Great week

Session guérilla 2022, on croise les doigts. Le spot est difficile d'accès et sans eau a proximité, mais on est motivé.

The plants are growing at a good rate now and drinking a litre each per day. I feed them by hand and each plant gets 2litres every other day. Didn't do anything else this week other than install the trellis on the last day. This plant is at the back of the timelapse video.

Week 10: This will be the final update before Harvest: I will update post harvest after the dry and weigh. Day 64-66: Hmm these 4AM are a strange bunch lol. I seemed to have been wrong about 4AM#3 getting better in last week's update, after reviewing the pictures. After realizing this I decided to continue feeding the plants till the end albeit only Calmg and Boost(micro). I decided to give 4AM#3 a 125% dose of Calmg on Day 66. I was worried about root rot because even though she was a bigger plant she drank noticeably less water than the rest. I actually forgot to mention I have had a few fungus gnats during the grow starting at around day 35. I always let the plants completely dry out even until some leaves were really drooping from thirst, so I though I had them under control. I never noticed more than 1 or 2 at a time, which is also why I thought I had it out of control. Maybe they have something to do with 4AM#3's state, but I doubt it. Anyway, 4AM#1 and #2 are doing well. #1 has fully ripened with almost 95% cloudy trichomes, and some amber. #2 on the other hand could still use 7-10 days extra, but regretfully I cannot harvest then... #3 is at about the same stage as #2. Day 67-70: Sadly I noticed too late, but that extra strong dose of Calmg seemed to confirm my suspisions... 4AM#3 had a heavy calmg deficiency... It really is noticeably improving this time! Leaves are regaining some slight saturation! And she drank her water very quickly this time! So bummed about having to harvest this weekend... Day 73... Oh well next time I will be able to harvest more freely and at different times for each plant if needed. She still has a good bit of cloudy trichomes on her calyxes though, around 40-60%, and very very few ambers, but her sugar leaves are already full of them. As for 4AM#1, looking great! gona be the smallest buds but definately the most dank! 4#2's massive buds are still having trouble staying upright, but looking forward to those for sure! RED ALERT: Shiiiit... So as I was watering 4AM#3 on day 69, I noticed, what I'm pretty sure is, BUD ROT! Damn, I'll have a picture as part of this update. I had very bad experience with bud rot last fall(planted my autos too late in the summer, lost over half my plants and had to harvest early), but that was with 10C temps and 80%+ RH. I have FOUR fucking fans in this damn tent, and it's always over 20C! But I'll be honest, I knew if it was going to happen, it would be THAT part of the plant positioned closest to that oscillating fan I have on the peace of wood... The bud closest to it(in the corner) is in it's blind spot, doesn't get direct breeze on it. And that's the bud, and the ONLY bud that seems to have been affected. Strangely though, this bud rot feels different to the touch than the one I had last summer. Very dry, and like I said, very isolated to that ONE little part. I cut it out and have the rest of the bud drying as a tester in my room. And my entire room STINKS. I seemed to have been wrong about that last week also; The 4AM smells so much stronger than the White Cracks. See you after the Harvest!! ;) It's been awesome and a fun learning experience!

Doing some LST

Day23 today I increased the power of the light at 600w 🤩 I took the seek gorilla melon out finally haven’t recover 😢 Day 24 I topped the Two gorilla melon and two of the papaya sherbet 🍀✌️ Day27 all good 👌 All guava auto’s enter in flowering stage first pistil are showing 😎

The purple lemonade is getting some beautiful sticky fat dank buds and the gorilla cookies is flowering nicely the node spacing is super close so i will be looking at some super dence fat sticky buds the smell is amazing i cant wait to have a joint with the two strains combined in it .

5/4: Her two tops suddenly stretched a few inches. I'll tie them down in the next couple of days and when they get to the third node, I'll top them again. I gave her a little water with myco, kelp, molasses, cal-mag, silica, and humic acid. 5/6: I fed her about a gallon of water with boomerang, grow big, big bloom, cal-mag, silica, and humic acid. This was the last time I'll give her any grow big or boomerang...there's plenty of good stuff to support good growth for at least a month in the Happy Frog dry fertilizer I'm using. I did a little LST on her today...split those two main colas really well and tied them into horizontal positions on opposite sides of the pot. I used gorilla wood glue to seal the split. 5/7: I foliar fed with big bloom, grow big, silica, fulvic acid, and molasses. 5/8: I did a foliar application of Axiom harpin proteins. 5/9: I did a foliar application of boom boom spray. 5/10: She's growing very well now, so I topped all her main shoots and tied them them down to encourage the lower branches to compete for apical dominance. I'll water her tomorrow if it doesn't rain. That's it for week 5

Its been a busy week in Fat Zappa's Garden, hence another late update. I am no longer concerned about the gold patches on the plants, there has been a little more since the past update, particularly around the edges of some of the leaves but not much at all and it certainly doesn't appear to be anything serious so my fears have eased much in that regard. The three older ladies in this grow are coming to the end of day 32 as I type this update, and have grown into fairly big plants over the past week or so. Despite having low stress training applied every two or three days they now stand around a foot tall. Not quite as tall as their Fastbuds label mate, the Wedding Cheesecake I am growing in Canna Coco and the same dry amendments, which stands an inch taller than these three sisters, but then she is nine days younger. These three girls are certainly more fuller plants though, and the past few days have seen the white hairs begin to appear, particularly on the bud sites, which have also began to turn light green, and the stem on one of these girls begin to turn more 'vine like' in texture. Remaining on a schedule of about 2.5 litres of dechlorinated, aerated water of PH 6.4, day 28 also saw the garden revitalised by their usual tipple being replaced for an aerated compost tea of 2 cups of Worm Castings, 2 tablespoons of Alfalfa Meal, 2 tablespoons of Kelp Meal, and 1 tablespoon of Bat Guano in a cheese cloth bag, and placed in a UK 5 Gallon bucket with 2 tablespoons of Molasses mixed into the dechlorinated water I had aerated for 24 hours, and then brewed it for about 26 hours. It may just have been a well timed coincidence, but I do feel like the plants have shown a spurt of growth since receiving it, particularly the runt of these Mrs Banners, who received her first session of low stress training on day 30. Prior to this spurt of growth I was not going to perform any LST on her cos she just seemed way to small but has really filled out in the past week, although remains a very short specimen compared to her sisters, and the Wedding Cheesecakes who are 2 days younger than her. I am starting to think something may have gone awry when I mixed my soil up, as the two pots which I struggled to germinate the initial seeds in, one which failed completely, have not seemed to thrive as much as the other four plants. When I mixed the initial mix into the 5 Gallon pots I did it in two batches, yet filled the all the pots a scoop at a time along a row so it does seem strange. I think next time I will mixed the medium with the dry amendments and castings a pot at a time to gain more control and see if things improve. Also, in preparation for feeding the compost tea I did have a trim around the bottom of the larger plants as watering has become more difficult with all my wires and tucked leaves etc, which I immediately regretted, but actually, like I say, the plants seemed to have had a boost over the past few days so I am happy no harm has been done. The lights are now running at the full 450w and set to around 25 inches from the top of the canopy. I have also increased the airflow through the intake fan, the canopy fans are both on high, my two 40 watt fans are now running on medium, and my AC Infinity T6 turned up to three on the OFF setting. My heater and humidifier remain on full on the environment has remained stable despite the ramping up of the light to full blast. Lastly, day 32 began with a top dressing for all these plants, with the larger ladies showing signs of pre-flower. They got heaped portions of 1/2 cup of Worm Castings, 1/3 cup Dr Forest Organics 284 Bloom, and a table spoon of Dr Forest Organics Veg dry amendments which I mixed in as best I could with all my LST wires etc, and then watered at PH level 6.4. I'd like to mix the PH up a little more between 6.2 and 6.8 but it always seems to come out 6.4. I will endeavour to update the pages for the two Wedding Cheesecakes as soon as time allows. Ehi ragazzi come va???? Tutto bennee?? A me benone devo dire! Progetti su progetti e le abilità crescono di giorno in giorno esponenialmente ! Grazie all essenza di questa magica pianta! Allora torniamo alla descrizione di questo fantastico hybrido F1 della RQS che gentilmente mi han donato in prova.. devo dire che la pianta rimane davvero uniforme , cresce e si incrocia si se stessa rimanendo cespugliosa e esplodendo internodi da tutte le parti che danno spazio alle cime di raggiungere la luce ! Spettacolare anche come la stabilità genetica resiste anche alla differenza di nutrienti tra le due piante , aspetto molto interessante devo dire, cmq questa settimana ho dato a tutte e due un benefico tea di compost pk ,fatto con sapienza, e devo dire che i risultati si stanno vedendo xké la pianta è davvero molto rigogliosa di un verde scuro intenso ma non quello da eccesso da azoto, semplicemente si vede che la ragazza sta bene in tutto e per tutto è sana al 💯 x 💯👍💪 ormai il metodo bio tabs e rodato e devo dire che ogni volta mi stupisce sempre di più come l unione simbiotica di diversi organismi possa produrre una pianta così rigogliosa !! È una cosa che affascina e appassiona alla stesso tempo! Questo è quello che è successo a me ! Cmq ringrazio Mars hydro per la luce e il grande James the master di RQS che lo ha reso possibile ! An Tag 41 wurde nochmal getrimmt und kleinere untere Blütenansätze entfernt. Heute ist Tag 45, würdet ihr mehr entlauben ? Tagsüber habe ich leider eine Luftfeuchtigkeit von 52 % mehr holt mein luftentfeuchter durch die vielen kleinen Blätter nicht raus. Nachts denke ich etwas mehr. Tag 46: Luftfeuchtigkeit wieder dauerhaft unter 50%

Day 92. First of 3 girls down. Amazing, super productive strain !!! Loved that girl a lot ! Others still to come... Day 101. #1 is jared and #2 is chopped, busy day ! Day 111. #2 is Jared. Only Monster girl left. She is still pushing in ex dry tent. Day 125. Last girl is down ! Day 135. 240 g of nugs from her !!!! My record breaker by a mile ! Happy Growing !!!

Yellow Zushi is growing very well and uniform, looks like she is training herself to stretch lower branches up. Looking healthy and growing fast. Thinking of topping main branch but not sure yet since I also want to start taking clones soon!

My OG Kush seedling is looking fantastic! It's branching out really well, with strong, sturdy stems and vibrant deep green leaves. There's a sweet, almost creamy scent coming from it that reminds me of an Oreos plant I grew a while back. It's got that classic OG Kush vigor, and I'm excited to see how it develops! The weather has been absolutely gorgeous this past week! We've been hitting that sweet spot of 70 degrees during the day, perfect for getting outside and soaking up some sun. Then, it cools down to a comfy 50 degrees at night, which is ideal for sleeping with the windows open. I've been loving all the fresh air! I finally got around to building that little wooden planter for my windowsill. It was a fun project, and now my regular plants have a nice new home. It really brightens up the room, and I'm thinking of adding some herbs to it soon. Maybe I'll even try growing some basil!
