank, slightly citrus aroma, almost like fuel or strong detergent. The flavour of OG Kush is equally as strong and dank, with a long-lasting aftertaste. Strong mental and physical high - OG Kush is an extremely strong cannabis strain, with most experienced smokers listing it as one of their favourites. The effect is as strong physically as it is mentally. Though its effect is like an Sativa, the strain's genetics are mostly Indica. The effect is as strong and complex as the flavour. OG Kush takes around 8 weeks to flower and on average the yield is 500 grams per plant.

Well, I made it through another week, lol. Just your typical boring week. The weather is cooling down now and the humidity has been decent. Another great transition week. Week 14 and 4th week of flower starts today, 9/5. There's this one cola on Bruce that's really scratching my brain to bend over, lol. They're all looking great though, still responding well to the Schwazz! Time to apply some booster and hopefully watch them fatten up from here on our. I'm actually quite impressed with most of the clones, they should fill out nicely! That's pretty much it. Feeling good, feeling good 😁 Happy growing everyone ✌️🍀✌️ UPDATE: 9/8 I uploaded a video and everything is looking good. I started some booster for the clones and next feed for the mothers I'll do the same. The flowers are finally starting to grow with copious amounts of pistols!!! Only a slight smell during the day but definitely stronger at night. I'm still very excited and very fortunate to have gotten this far 🙏 Happy growing everyone ✌️🍀✌️

Actualización 05/10/2024 ¡Hola, growers! Perdón por no poder compartir las semanas completas, pero poco a poco volvemos a la normalidad. Las fotos que ven corresponden al día 01/10/24 y, como pueden ver, están llenas de terpenos y tricomas por todas partes. Tanto la Fruit Gum como la Biscotti x Candy Rain son dos de las cepas más resinosas que he cultivado y, además, desprenden un olor increíblemente fuerte. La Fruit Gum tiene esos toques dulces y nostálgicos, como a chicle de mascar, que me transportan directamente a mi infancia. En cuanto a la Biscotti x Candy Rain, su aroma es como el de una clásica galleta americana casera, ¡muy intenso! Ambas cepas me están impresionando mucho por su resinosidad y aromas únicos. Cabe destacar que las genéticas de Uktha Genetics me han sorprendido gratamente; los resultados están siendo fantásticos. Eso sí, estas cepas comen como camiones, pero mientras se mantenga un control exhaustivo de las fertilizaciones y del medio de cultivo, no hay problema de sobrefertilización. Pronto cortaremos una de las plantas que está bastante adelantada. Espero que disfruten tanto como yo este proceso y, como siempre, ¡buenos humos para todos! 🌱💨

And the first week of flower is amongst us, I’m not sure if it’s the fast bud genetics, the living soil, or a mixture of both, but I think the videos say it all, the deep green throughout, day 41 and just look😍. Everything’s been sitting nicely 24/7 Humidity 49~56%, temps 23~26c This week they all received there last top feed, along with a slight bit of defoliation, some massive fan leaves! slightly over watered as you will notice in one of the videos, but I won’t be surprised if they’ve grew another few inches over night.
