Due to problems with autoflower genetics and refusing to flower. I am pleased with final result. I knew my yield would take a hit by using 3 gallon pots. Just was not planning for these plants to take damn 100 days. Roots were coming thru bottom of bags. Not good. But happy results and beautiful purple nugs. See what the cure does. Edit/ update: with few days of curing smell and taste have dramatically improved. There is basically no woody taste or smell, just grapey and sour with a hint of spicy. I change my strain score to 9/10. Due to not being able to update after 1 hr of original post. The only reason I give a 9 is because of Flowering problem. Update: week of curing smooth as butter and fruity and flowery flavor mellow draw with a little kick no harshness at all. Pleseant take.

WOW!!!!!! I did it!! or should I say WE did it! I cant believe I turned 3 little seeds into just over 27oz, theres a little not in the jars...... I'm just blown away by the look of this cannabis. For a sativa this looks just incredible!!! The crystals are just CAKED and handling just the slightest caused the worst sticky fingers. I have learned to incredibly much my first grow I'm very excited to put my experience to use on the 2nd round here. Which will be all AUTOS!!! This should be fun indeed. Into week two all cuttings have taken 8 have been topped, spacers have been deployed to train branches 3cm spacers I will increase the size of spacers once the branches develop a little more. about every 3 days Is required depending on how the strain performs. this is a more creative method of growing with the final picture of your media in mind {peecock effect}. once the media has starched I will snap on the spacers to create the scrog for a level canopy, holding the outer plants left and right further out to the left and right for more light exposure to develop my flowers to there full potential. middle of week 2 I put the spacers together to make the scrog mainly two train the left and right rows of plants outwards for more space in the middle of my canopy.

First time ever they will have a chance to try in starter size portion at first bio grow and fish mix. Watering 400ml per pot. 01/11 day 24 Spend some time with my girls today 😁 added about an inch of soil to each pot and applied LST on main colas. Who knows maybe they will be ready for scrog next week 02/11 day 25 I was amazed when opened cabinet in the morning. Girls showed no signs of any stress from previous day LST. They bounced back right away and growing still in steady manner. Decided to add 2 never use before nutes to menu, Sugar royal from Plagron and Bio haveven from Biobizz. At first just low dosage 0.25ml per ltr. Watered appreciate 400ml each pot. 04/11 day 27 I like how they responded to training. Decided to adjust tie closer to the top of main cola and lowered girls a bit more. Noticed a speed up in general development. Started tucking leaves couple days ago. 05/11 day 28 It's the end of the week Today another foliage shower water + fish mix. I can see that girls like this a lot. Only week 2, so nothing exciting yet but the seedlings obviously are surviving the hardest part lol. I cant wait till these start booming in a week or so. Ive heard they grow fast as hell. Im excited to grow these autos right here. Looking strong. I will be LST right when the first true leaves grow in well to maximize yield as much as possible. Wont be topping it.

Wenige Tage später fingen die kleinen ein wenig an zu Spargeln, weshalb ich etwas Erde nachgegeben und die Lichtstärke intensiviert habe. Mittlerweile sehen die Pflanzen recht gut aus. Die Hulkberry entwickelt derzeit einen leichten Gelbton in den ersten Blättern und deren Adern. Ich versuche ende der Woche ein wenig Biogrow Dünger zu reichen.

Starting to take on some colors in the pistils on one of the 3 phenos.. this is when things will start happening quickly!

The Future #1 strain took to germination right away, was very flexible, and worked very good for SCROG. It produced heavy buds that are beautiful. Teh strain started very strong and grew excellent. The flowers was super dense, very crystally and sticky. It will be very interesting to see how they smoke. I had some pH issues with my water supply which impacted the grow and this strain seemed to be more light sensitive compared to another Anesia strain right next to it. Wet bud weight is prior to trimming. The buds off of this plant were HUGE!!!! Wet weight - 58.8 oz prior to trim; 14 colas; Terps: White - 70%, Amber - 30% After 3 days of drying, took them down to trim for my jars. Dry weights into jars: Future #1: 9.06oz I did pull them after a day to dry rack them for 12 hours due to a little bit higher moisture content then I would have liked (+70%rH). Re-jarred on 6/1/23 and now holding steady at around 60% rH. Cure Check In: 6/10 - 6/12/23: rH ~ 63 - 66%. Daily air exposure & fanning. Very smelly. Looking good - another couple weeks and will be ready.

Most of the week was spent setting up the hydro grow. Needed to build a DIY chiller since air temp in our grow room is hot, and water needs to be a good deal colder. Fridge from kijiji, garden hose, fittings, and submersible pump all in were under $100 but knowing what I know now I'd likely go with a thermoelectric chiller (DIY, with power supply and temp controller) next time around. Looking forward to tracking metrics and seeing how it goes :). Seems there's a lot of contradiction in terms of level of nutrients recommended, max water temperature, using H2O2 to boost water temp that can keep algae and rot at bay, etc. Got my hands on some Hydroguard via Amazon... despite local shops saying you can't get it in Canada... so I'm going to go with that instead of H2O2 to start, despite water temp getting up above 21 C (70 f) during the day. Fingers crossed. Update - keeping water reservoir tank under 20 C now by using reflective bubble wrap insulation on the reservoir itself and pipe insulation as well. It's a 10 C difference from the room temp, so I'm SUPER pleased with that.
