The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. so we're a day early here, but lots to do tomorrow! but anyways they got transplanted into a flowering super soil i made for the first time making one so i'll be keeping notes and how it does. going to veg for one week in the 3 gal pots and see how they look then i'm thinking i'm going to flip them so hopefully they take right off after getting the new home. soil mixture is ** for a 30 gal of soil** 9 gal of promix organic her and veg 9 gal of cow manure compost 9 gal of vulcanite pumice 6 cups of 2-8-4 gaia green 1.5 cups of mineralized phosphate gaia green 3 cups of basalt rock dust gaia green 1 cup of glacial rock dust gaia green 5 cups of kelp meal gaia green this is all being tested for the first time so not sure this stuff might be a little to rich but we'll just have to wait and see i guess. i did use clonex mycorrhizae a tea spoon in each root ball. i was having heating issues, i first had the portable ac in the tent but it was always working to hard, so i put it outside the tent and it did a lot better. the room is now staying at 26 with the lights on, and my lights are also still plumbed into the duct work for the house so its still pumping hot air thru the house and it got hot in here today so once the light go out ill be plumbing into the window, so that should help a lot more. i was going to train the as why i put them on one side of the pot in the one gal but decided not to as i just want to see how this super soil is going to be like. i'm not wasting time training all all that other then a super crop here at some point but no tying them down as i once had in mind.

Last week for this beautiful lady from super sativa seeds club. We still have some other plants to cut but personally i think that this one is the most beautiful from all, she got some really nice colours during the flowering stages and a very nice smell, like ginger and other spices the flowering was also quite quick as in around 7 weeks they are more or less ready (depending on the phenotype) Only water now!

I am so grateful she seems happy starting to get the system balanced I’m running rdwc two five gallon buckets with a 3” flex line connecting the base to base With ball valves to control the water height in grow bucket 320gph sub pump in the Reservoir bucket then to water chiller back to grow bucket large enough dependable oxygen pump for grow and reservoir water oxygenation I also alternate Southern Ag GFF and Hydro guard let’s go!

All apple og’s are ready to smoke. My favorite was indica, couple hits from the bong and it will put you sleep. Strong strain and good genetics from pure instinto

Day 15: Switched lights to 20/4 I overwatered them last week when I did the feeding, the fabric pots dry fast but this soil holds water well and I’m not used to planting into final sized pots like this either. It’s taking so long to dry out but I’m letting it. I’ve stopped misting obviously. Watching humidity and temps between lights on/off. Looking good. I will do the same light feeding as last week once the pots are dry enough but will make sure to only water the root area this time. I possibly stunted them a little but they are alive and learning is fun 😅 Halfway through the week update. They finally dried out and are now getting 25ml water per day, with feed. I added an oscillating fan. Temp and humidity seems to have stabilized now. Started to grow again but leaves stacked tightly. I’m playing with the lights, they are a bit strong for this stage I think. I turned off the extra 100w light leaving just the 270w on and they seem to have responded well overnight. Will turn it back on once they start taking off. I think I need to reconsider switching lights to 18/6 if I can figure out how to stabilize temps during lights out.

These are the seeds from my auto breeding project earlier this year. Watered in with some LABS "Lactic Acid Bacteria Serum [Lactobacillus]" and Transplanter MS-CS RootRescue. They all popped up within a few days after planting outside. They are in a acti-sol fortified soil and should not need much love. I ran out of mesh to protect them so bamboo spikes will keep the birds at bay... hopefully. I also have a twin setup of these seeds but in a planter with heavy soil, they will be running side by side for comparison.

The frozen diesel was really slow to transition to flower, but shes moving along now. Gave the girls a flush and a complete water change this week. That was only the second water change they have had this grow. I have just been letting them drink the reservoir almost empty and then filling it up with fresh nutes. The 5 plants are drinking about 4 gallons a day combined. Been running AC when the lights are on and the dehumidifier 24 hours a day. All of the plants are showing some decent trichome production. Running 1/2 tsp maxibloom and 1/8 tsp beastie bloomz per gallon every time I add water. Seems to be keeping everyone happy.

Because these plants got put in flower “too early” they continued growing before actually flowering. right now they are legit in week 2 of flowering, The strains are (see the picture of this week) Top left: Critical - zamnesia Top right: Critical super silver Haze Bottom: Purple Haze last video = end of this week

What a crazy hot week I’m happy the flowering light is now off it’s helping with the ac not running constantly. Also a perfect time to dry buds when the ac is blasting all day.
