This week about day 46 or so I did a heavy defoliation and some branch bending/LST to get more light to the newly forming bud sites as well as to even out the canopy a little more. She is requesting a little more frequent watering about every 2-3 days and I go until I see run off and I let the run off sit for about 8-12 hrs to allow the medium to absorb as much as it wants then dump off the remaining. I am starting to notice a slight smell now that the flowing has started it’s very earthy and kind of like fresh grass. After adding the Dr earth last week I have not seen any more yellowing of my leaves which is a huge relief. At this point I’m going to be as hands off as I can some simple fan leaf tucking and maybe some branch bending to keep the smaller bud sites open to light as they seem to be swallowed up after a day or two and the fan leaves raise back up. I would like to find Dr earth bloom to add as a top dress either this week or next if I can find it just to give it a little more of a boost. I’m trying to keep this grow as organic as possible and probably will continue to be my niche for every grow going forward until I have it perfectly dialed in. I’m not seeing much more of a stretch and assume this plant will be a little stalky girl I’m hoping the main colas fill out decently and I’m hoping by the next grow I have a better light set up that may help my production of bud sites when she flips to flower. I also plan to start a more detailed journal at home that specifies what days into the grow I do what for better accuracy and to improve future grows. Day 29. No problems as far as I can see. Started doing daily feeds from day 20, figuring I'll keep consistent track of the runoff PPM, and it is right now at 330, which is the highest reading so far (too high?). Inflow has been steady at 420-460 PPM for a while, and will continue until flower. Last weeks topping turned out to be a FIM, and I now have 8 new tops.. "fuck I missed" indeed

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Another great week it’s been , 2 Ogreberrys an brucy b been flushing for a week, an the 3 others will continue to get there normal feed of nutrients, they are just not quite ready so they will start getting flushed around next week!! Sweet sweet smell of Grapes And gooey frosty nugs is all I can really say, photos do no justice, some of the craziest fruitiest smelling buds I’ve ever had, Real High quality meds !! The time has come, here we are into the first couple of days of flowering, slightly upset because I can’t look at them during the day and their light cycle runs at night but I have to get used to, I used to spend hours staring at them. My Gf told me to get for a second into the feeling of the plants and imagine this human look at me for hours 🤣🤣 I have to admit that would be slightly creepy and they don’t know yet that I’ll chop them down and smoke ☠️ Enjoy fellow growers ☮️✌️🏼😎

Day 65, 14th of November 2020: This plant man.... I am shocked lol... I created a form of art i think look at the main stalk how it is twisted. That's nothing really compare hoe she streches and grows so crazy. Actually she can not hold her own side branches I needed to tie them together.... Beautiful lady guys... she is... Pre flowers out all good.... check out... Fertilization happens every 2nd day with the ratio and mix above. I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so she receives 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when she will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week....

it grows perfectly, it hasn't received any food yet, only clean 6.3 ph water with biobizz heaven :)also starting today I start using more wires :)LST.

I took the first two clone cuttings this past week and then really thinned her out but taking off all the very large fan leaves. She’s drinking a ton more lately and I’m getting close to feeding every 2-3 days now. So far the clones look to be healthy and she’s recovered just fine from all the trimming. I’m not going to flip to flower until I can get another 2-3 clones from her.

07.04. Day 71 Day 31 of flower and things are holding steady. The girls are progressing nicely – buds are bulking up, resin production is picking up, and that sweet, fruity aroma is getting stronger. Four out of five plants are thriving with no major issues. One, however, still shows a strong CalMag deficiency – no improvement so far, so it’s under close watch. Environment stays dialed in: 26 °C during the day, 21 °C at night, 50–60% RH, and a VPD of around 1.5. LED is still running at 70%. Light up to 70 %power. Run off was 1200ppm organic still so will feed next time for first time bloom nutes. White preflowers starting to shoot up all over the place. Will continue with a bit more lst throughout the stretch period.
