Good week... she's grown a lot, is looking VERY strong - #1's stem is already pretty thick for such a young plant.... so I think I'm going to let her get a couple more nodes on her and then top and clone her... #2 is a little weaker so I think I might top her this week. I've put them both on an aggressive veg feed and they're both responding very nicely to it... such a difference from autoflowers! I find it fascinating..... so much so that I tend to rather ignore them... for example, I think I MAY have given them a drink of something only 4 or 5 times in their lives (they've just celebrated their 4th week from seed)... never any complaints, never saying "hey, fool - pay attention to me!" .... I glance at them once a day and move on.... Still trying to decide where in my yard they're going to be planted - but I've got at least 4 more weeks before I'll feel comfortable enough with the weather to go dig a hole for them... SHOULD also start some LST, I suppose.... going to be relying on LST a lot outdoors so I can hopefully avoid the bud rot that plagued me last year... Great fun! May 4 - I've decided I'm going to top #1 today and stick the top in Clonex, into a RootRiot and plunk it into a DWC bucket ... so while I'll have these two plants out in the yard waiting for an October harvest, I can flip the clone indoors for an earlier harvest to see if I like the strain at all.... Hmmm... maybe I'll do that to both of them and keep one in veg while I flip one of them... This is kind of cool - I'm learning about all the possibilities growing photoperiods gives you... just amazing! I'm like a kid in a candy store! LOL! I'll put up a video when I top and clone... but don't take it as gospel because this will be my first time and I don't REALLY know what the hell I'm doing... just having fun and experimenting! May 5 - Happy Cinco de Mayo! Didn't get around to topping and starting a clone yesterday... but I've just now posted up two videos - the first where I'm determining where to top - and the second, longer one, where I place the top I've just cut off into DWC to clone... or ATTEMPT to clone! LOL! God knows if this is going to work... if you've got any comments on what I've done, hints for a better way of doing things PLEASE comment below! I could use all the help I can get! Should I, for example, chop off the lower fan leaves of the top? Or are they needed for the top to survive? I can't help but think they're a pretty big drain on the poor thing... #1, which is the one I topped, is really showing me she needs to get outside in the yard... her roots are starting to peek through the drainage hole at the bottom of the pot.... I THOUGHT a 2-gallon would be big enough to last at least a month and a half but..... I'm going to have to get serious about where to put these ladies!

White Blueberry she is amazing, she isn't crazy tall like her sister "Uber-lato" but 116cm in Day 64 is enough 😇 She have a beautiful structure and she's developing amazing flowers. Fastbuds #35 Week 14 Harvest I've been looking forward to these beautiful ladies finishing for a while now. From trimming the flowers they are super sticky and dense as could be. Giving off a pungent glue smell with a hint of something sweet. I haven't had the pleasure yet to sample this one but after a little cure time in the jar I bet it'll knock your socks off. They are developing well and the smelling started to be a bit strong with gas terpenes from both strains. I'll keep following the EC and their development to ensure they won't have any blocker. Day 42 - 15/05/2025 🌞 ~900ppfd ⏫🌡️~28°C 💧~49% 📏 40cm distância 3 day later the soil got dry, what it seems the watering cadence based on the pot size. They are going very well. After talk with some friends and reviewing the plant status, I decided to keep follow the nutrient schedule and keep looking at them. Mango Cream and Strawberry Cola 1 stopped stretching and should started the bulking phase, that's why the smelling is so strong. On Strawberry Cola 1, I just remove some leafs that were covering the other branches. I, literally, removed 5 leafs. Watered with 3L of RO water with 4ml of Athena Bloom B + 4ml of Athena Bloom A + 4ml of Athena CaMg. EC 1.9 EC Run Off 5.8 PH 6.0 On Mango Cream, I did some defoliation removing the big leafs on the bottom, that was nothing receiving light and probably consuming plant's energy. Then, they can concentrate on the top canopy. Watered with 3L of RO water with 4ml of Athena Bloom B + 4ml of Athena Bloom A + 4ml of Athena CaMg. EC 1.9 EC Run Off 6.1 PH 6.0 As Strawberry Cola 2 is one week later than the others. So, it seems going to finish the stretching bloom phase. As Mango Cream, I did some defoliation removing the big leafs on the bottom, also some ones in the middle, that wasn't receiving light and ambushing the middle overlapping the middle nodes. Then, they can concentrate on the top canopy. Watered with 3L of RO water with 4ml of Athena Bloom B + 4ml of Athena Bloom A + 4ml of Athena CaMg. EC 1.9 EC Run Off 5.9 PH 6.0 The defoliation on them also was done to improve the air circulation because my tent increased 1,5-2,0C. degrees with the season changing. Hopefully it can help to reduce a bit. As the previous EC on them were between 5.1 and 6.1, it means that they are ok, consuming the nutrients and not blocked by high EC. Happy news!! Day 45 - 18/05/2025 🌞 ~900ppfd 🌡️~26°C 💧~49% 📏 ⏫45cm distância 3 day later the soil got dry and they are going very well. I'm keeping the strategy this week in order to levelling the EC on them. Seen they sucked a bit their development and some burns started to show on the leaf points, I decided to flush them a bit to correct the EC and continue the nutrients schedule correct. I flushed them with 6L of RO water with PH corrected, each one. They reduced the EC to 2.0~3.4 and I added another schedule nutrients solution. All water schedule below is after the flush. Mango Cream I watered with 1L of RO water with 2ml of Athena Bloom B + 2ml of Athena Bloom A + 2ml de Athena CaMg + 2ml of Athena PK. PH 6.0 EC 1.9 EC Run Off 5.3 Strawberry Cola 1 I watered with 1L of RO water with 2ml of Athena Bloom B + 2ml of Athena Bloom A + 2ml de Athena CaMg + 2ml of Athena PK PH 6.0 EC 1.9 EC Run Off 4.9 Strawberry Cola 2 I watered with 1L of RO water with 2ml of Athena Bloom B + 2ml of Athena Bloom A + 2ml de Athena CaMg + 2ml of Athena PK PH 6.0 EC 1.9 EC Run Off 4.5 I also did some defoliation on Strawberry Cola 2 to improve that light penetration and air circulation. Happy with the correction results. I also increased the watering volume. Hey growmies, This week was about hands on the plants. The plants are hungry since I switched last week to 12/12. I've been feeding them every other day since it usually takes 2 days for the ppm to drop sufficiently. On the 15th, I've defoliated all the plants and cutted some offshoots that weren't worth it on the Tropicanna. Every day I've been adjusting the lines so they're as even as they can be at the cannopy. Hope next week the 2 photos are alredy flowering Good grows

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Overall a great strain too grow as grows with ease and seemingly without issues even with minimal care. With care she can produce hefty buds, as kept mine small my flowers reflect but still produced great smelling powerfully buds 🌱 Cycle finished in time essentially with ease and I'd be happy too recomend this strain from fastbuds. I will update with more images and videos upon timing complete and give dry weight ect, these girls wont bring much but smell absolute treat. Atm I have tried 1 small nug but still not ready not long untill can trim up, great oils and taste just need a little cure up once finished. Tried uploading longer videos but again says error 👎 have now added few extra videos

End of week 4 and all is great! This girl is beefin up to be a monster! Already got a ton of bud on her an their is still 4-6 weeks to go. loving this Hortilux Eye 1000w bulb. Really bringing the A game. Not so bumbed about spending $ 125 on a bulb now...lol haven’t had to really take any foliage off yet with the exception of the growth under the netting I removed at 1 weeks into flowering. I say “hell no” too popcorn fluff! Lol gotta save that energy for the top buds. Going great so far anyway, I made a DIY light bar for my light rail mover out of an old metal bed frame so that was cool. Saved $50 per tent... I ain’t no sucker gonna pay $50 for an aluminum bar with some bolts. Lol gonna hook up my “water coolers soon too since the summer is approaching and my water temps are begging to creep up again. Lol you may have noticed a computer case sitting in the corner of my grow tents in past videos, they are DIY water chillers made from some thermoelectric coolers and a copper cooling coil. Day 22 - Rolling into week 4 looking mean and green! 💪 I need to make a decision on what kind of training I want to dish out to this lady. She's growing a bit faster than her tent mates. Day 23 - Always experimenting - today I begin my first mainline! I've already built the foundation by allowing the plant to grow to 6 nodes, as recommended by the tutorial I followed by the brilliant Miss Nebula Haze @growweedeasy. My next step is documented here in a video, as I take my lush, happy, healthy plant, and give her the kind of haircut that makes you want to storm out of the salon without leaving a tip. 😂 I even managed to get in my signature branch snap early in the game - being held together now with duct tape. 🤦‍♀️ In all seriousness though, I'm thrilled to be trying this out, despite the agony of cutting down my plant to nothing but a stump and antennae. I've seen some great growers create some serious masterpieces using this method, and damn it my curiosity is taking control! Here's to learning something new! Day 27 - Came home from vacation to find that my plant had hulked through the duct tape that held her snapped branch together... I guess she's doing well. ☺️ Over the course of the past few days her branches have gotten notably thicker! 💪 Day 28 - Now that each new main stem has grown out, I removed all the growth tips from below the 3rd node on each side. I left the fan leaves in tact to give plant access to extra energy as she pushes through this intense training. I softened the branches with my fingers, very slowly, to tie down my new main stems horizontally across the net basket. I took a sterilized x-acto knife to then top each of my two main stems at the 3rd node on each side, leaving me with a beautifully symmetrical base to my masterpiece.
