Day 69 of flowering and still looking for the elusive Amber trichromes, they are 90% cloudy no amber 10% clear I will patiently wait I want to experience the more indica feel with these last few choice buds. Update Oct 19th 2017. Seen my first amber trich today, as I'm getting older I can't see through my loupe to view resin glands, so my wife showed me how too view them through pictures. All I can say is wow! She was able to zoom right in on them to get a good look. Maybe I will have to get a computer to show these fantastic shots I will uploaded ASAP YOU HAVE got to see them gorgeous girls see ya soon peace and love my brothers.

Hello, after being 8 days in 7-liter pots, we passed this clone and seed crop to flowering, we added the other panel that we had off to cover all the cultivation space with the light spectrum. We perform a low pruning to enhance the highest flowers. It was made preventive foliar of diatomaceous earth.

I am not on facebook instagram twitter etc All accounts except this one are fake. Harvest day 72 since the time change to 12/12 hrs. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested. After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. I've been pulling fan leaves this week . 1. To slow the top down . 2. To encourage side branch growth. 3. So they can remain in very small pots in a small space until I have space to let them grow properly.

Starting from this week I will only use BioBOOST additive because I think that I could have an over K amount in my soil. I defoliated just a little tiny bit to expose even more the buds to the light. The resin is starting to increase considerably and the smell is following with berry and citrus notes gnam gnam 😵 I did not know that Sativa strain has less compact buds through the stalks so I was a little bit worried about it but I think is fine. End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

Hi Growers. So all 3 FastBuds Pineapple Express Auto seeds popped in less than 3 days. I’ve left them uncovered, added a humidifier and turned a fan on low to just to give them a little wiggle. They were sprayed and lightly watered in a 4” circle around the stalks to have those roots go search for water. Just gonna give them some time and mist for a week and start super low feeding according to the FastBuds auto feed schedule. I’m looking forward to seeing these babies grow!!! Happy Growing 🌱

calyxes are swelling. pistils are starting to ripen curling inwards and turning orange. Trichome production is getting higher. I committed a mortal sin and squeezed a bud with my hands. It was pretty dense. I was pruning a few fan leaves on the main cola that were blocking a lot of light and accidentally cut a bud off. I dried it and concluded that I lost about a gram 🙁 The nug was pretty dense for being only 5 1/2 weeks at the time.I hope they are rock hard when ready. There are some of the most unique terpenes I've ever smelled. They smell like sweetened condensed milk with a sour earthy smell with a hint of skunk. My cat loves cannabis leaves....

Today we switched to 12/12. Let the flowering begin🎉 The plants look happy the Critical and 1 of the mutant plants needed a little lst as u can see. Thats is the only training I will be giving them. I will start counting the flowering days from the moment I can see signs of first flower.
