Day 57 - The girls are bursting with flower....... looked abit light (the main tops looked a light green, showed signs of nutrient deficiencies), so upped the Dutch Master Gold One Flower, it's 1000 ppm now.... thinking about Defoliation... outside temperatures are middle of winter, 0oC to 20oC (32oF to 70oF) .... but typical high low is 5-15oC (40-60oF)......... surprisingly the LED's warm the tent upto 20-24oC, this is important point.... i am running the lights, 6 pm to 6 am... 12hrs lights on all night, and all day is night mode...... during the day is the highest temps of the day... and during the lowest temps, they have the light heat ....... Day 61 - I trimmed em .... this was the third defoliation..... things are starting to get sticky..... ah i'm just going to wing it.... they are 2 months (8 wks) from seed.... idk what i'm doing....... i did some serious stress bending today, and had to put afew tie downs in..... my theory is to hurt em as much as i can without killin em.... to make em harder, stronger, faster, more stressed, so they can survive anything..... grow em stronger...... the smell is zero in the home, but once i got them out for their 2 week haircut, they started producing some strong wet kisses, that were sticky and wet.... the aroma of heavenly ladies was abundant...... 😎😎 idk... this tastes so good.... it's like some kind of weird berry combo goodness.... i'm vaping vanilla custard atm and this is so good with vanilla custard.... vanilla custard kush n cookies... haha watch the video......... 😎

Beautiful fade on all the girls. Flushing for a few extra days really made a difference, and i did notice a slight final increase in bud size. Sometimes when you convince yourself it is done cause you are anxious to get it down and dried to smoke a sample you can miss out on a few extra days of bulking and final development. :)

Die Blue Dream zieht eine eher länglichere Blüteform entlang der Internioden. Die Blätter färben sich wie angenommen in ein schönes Purple/Blue, was ihrem Namen nun alle Ehre gebührt. Die Trichome haben stark zugelegt und dass Aroma hat sich definitiv von sumpfig/skunkig hin zu einem leicht fruchtig und doch scharf aromatisch und eher Erdig hin entwickelt. Ich denke der Ertrag hält sich eher in Grenzen und dennoch ist die Pflanze ein absoluter Hingucker und zieht einen in den Bann. 🍵🌎🍇💚

Good news: managed to transplant a tree out the ground into a neutral space. Took 5 days to bounce back. Tallest plant is growing with no stress Bad news: male plant found. My 2nd tallest and favorite plant looks to be male and will be cutting it

YESTERDAY BAD THINGH HAPPENED. I realized that the PH meter was broken and the PH res were very much lower than what I guessed!! The roots was immerged from many days in a really acid solution. So I completely changed the res and eliminated all the rotten branches (that was many). I hope my girl will survive to this bad stress. Finger crossed New Res: 11/06 EC: 1,24 PH: 5,97 12/06 EC: 1447 PH: 6,38 13/06 EC: 1335 PH: 6,16 14/06 From now on, I will give only GHE Ripen (Final Part) to her. Planning to change the res on Friday, for the last two weeks of ripening with only ripen and bio bloom, adjusting the PH whenever above 6 to give some relief to her after 13 days in an acid solution. she seems to recover now (fingers crossed) Today I added 1L with 5ml of ripen and 4 drops of Bio Bloom and PH+ to raise up until 6,4. Now the res is: EC: 1403 PH: 6,45 15/06 The girl is survived and this is the only news I would like to hear! Now the PH is stable and the acid solution should be finally gone. From now on I will dispense only RIPEN: added 1l with 4 ml of ripen. On Friday night I will add florakleen for 24 hours and then on Saturday night new res with only ripen and Bio bloom before the final flush. 4/22/25: last flush 2 tsp of sledgehammer with 1 gallon of water used 2 gallons between all three plants…more cool colors coming in with the fade 4/24/25: fed with recommended dosage for week 11 on my schedule card (day 31 of flower) 4/27/25: watered with plain ph water at 6.8

The 2nd week was great for the plants. Specially Banana Purple Punch and Forbidden Runtz They stretched and grow without no problem. I'm excited for week 3. I LST them, I did some defoliation and they got fed with Goldleaf feterlizer and I added mycos chum and cal-mag to the mix. Let see how they do.

Harvest done, I believe the result would be better if it hadn't suffered so much. But it's within expectations, let's see how it turns out after the drying and curing process..

Thinking of pulling this whole run at this point, the stems are in a bad way and general structure has really suffered. FIM'd both girls this week & gave compost tea(ecothrive biosys) to aid recovery. Will make a decision on growing them out depending on how they respond. (Update end of week.) So in the first week these girls stretched terribly, instead of riding it out and letting them adjust I tried a trick I've applied with tomatoes in the garden and coiled an inch of the excess under the surface and covered it. After a burst of invigorating from the microbe tea(biosys) these girls seem to be recovering from the stress fairly well. The only down side, the stems have broken the surface and left me with these crazy bonsai style stems & the girls are very short and bushy, concerned the stems won't hold any weight later in life.. Will give this another week and make my decision TLDR; Don't interfere with nature when you can help it, especially with autoflowers. Update day 28 from sprout. Bbk1 showing signs of nitrogen toxicity after perking up, I had to use the bottle measure last week instead of a syringe. Much less accurate so assume this is the cause, just ph water for a while. Bbk2 perking up slightly. I did think these girls looked a funny shape and now I can see the stem properly its starting to make sense 🤦‍♂️🤣🤣

Aug 24: starting the sixth week of flowering. I’ve added another Scrog layer mostly to help keep fan leaves out of the way and expose the bud sites. This “loose Scrog” or whatever technique works quite well. She’s fairly leafy but the buds are coming. 👍 defoliated to remove fan leaves that were growing toward centre. Don’t want to overdo it but there needed to be some removed. Aug 25: nice sunny day and had the UV lights going. Took flash pics just before using the 730 nm far red light. Don’t use a flash like this if you don’t have the red light as you might cause it to hermie. But you can get great flash pics. 👍 Aug 26: looking good. Watered with potassium silicate this evening. It’s a strong base and it takes a fair bit of vinegar to get the pH back down to about 6.4. That’s fine though because the microbiota (‘bugs’) will appreciate a serving of easily digested acetate. That’s part of why it’s better to use vinegar than HCl. Chloride would not help but the organic acetic acid does help.

I have always read that it takes good genetics to get purple. Just about the coolest thing watching it turn colors.it is hard to take pictures and capture the color right too.
