Week 4 Topping 3rd node - AK Mainlining + Defoliation + LST

Ya estamos a medio camino del proceso, las plantas se ven sanas y con una leve ventaja de la Red Strawberry Banana #2, la cual muestra una floración mas adelantada que la #1 como muestran los videos. Se nota un tono purpura mas oscuro en la R.S.Banana #2 y un tono mas claro en la R.S.Banana #1, la cual muestra un tallo de gran proporción quizás por un leve exceso de Nitrógeno.

One of the tarte tatins is getting too big, really. This requires me to raise all the other pots to try to keep the same height. That's the game...👌 I tell myself that I should have cut the apex of it, but I think it's too late now , what do you think? 🤔 ( currently on the 17th day of flowering) This week I'm adding my carbon filter to my extractor, to remove the smell of plants outside the tent I try to raise the plants to the same height with upside down plastic pots. I'm also trying to place a fan under the canopy this week but I'm going to remove it quickly, it takes up too much space Busy week in defoliation✂️ ------------------------------------------------------------ 💧Watering I water all my pots the same day but with more or less water. Simply by lifting them; A light pot is a dry pot and will need more water, A heavy pot is a wet pot and will need less water. On average I water each pot with: Day 36 : 0.75 Liters Day 40 : 0.75 L I use tap water, adjust the ph to around 6 and water 💧Spraying I mix a little black soap and neem oil in 1L of water and spray everything in the tent just before my lights go out, keeping any electrical appliances away while I spray. I try to soak all the plants. and I repeat this 2 times this week and the next before the buds appear. This strain is absolutely amazing, it's very different from any haze or even blueberry, the smell it's exactly like a fruit cocktail smells, very very fruity and sweet, I'm crazy to see how this nuggets taste after being well dried and cured boys and girls! Humidity and temps lowered, fan speed increased and will get fed friday..Friday Feed is what I call it..otherwise I kept forgetting which days I added nutes and started confusing myself LOL.. My runtz is looking beautiful..my little mini tree, everyday I see more pistils and I’m hoping this will be my best yield yet!

Week 21 for Black Lebanon by SSSC Shes been doing alright no real issues no pests/ no bud rot. Now just to watch her bulk up her flower size. Not watering the plants whatsoever with this weather. Weather has been terrible just storms after storms of heavy rain 😐 dark clouds not much sun, we still have more rain coming with highest of 21 degrees...😒

9/22 - Since all the ladies are now in flower it was time to adjust the temp and humidity in the 4x5 auto tent. I like to keep it at about 80°F & 50% humidity during lights on. With 70°F & 45% humidity during lights off (approximately). To accomplish this, I added a programmable dehumidifier and oscillating tower heater. 9/25 - Top dressed all with Roots Organics Seabird Guano, and Elemental. I also did a 24 hour brew on some compost tea. Fed that to them as well. They are really fattening up now and are covered in frosty trichomes. So far, one of them has a very deep purple while the other three remain a beautiful lavender color. Her smell is very potent. She smells like a grape SweetTart (remember those?).

Thank you so much for your support on this bananas journey 💜💚💜💚 I am so happy to see how girls are developing in recent days. It's seems that Athena finally stopped her stretch and hoping that Xena will follow her sister very soon. Buds are gaining weight and size rapidly. Lots of nice colours and tonnes of trichomes on those buds already. Week 10 Dec 18-24 Dec 18-19 Mainly observation. Xena is still stretching like crazy. both girls are developing beautifully. Dec 20 First watering for this week. 7.5 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH's Athena 6.2 Xena 6.3. Dec 21 Due to lack of light at lower parts of conopy decided for another selective defoliation, lowered a bit tallest branches with colas dangerously close to light by tieing them to netting. Couple cm will make a huge difference here. Could not clear well at the back wall of the cabinet due to limited access.I'm very happy with final result. Dec 22-23 Joyful observation of my 🍌💜👊girls development 🧑‍🌾 Dec 24 All is looking great. It's seems that stretch is finally stopped. Girls looking healthy and happy. Week is looking good so far. Kaya's Coffee is a taller plant with less leaves than other strains. Where it lacks in leaves it adds in height. I have been removing damaged leaves from light burn slowly but surly. day 13 have leaves getting yellow on the ends... Adjusted my PH down from 6.0 to 5.5. I was keeping the PH high for the plants to take up more Cal-Mag. So I'm thinking the PH is keeping them from taking up Nitrogen causing the plant to take it from other leaves.

Every week I watch my girls grow into beautiful budding trees only difference is now she in flowering I take her outside to absorb some of the beautiful sunshine and she's loving every bit of it. I let her stay outside for 8 hours in nature then back inside for another 8 hours of led full spectrum and turn out my lights for another 8 hr she's an Auto so she loving every minute of this ...... this is the results ⬆️

Week 6 Well, I finally have 8 tops 😎. Now it’s just a matter of keeping her growing strong and training the tops into the right position. After that is accomplished it’s show time. I am going to guess that it will take a 7-10 days for me to get her where I like it at which point I’ll let her get a few nodes taller and then flip. Main-lining takes some extra time but it is worth it imo. Cooler internals are: 6.0 pH 0.4 EC 65 F solution temp. The tent is running 71 F lights on and 68 F lights off. Humidity is 36-38%. Onward!! 😎🍻

******************************************************************** START OF WEEK Went to the grow store and wound up with an AC Infinity EVO6. It should be a nice light for the future, and when my warranty replacement comes back, assuming that won't be an issue, it'll be nice to have a decent back-up. That's the bright side, but I am a little bummed about laying down the cash with ten to 14 days left. That part is the kick in the nutes. Fine, moving on. As for the grow, it's plowing forward. These plants are doing all the things we want them to do right now. They're getting fat, they're getting sticky, and the fade is fading away. Some branches may call for some last minute support, but for now the sucked-in tent walls will continue to suffice. The feed is still at 1100ppm and pk boosted, but the plan is to finish this week around 750. ******************************************************************** END OF WEEK Day 63 of flowering has arrived. I've backed off the nutrients. We're now sitting at 850ppm with about 6-8 gallons in the system remaining. This should equate to a Thursday refill with no feed, and then a Saturday or Sunday chop. VPD has been running a touch high this week, but that's not a concern. It's staying in the ideal range for most of the lights on period, and then trailing up in the last few hours to around 1.7-1.8. No biggie. The new light is really nice, but it runs hotter than the combo of the S22 and S44 (500W total), and that's with the EVO6 driver outside of the tent. This also isn't a big deal. The max tent temp is around 84, and before that wouldn't get past 82. Not a huge difference, and potentially better for the plants with the additional heat. I've got two CO2 mushroom bags in there, so more temp should mean more production at that level. I'm excited for this grow to finish and I'm looking forward to sampling the variety. I'm definitely using half, if not more, to make bubble hash. I'm probably just going to run it all together, as opposed to having runs for each pheno. I'll sample the tops independently, and smash rosin by pheno, but I'm not sold on isolating the hash. Seems like triple the work, but I've got a week to make further considerations, so we'll see. This will be my last grow until I sell this place and move into my next place. I'm going to miss growing. It's brought me a ton of peace by giving me something to anticipate, study, and take pride in. It's such an enjoyable hobby. I'll miss it in the time being, but I'm grateful that I won't need to step foot inside of a dispensary in 2024. Big win there! Everyone should grow their own.

It's been 37 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. It really got my last grow extremely frosty and is doing the same so far for this grow. I'm very happy with every product I have gotten from mars hydro 👍👍There's not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Thanks mars you guys are awesome 🤘🥁🎸. I'm getting a new exhaust fan soon. An 8 inch that will work alot better than my 4 inch lol. Wayyy to small for a 8x8 Grow Tent. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. These were only 2.5 weeks and I started noticing some frost. Next week I will be able to tell more about what these custom bred seeds will be like. I love how the smell is changing now. Didn't want all them to smell like nuken marshmallows lol. It's awesome that I can get right inside the tent to do any work i need👍. Even if I wanted an 4x8 tent. End of week 6 for this lady. Great week for Orange Sherbet FF she is bouncing back really good from the issues she had in earlier weeks. She still developing slow. The leaves looks really good and healthy. I did a good defoliation to the botton so she can receive more light. For week 7 she only is going to receive water and cal-mag so she can continue with the recovering.
