🌱 Started from seed June 5th and she wasted no time getting established. Early growth was strong with a compact, bushy shape, perfect for training. I topped her young to keep a flat canopy, and she responded by throwing out strong, healthy side branches. 🌿 Veg was short and efficient, and the stretch built thick, sturdy colas without getting lanky. Light defoliation throughout flower kept airflow up and let light reach every bud site. 🍇 Terps are loud — sweet berry notes with a fruity kick that makes you want to keep smelling her. Trichomes ripened evenly, and I took her even higher on amber than usual for that deep, heavy, sedative effect. ✂️ Harvest day — dense, frosty buds with a beautiful structure. She stayed healthy from start to finish and was a pleasure to grow. Can’t wait to see how she smokes after a long, slow cure.

The Apple Betty girls have performed very well this week! The LST began, and there was some great growth in side branching. I also started this week off with introducing them to some nutrients ❤️ Start of week 4, the girls had responded well to transplanting, so I decided to start with some LST. My main method is to use soft wire wraps (dollar store purchase!) I poke one hole in the side of the pot near the top, and then go directly opposite that hole and poke through to make another. The first hole is for a wire wrap to secure the base of the seedling from pulling right out or over too far. The other hole is for the direction you want to bend your plant to. I start by slowly working the stem between my fingers at the point where I want it to bend. Twisting and pinching slowly so not to snap. *wait a day or two after your last water, or it will be easier to snap* once it’s ready to flop, I use the wire tie to hold down the top of the plant as close as I can to the nearest shoots. I’ll usually leave the plant like this for a couple of days, adjusting the ties, and then take them off to let them recover . Watered with a small dose of the full line of Advanced Nutrients I will be using for this grow. The girls got about 500 ml at the beginning of the week, but 2 days in I could tell they wanted more. By the end of the week they are taking nearly 1/2 gallon (which will give me 10% runoff) At the end of the week I increased the intensity of the BP2500 to 190 watts at the wall and the girls did show a few wrinkles as they adjusted, but have quickly recovered. I haven’t topped these girls, and I’m not sure if I am going to… thoughts? Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

👋🏻☘️ Started low stress training this week a long with the first proper defoliation to provide more airflow and light coverage. Continuing to bend the main stems down everyday to help even out the canopy as much as I can before adding scrog net next week. Will switch to 12/12 soon. ✌️

Day 99 Flower 37 Remaining 32-37 days PINEAPPLE SURPRISE😵😵 well not really, I've been kind of waiting lol it definitely reeeeks in the tent now and shows just how good this carbon filter is working! The smell is very unique to any other cannabis i've smelt although I'm curious to find out what it will smell like after proper curing. I hope it tastes as good as it smells too. The resin is just incredible, I cut a couple nodes that were really struggling and even with moderate resin and crystals compared to other colas they made my fingers incredibly sticky, i get the whole gorilla glue thing a little better now. I cant believe how you can see the trichs so clearly with the naked eye and the bulbs look huge. pocket scope arriving today, interested in seeing the trichs under scope. I've done a little defoil here and there to keep good air flow and light pen. Again when doing this my fingers soooo sticky, normal to most of you i'm sure but new to me! No real issues. I noticed some more tips discolored so I dialed back the nutes a little to about 1700, I'll keep around there for now. I dont expect the plants to grow much taller if at all but hopfully these buds keep plumping up. The fattest few buds are HUGE but even just the average size is really starting to swell. Do the buds keep swelling for a couple more weeks? hope so lol If anyone has their own tips for harvest and curing they wanna add in comments I'm all ears. Some great advice down there already, amazing mates! Something I have started considering is what strain to put outside in a couple months, auto or photo, probably both and compare them. Have a couple ideas I wanna try out, have a little fun, 4 plants going outside end of may. Thinking I will start vegging new plants right after and hopfully get the plants about a month old before I send them outside into the wild. But thats a different discussion all together then this lol Hopfully its smooth sailing the next few weeks here. I'm ok with this routine for a little. I'm at a cross roads with my excitement as I cant wait for harvest but right now they keep plumping and swelling so much I dont want them to stop lol also I dont think there is anything more peaceful and calming then getting just stoned AF and and staring at these beautiful ladies. Another week of growth in the books here. I am loving the flowers peyote forum is putting off. Starting to see some purple colours starting on these plant. Also noticing one of the plants starting to lose its colour which has me concerned as I saw some bugs on this plant a few weeks ago and sprayed for them, something to keep an eye on moving forward. I top dressed these plants with 1 tbsp/gallon of Power Bloom and hit them with a compost tea made up of worm castings, Bokashi Pro Gro, Molasses and Bat Guano. This will be the last feeding I give these plants.

A great week!! Chloe grew 8 inches!! Sofie grew 6!! I fed them yesterday and moved them into the flowering tent!! Looking forward to another great week... hoping they adapt to the new environment! Also, I can't believe they started flowering so early!! Unbelievable!! Otherwise, steady as she goes!

Run-off got pretty high on the plants in the main tent when I tested it this week (2300ppm) so I flushed the plants down to around 900 over a few water events with half-strength nutes (~450). I think this, plus (mainly) the plants being too close to the LED caused them to throw some foxtails - particularly the middle plant (although I still think that spindly shit is also partly due to the bag seed pheno). Noob mistake on my end and I didn't realize until it was too late. Now the light is turned down and the run-off is back in a good range. It got high because my auto-watering halos were mostly running off the pots and not sinking in - this is because I filled the pots to the brim with coco (another noob mistake). Looks like I'm hand watering until harvest :) Big Mumma in the blurple tent on the other hand is still killing it.. Apologies for having to upload videos of the microscope - too hard to hold it still and press the button for photos lol.

day 27. She took very well to the low stress training. She’s looking beautiful. Her little pistols are in pre flower. I’m very happy with how she is coming along. Looks bushy green happy and healthy 🔥

Pretty resistant to wpm but still susceptible. I'd like to breed in more resistance but that may lower cbd content. So we will see what she taste like and go from there and

Bad week as over fees with folder apart and gave plant nutrient burn, overall rate 3/10

The grow was overall very smooth and definitely pretty quick compared to others but could be because she wasn’t a very tall or high producing plant. I’m sure it was something I’ve stunted along the way early on but could of also just been a runt seed. Either was 120 grams, I’m happy with. She took a well to LST along the way and didn’t have to do much defoliating with her. Looking forward to sharing a smoke report once she’s dry and ready.

Some leaf tips seem to be burned, so they got ph-corrected water every second time. Never thought that Green Buzz nutrition is so powerful, 100ml of grow nutrition is enough for at least 8 plants as it seems by now. Started adding some organic PK nutrition but only half of recommended dose. Flower looks good so far. Added two new pics to show how different the flower shows off, I called them pheno #1 and #2 #2 seems to have much more pistils, hairs or stigmas, not sure about the right word. She is also brighter white. Thinking about to cut 2 or 3 clones but I have never done monstercropping.
