2/17 have about one week before harvest. Then 4 more will move in to the 2/18 harvested 3 plantz. 1 strawberry cough and 2 runtz. 66 days of flower. I will post picture of when done drying and going to cure. I defoliated my week 4 of flower girls. Adjusting week 7 girls under the net so they stay upright under the weight of bud there. And moving 3 more girls in to flower 1 runtz, one washington apple, and 1 . Also water night one gal of water per stage of flower. So the 3 in weeks 7 get 1 gal split between them and so do the week 4 girls 1 gal split between them

Another good week! I fed them once on Monday. A final shot to boost them for finishing up. I am pretty certain they will finish within 2 weeks.I also watered them on Thursday and today (Sunday). I defoliated both plants earlier this week as well. For one, I needed to open the canopy up to help keep the humidity down but, there were a lot of leaves yellowing and turning brown. I was not feeding them correctly... in the sense that I wasn't watering enough in between feeds. There were excess nutrients built up in the soil and I believe that led to the nutrient burn. Also, this was my first and only feed without the Grow Big due to flushing for week 9. I followed the Fox Farm feed schedule... but, I think I needed to understand my plants better! I also believe I stunted these girls! One is about 24" tall and the other is 21" tall. Both on the very low end of the growth chart. Overall, I am very happy!! So much to experience and learn in such a short window of time! I've thoroughly enjoyed this grow! I look forward to the harvest and experiencing all that is to come! One last thing... Anyone use GrowBuddy and any word on what is going on with the current download? I've followed the drama around taking so long and all that (the new hardware soon to be for sale for 2.0)... but, the website now says the software is available for free and working on Macs and Windows.... So, I downloaded it last night and I cannot activate an account. Everything has a greyed over kind of look... So, I assume they took some part of their servers offline... Anyone know if this is accurate and has anyone else activated a new account recently? Thanks for any insight!! Peace!

Actualización 05/10/2024 ¡Hola, growers! Perdón por no poder compartir las semanas completas, pero poco a poco volvemos a la normalidad. Las fotos que ven corresponden al día 01/10/24 y, como pueden ver, están llenas de terpenos y tricomas por todas partes. Tanto la Fruit Gum como la Biscotti x Candy Rain son dos de las cepas más resinosas que he cultivado y, además, desprenden un olor increíblemente fuerte. La Fruit Gum tiene esos toques dulces y nostálgicos, como a chicle de mascar, que me transportan directamente a mi infancia. En cuanto a la Biscotti x Candy Rain, su aroma es como el de una clásica galleta americana casera, ¡muy intenso! Ambas cepas me están impresionando mucho por su resinosidad y aromas únicos. Cabe destacar que las genéticas de Uktha Genetics me han sorprendido gratamente; los resultados están siendo fantásticos. Eso sí, estas cepas comen como camiones, pero mientras se mantenga un control exhaustivo de las fertilizaciones y del medio de cultivo, no hay problema de sobrefertilización. Pronto cortaremos una de las plantas que está bastante adelantada. Espero que disfruten tanto como yo este proceso y, como siempre, ¡buenos humos para todos! 🌱💨

I'm letting them go another week before I chop

Hey now! This week went pretty well, I did notice my EC of my runoff was getting pretty high on day 65, it got up to about 1.9, and my nutrient solution going in was at 1.6. I ended up mixing a bucket of my normal fertilizer, and hand watering all the places my drip ring wasn't really hitting, and i got the EC back down to about 1.7. I also got a tip from MrJones to setup some type of support for the colas. I ended up tying some 550 (parachute) cord across the top of my tent poles, then I ties little loops around the colas with the same soft cord. I then used wire ties to attach the loops to the 550 cord. I also am slowly reducing my EC, as I believe I only have a couple weeks left. I am also going to be switching from Liquid KoolBloom to Dry KoolBloom at some point later in week 10. If anyone has any experience on the correct timing of this switch to ripening formula, please hit me up! I am still struggling a bit with heat and humidity, and am considering buying another dehumidifier for my next grow. As always, Thank you to everyone for all of your encouragement, support and tips!! Seed was put in a glass of water on the 2nd of January 20:00 (8PM). Around 15h later it sunk to the bottom and I transferred it to a wet paper towel inside a zip. Around 51h later (so ~36h inside zip) the seed had not yet opened. I am a little worried, but at the same time not because I've looked up what the pro's say and some of them don't even look at the seed until after the seed has spent at least 48h inside the paper towel. I will be patient and wait for the seed to open. After the seed has opened I will be even more patient and let the root grow for a bit. I have grown 2 of these plants in my lifetime and first time was really good, second time was very bad, and the second time I planted it when the root was ~1mm long. I will not rush things this time. I will also be careful to not let the root grow too long. If I'll have it my way, then I'll be planting this baby tomorrow evening, so in a bit less than 24h from now. If I have to reschedule then it will probably be planted on the 6th of January. Worst case scenario: We have to restart with a new seed. Bless you. Update 5 Jan 2022 17:29 (05:29 PM): We have a root! The seed has opened ever so slightly and the root has grown more and more during today. I want the root to grow a tiny bit longer before I plant it. I will take another look before bedtime. Update 5 Jan 2022 20:43 (08:43 PM): Root has not grown much since the last picture, will plant tomorrow. Update 6 Jan 2022 10:05 (10:05 AM): Will plant later. Root is too short. Update 6 Jan 2022 15:00 (03:00 PM): Root is still shorter than I had in mind but my patience has ran out and I think it is still a fine length for the seed to do really good. I also have very good soil for her with claimed great amount of nutrients for seedlings. When it gets large enough I will transplant her to a 11L pot. The 11L pot has been filled with more than 11L soil. Probably around 15L. By the way, the plant has a name, her name is "Satan" but is referred to as a "she". Update 12 Jan 2022 18:00 (06:00 PM): We have a sprout! I saw the sprout some hours ago. I am sure that I planted the seed quite perfectly in the middle. However, the sprout happened very much to the side. I suspect that there was something in the soil that might blocked the sprout. So far it looks like we planted Satan on the 6th of January and we got a sprout on the 12th. I will consider Satan to be in germination stage until it grows a little more. Then I will treat it like she's in the vegetative phase. ----------------------------- SUMMARY: Day 1-21 in Satans life has been so wonderful. Not a minute goes by without me feeling euphoric about her. Every day when I wake up I go to the grow-room and tell her good morning. I hold her largest leaf between my thumb and index-fingers to hold leaf (hold hand) and we just hold leaf together for a few seconds while I admire her beauty. She is so absolutely gorgeous and kind and she is also very happy with her environment. I already have another plant in another grow-room which also is a Northern Lights and I have kept a diary of her as well, just not on growdiaries.com (everything is kept in a Word-document). This other plant is called Kim, named after Kim Jong-Un. Kim and her diary is going to be utilized as a "roadmap" for Satan, so I should know what to expect and when to expect it. I also did a few mistakes with Kim, such as water too much or let her grow with way too much nitrogen in the air. Satan will instead be the best grow I have ever done - hopefully. I don't know where to start and I must admit I'm completely overwhelmed by this beautiful beautiful plant ❤️❤️❤️ Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, I'm so happy 😍😍😍 She is a blessing! Excuse the outburst, but she is magical ☀️ I applaud you guys at Humboldt for creating such a wonderful strain 🙌 Some details upfront, before I rave some more: - 134 Days in total: 70 Days in Veg, 64 Days in Flower with 128W LED in a 60x60x160cm tent - 7 Days Drying regularly, 9 Days Drying in the Fridge - 432g - Wet weight with stems - 103g of those for Fresh Harvest Infused Oil - 190ml Olive oil with 30mg/ml THC & CBD - approx. 20g dry (for dry weight calc.) - 87g for the DrZiggy's Low And Slow Drying in the fridge - 20g dry - 242g for regular Drying @50% RH and 22°C - 55g dry - 30g dried sticky trim in the freezer Summary of my growing experience with this strain: She takes well to massive training and a little neglect in the beginning, meaning she recovers well, which is what I want 😊 I didn't experience any major deficiencies. She had a little nitrogen deficiency during the later veg phase, which she showed with lighter green leaves. I blame this on my long veg time and my pot size of only 11l. She consumed all her soil and nutes by the end of veg. I will keep that in mind for my next grow. Since I increased my nitrogen levels so close to flowering phase, I overdid it a little on the nitrogen which showed a little bit during later flowering phase with downwards clawing leaves. So I will be more careful with nitrogen especially while transitioning into Flower. I did not flush this plant and she smokes already beautifully mild after only a couple of days of curing. Drying her took 7 days in the tent and 9 days in the fridge. She crusted up with lots of stickiness while drying and gave off a good bit of scissor hash & kief when trimming. Smoking her is a great and different experience to me. It's my first time with a 1:1 strain and I can definitely notice the CBD content. She shows in a very well balanced body high with a slight and gentle knock on the THC door. The first couple of days I felt a craving for higher THC which settled down after only a couple of days. Very interesting and definitely worth growing. So you guessed right, I totally recommend growing this beauty. Especially if you are interested in exploring a 1:1 THC:CBD strain with all its magical medicinal values 🙏 Why I grew this strain: Like @Experimentgreen on here, I grew this strain for my Mama ❤️ She is open minded to trying to solve some of her health issues with these beautiful plants and the magic they bring but she also likes to have a bit of fun, she doesn't mind. So a 1:1 strain was quite handy. She suffers from neuropathic pain, arthritis in her joints, restless legs and insomnia. All very relatable issues and perfectly suitable to be introduced to some good CBD and THC content. She already has a little tolerance, since she is treating her restless legs with gummi bears I made with a strength of 1.5mg/gummi bear. This small dose already helps her on a daily for her restless legs. Beautiful 😍 So with this special mission in mind, I wanted to process the plant with only the very best options and create Cannabis Oil (Capsules) for my Mom to take. I chose a method called "Fresh Harvest Infused Cannabis oil" by the wonderful member SweetSue over at 420magazine: https://www.420magazine.com/community/threads/fresh-harvest-infused-cannabis-oil.363371/ I hope it's ok to relink, no need to duplicate already existing and well researched content, right? I will not go into detail and def. recommend reading through the whole thread. I only document the short version here, but feel free to ask me, I'm happy to share my experience. The oil I made has 30mg/ml of THC and CBD. That's a good value. I calculated the strength the following: 75g fresh Flower in 200ml Olive Oil - with 10% CBD&THC 85% extraction efficiency with the infusion method 85% * 10% THC&CBD = 0.0850 0.0850 * 75g = 6.375 gram of available THC & CBD 6.375gram * 1000 = 6375mg/THC 6375mg/CBD 6375mg/200ml = 31.875mg/ml CBD & THC I created capsules with 3mg per capsule. We are currently trying to find the right dose for her. She started taking one capsule 60-90min before bed for 3 days now and will increase by 1 capsule tonight. We continue until a max dose of 15mg/day but always re-evaluate how she feels. She's documenting her experience quite cute. Very heartwarming and powerful. So far she sleeps better and she falls asleep faster, which she hadn't done in a long while. Onset is pretty precisely between 60 and 90 minutes. She has not had any restless legs so far. I'm excited for her and can't wait to see where this takes us. I also made her a salve/creme she uses as a topical on her joints. When she uses it early enough, before the big pain hits, she feels it helps. Of course this is not a science study and everything is purely based on personal experience. I thought I share, in case anyone is interested, also I want to give back a little, since I consume so much knowledge from all over the internet, including here, so thanks 🙏

Week 30: Trichomes are cloudy and clear. I’m hoping the buds that look “leafy” fill in and stack with calyxes but they are taking quite a while, idk if the plant may be stunted. I’m considering going till September 16th, which will be the 16th week of flower but if I don’t see any noticeable differences by the 9th I’m chopping.

Finalizamos la cuarta semana de floración de estas red hot cookies , impresionante, que tonalidades que están tirando y que aromas. Sus olores me recuerdan al antiguo boomer de fresa 🍓. . Humedad por debajo de 50% temperatura maximas de 25/26 grados y seguimos controlando el ph en cada riego. .
