First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. Been another smooth week. A few of the plants are starting to show signs that they are moving towards to finish line. Seeing some swelling, pistils starting to brown, and some beautiful purples coming out in some of the buds. Been debating on giving them a dose of dry koolbloom, but I will probably just keep them running on the maxibloom until flush since they look pretty happy. Thos candy cane is popping up a lot of deep purple tones but I'm not really liking the lack of swelling in the calyxes at this point. She has a nice sweet candy aroma, but I am thinking she will be the loser of this grow when judging bag appeal alone. Hoping she puffs up over the next week or so.

The buds are very tight, but they didn't grow large colas so that means wasted time trimming cannabis, which I am not a huge fan of. I will not be growing this strain again, as I believe there are far better breeders and strains out there. I will continue to seek out the best breeders and strains until I am satisfied. I believe this Auto will yield in the 16-22 Ounce range dry, so I am not super disappointed, but I know I can do much better than this. After 6 days of drying, it took me around 7 hours to trim this auto, and she ended up yielding 16.72 Ounces. So she was definitely on the lower end of the spectrum from what I estimated on chop day, but still in the range. The buds are very tight, and smell like like cheese. I am only running one mature auto at a time now, so next up will be the Acid Dough from Ripper Seeds. I hope everyone has a great rest of your weekend, stay safe and Blaze On!!

Finally received a couple of humidifiers to test from the local shop. These shitty low cost humidifiers will not really do, I can only have them on non stop until the water runs out. If I connect them to a sensor that switches them off, it won't go back on because it doesn't have a mechanical switch, I have to press on each time. Still, let's see if this helps my poor dry leafs a little bit

First week of flowering. The plant will stretch, so i adjusted the LED dimmer to 100%. Did a good defoliation too. Doing good, very healthy big plant. It grew a lot of ramifications.

On day 1 I did another light defoliation. The plants are progressing as expected. The only issue I'm dealing with is fungus gnats... ugh. I will keep applying BTI weekly until the population is under control. On day 3 the plants are putting out more pistils and seem to have stopped or slowed down their "stretch" phase. On day 4 I'm starting to see some trichomes forming on the sugar leaves, no smell that I can discern yet. I also changed out my reservoir and applied a BTI soil drench. On day 5 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. I also purged my blumat system to make sure there are no clogs as my reservoir has fertilizer particles due to my water heater causing separation. I must keep the water heater on as I am growing in the northeast coming into the cold time of the year and can't have my reservoir freeze on me. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. On day 7 I adjusted PH in reservoir to 6.1.
