1/6/2020 - What a week! She is finally flowering for real and so I changed her nutrient schedule to "Early Bloom". Increasing FloraMicro and FloraBloom while decreasing FloraGro and adding Liquid KoolBloom. Despite their difference in height, they are the same distance from the light due to the awkward mounting of these lights on the ceiling of this tent. Currently sitting ~40cm from the light. This should allow room for the buds to grow up towards the light and benefit from the increased umols around 30cm. I also took the opportunity to remove select foliage that was more than 90cm from the light, mostly removing growth-tips and leaving the leaves to their transpiration duties. I still feel like they are crowding each other, but they do seem quite happy nonetheless. Thanks for stopping by the garden, and, as always, Grower Love. ~Spaz

What’s up fellow Growmies! Got another exciting strain from Canuk Seeds... Cement Shoes! Yep, gonna be sleeping with the fishes. Lol First time trying this strain but so far it’s been a breeze. I kinda took a break from documenting my grows because life got a bit hectic for a bit their, but I’m back and got some more great strains lined up for the future. Gonna try and do an outdoor RDWC setup this summer so stay tuned, gonna be some monsters hopefully! I’ve never seen it done really and I have a few ideas...lol but anyway, back the the cement shoes. So I started them awhile back(not exactly sure when) in my smaller tent(3x4) under a single 1200w King LED grow light. They spent about 2 months in this tent in 3 gal DWC buckets until they outgrew the buckets and tent and need to be moved. Up until this point they were kinda just on auto pilot in the background of my other larger tents. But I was planning on reducing my plant count in my larger 4x8 tents so I decided to go from 4 plants per tent to 2 plants per tent, so we needed some big girls to fill these tents. Lol they were topped at 3-4th node and just let them go from there. They ended up being about 3 feet tall above the 1ft tall buckets. Moved them over too one of my bigger 4x8 tents and added a screen very carefully and ScrOG’d them out. Still waiting on my new Eye HPS Bulb so they are still currently under my 1000w MH. I’ll post all the pics I can find in this weeks log from the veg time and they are about 2 weeks into flower now so I’ll snap some flower pics soon and continue from there. So far 2 plants vegged a bit longer are filling the shoes of 4 plants no problem. Having more space means I also have not had to really defoliate at all. Well that’s it so far, stay tuned for more! The tower now has an extra floor made of pool stick I topped two big buds that reached their 5th node Just changed the water and i m going out for two weeks I added some bloom nutrient into the mix as i'm probably going into flowering 12/12 next week as some girls are too tall All the purple punch died they are fragile I liked them tho since the girl seemed so compact and small with many buds I will try and plant another bunch of purple punch later

AK 2.0 XL Autoflower has some big saggy buds on her. She grew great through the grow. Minor issues with ph here, and there. I have tried growing with low tds, and high tds in DWC. I prefer High TDS to help control ph level better. Plus plant gets much bigger. From my experiments. This plant is a fine example. Heavy yield, and full of frost. Strong aroma of citrus and a earthy fruity smell. She grew really well under the Mars Hydro FC4800. I will upload a harvest video if it let's me. If not it can be found on my YouTube channel. As I did the flushing in day 68 I was watching the trichomes and on day 87 I could see 25-35% amber so I decided to cut it. I cut the whole plant on the base and hang them all to dry. For this reason I will update my findings later when it gets dry and trimmed. So far really happy with the results. It won’t yield much but the quality is impressive

So I'm flushing this week, Sunday I used Flawless Finish and watered heavy early, and did a 2nd plain ro flush 6 hours later, I did the same thing Monday. Tuesday I did not give any water at all, Wednesday I flushed the same way with Flawless finish, but water 2 times after that night, I let everything dry Thursday and Friday, It is Saturday, Today I have used only RO water, I am done adding anything. I think I could call it good, but I am going to keep things going after today, tomorrow/Sunday, and Monday, I will not water again, Tuesday the light will not even come on and I will give it a couple days of dark to finish. I could use some tips on how to get some better pics. I try, I really do, but I'm not getting the pics my eyes are seeing, so in the center of the area is all yellow and marooning leaves, and the buds have a pink tint in that area. The trics are getting there, but not yet, I figure by end of week they should be right... almost all cloudy now, a few clear left, but barely any, the few amber here and there, but I'm also not taking a piece to check from the top either, I gettin a look at a few small little buds, near the top, but not the top, I feel like I'm close... , So anxious had to phone a friend to tell me why to wait today... lol, I'll test my runoff ppm's tonight just to be sure, but the way the coco is taking the water makes me think its clean. I'm always ready at the end, Garden of Green seeds have ALWAYS made me look like a great grower. I'm excited, The smells, is very strong, it has a sweeter smell, next week I should have harvesting pics... Thanks for checkin it out

I figured nothing could go wrong with 50% amber / 50% milky trichomes. Harvest day, Medical Mass: Huge buds and no traumas but got bud rot because of too high temps. The best I've ever smoked. Harvest day, Pineapplex Express: Got an early trauma when transplanting but handled it beautifully. Potent smoke. Pretty satisfied for a first grow, and I have a lot of changes for my 2nd grow!

Fotos del día 60: Fase final de engorde de las flores, trabajada con bombastic (línea de nutrientes mexicana). Resaltaron más olores, no se describir bien los terpenos pero es una mezcla de lavanda, con tonos florales dulces. Siguen apareciendo colores entre morados y rojos pero no resaltan mucho.

Hi fellow growers, another week and a half has passed so this diary update is a bit over due. As i said in my last update that i was growing on 24 hours of light and thinking about switching them to 18-6, right after writing last weeks diary i made the switch to 18-6 and left it for the past week and a half and that made a huge difference in growth the plants where nice and bushy from the 24 hours of light and they are now stretching towards the light just like we want to see yesterday i made the switch to 12-12 so the next update will be in flowering fase. The day before i made the switch to 18-6 we topped the plants and did a little defoliation but that is hardley noticable in the pictures i added because the new fan leaves developed quick and now they are nice and bushy again, enough leaf surface to take in a lot of light. I think i will be taking out my scrog net somewhere in the next week or so to train them a little but no full on scrog. lighting is now on full power 330 watts full spectrum but is still hanging on 50 cm above the canopy. I give them a little more water every day they get half a liter with hy-pro nutes and rootbastic (the amount added is in the nutes section above) That is all for now. Cheers, Nibameca
