Day 33, ordered a new 1000W(400W actual draw) that's been on them about a week as theyve exploded into my small 24"x48"x60" tent, it started to get a slow light burn at day 30ish the same day I did a pretty heavy defoliating and was NOT happy, since I've l turned the VEG switch off, leaving only the Red BLOOM lights on (manufactors state 200W with BLOOM only) until my new 32"x60"x80" tent arrives then I'll hang appropriately and turn to full power! Took the time between yesterday AM and today to clip off 90% of the light damage tips and fed a light Cal-Mag and Tiger Bloom and she seems to be perking up, (significantly more even since the video) Been LST like a mother****er, hoping she really packs on the weight and recovers smoothly from the light burn.

Always cool to see what old school strains are all about. If there’s something experience has taught me is that classics are classics for a reason, and that’s the theme of this cycle. The germination was exceptionally fast, followed by the development of a thick stalk and huge broad leafs, this Gorilla surely started strong. Humidity and temperature kept fairly high throughout the week (70%/ 24°C), with regular misting, which they love! So far so good, feels like a happy and healthy seedling. Let’s see what she’s got 💪🌱

Last week I didn't have time to make an entry. But this week here I am, and with a video! The main stem and primaries are thick as f***. The bush has become monstrous but I manage to get airflow underneath the plant as well. Tied some of the main branches in the last week, but no more tying as it gets much bushy. As the fan leaves are huge and leaning down around the pot, added some side support to raise the sides so the air can go underneath the canopy. I'm tucking less as I think of switching to 12/12 in a week. I raised the lights but got less increase in height than the raised amount. I am not thinking on defoliation of any kind as I do not like taking living leaves away from the plant. But if it is too important and I am missing A LOT by not defoliating the lower leaves, please comment with detailed suggestions so I can apply them. But the leaves are very healthy, so I don't want to take any of them away. Now I have 6 white, 4 yellow bulbs and a 45w white cfl. But during flower, I plant on changing the white cfl to 32w yellow, and ad 2 more yellow bulbs. In total it will add up to 180w (18000 Lumens from the leds, 6 white 6 yellow) and 2250 lumens from the yelllow CFL. Maybe ı will add a second 32w yellow cfl mid flower. Almost everything went how I planned it, which is great 💪 I lowered the lights (5cm) and I did a good chunk of defoliation to allow more light penetration which I believe totally helped! Some of the branches got a lot of weight and could barely hold themselves (good thing they didn't break!) I also think that I should've chopped my girls last week because I got way more amber trichomes than what I originally wanted 😝 but eh, I got more weight in exchange! 😆 Oh, I also gave my girls some ice cold water! First, I'm just going to say something about my grow room. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps for bloom. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition.
