Hey guys, The things I did in this week. Shamans: - 6th week of flowering - PH 6.3-6.4 - EC 1.7 As you can see I did a mayor defoliation on the Shamans, this was necessary because this week and in the comming weeks there was/will be many rainy days. Therefore the risk of bud rot increases when having alot of leaves and not a propher airflow. I switched spots between the two shamans and turned them 180 degrees so I won't get undeveloped buds on the other sides of the plants. Done this many times before but forgot to mention. Lollipopped them and got rid of some weaker branches. Critical Kushes: - 2th week of flowering - PH 6.3-6.4 - EC 1.3-1.5 - Lollipopping - Minor defoliation All the plants had been sprayed with Canna Cure.

I'll have to see how much distance I use this time, the lamps were too close to the plants during the last grow “Runtz” and that didn't look nice. 🔸Next week I will start giving her Big Bud as soon as the first buds appear. 🔸A&B: the fresh shoots and leaves look almost yellowish lime green...but will darken with time. Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 3 weeks into flower, and the stretch has just finished. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I did start to add a PK booster this week pushing the EC up to 1.4. I also will be switched the light from V1 to the F1 Spectrum at the beginning of this week, and will be integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The tallest plants are the Sundae Driver and the Durban Nights at 42" and the Red Hot Cookies is the shortest plant at 38" however they all look happy and healthy and capable of easily giving up a half pound each. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. We did get an unexpected heat wave this weekend and it has been a struggle keeping the heat and humidity down but the flowers are just starting so no need to worry about mold or anything like that yet. As soon as this heat wave is over the temps should be good to go the rest of the way this is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region. I did defoliate twice this week and I may do one or two more rounds before just letting them do their thing. Not much to do from here on out except make sure the reservoir is full and the PH is in the proper range. I started a new job, so detailed comments will come shortly once I get some time to fill things out. Mostly I just transplanted at week 2 for the Banana Bombs and week 1 for the Cement Shoes... Honestly the Banana Bomb were already looking kinda root bound in their solo cups by the end of 2 weeks, so the advice that the leaf length to cup diameter seems accurate as they were definitely growing out past the cups. The Cement Shoes had decent enough root development that I had no issues with the transfer, but I also may have been able to wait 3 or 4 more days. It doesn't seem to mind one bit though and if anything appeared to have the least shock and quickest recovery time. Just have been watering and keeping to the light schedule. I sprinkled some diatomaceous earth on the top of the pots on Thursday as a kind of potential preventative. I saw a flying bug go into my tent from my room and was unable to smack it, and the last thing I wanted was it getting some ideas to lay some eggs. Hopefully the two days it was on the top of the soil before I watered deterred it, if it even was a bug that would cause issue to begin with (I had no idea but taking no chances). I will introduce molasses and maybe some other botanical or compost teas in the next week or so, possibly with the addition of some malted barley top dressing. We shall see what time and money allows. I also wish to start some kind of IPM with neem, azamax, sm90, Spinosad, D-limonene, or essential oil mixes. Wanting to stick to organic control of course, so options may not include some things or others. If I can afford predatory mites or nematoads or something to toss in the soil, that might be good too. More research must be done.

There vegging beautifully. Has tons of shoots on the Durban poison. The mystery one is starting to beast out know.

A week has passed since the last time we saw the plants and as we can see, the weather has favored us and they have grown enormously, more than 20 cm each plant, let's see if in one or two weeks the flowering season begins and we can see those first signs of flowering.

So far so good, they are just little and coming up well for now.. love my kosher nutrients but I'm going to be switching to future harvest developments dosaline and give that a whirl
