23 Dec - Evening @ 8PM - Excited! Third grow here we go (whilst simultaneously running my second grow into flower & a third outdoor started)! 24 Dec - a lot of seeds popped already. Will wait until morning to put in soil with a longer/stronger root. 25 Dec - 36hrs from putting seeds in water - all seeds now germinated & planted in moist soil, high perlite % (approx 50% and minimal nutes), temps between 25-28c, on 18hr light cycle, 50% on edge of light strength (see photo) and lightly misted with ph’d but nute free water (will be doing daily) in humidity dome with vents 100% open, good air flow around). N.B. Mimosa x Orange Punch had fallen out of shell already. Will see if becomes a problem now it’s in the soil. Planted with coldeyns just on soil line with fine soil v v lightly dressed to cover. Decent root so hopefully will be okay. 26 Dec - everything looking okay and misting pots and dome every 12 hrs (AM & PM). Vents mostly - 75% - closed, with fans going in the tent. 27 Dec - signs of life with all seeds still - most just about to pop through soil line (AM), now having popped above soil line (PM). Still misting every 12 hours and photos above just before another misting. Working well. So happy. First grow 25% success rate, second grow 50%, so hoping for a 75%+ this time! Really putting the time and trust in, not overwatering (past mistake) and using humidity not trying to water non existent root system (caring too much)! 28 Dec - tracking nicely! CLONES TAKEN FROM TRIPLE CHEESE AND RUNTZ MUFFIN (rooted by 17 Jan). 29/30 Dec (1am!) - further progress. Wld lyk to see Charlotte’s CBD above soil pls! 30 Dec (PM) - getting there! Choc mint, fat banana & Mimosa x Orange Punch into veg now, with Frisian Duck, Gorilla Zkittlez, SAGE CBD above soil but waiting on seed head to fall off and CBD Charlotte’s Angel to come above soil line. Sunday tomorrow. Might start ‘veg’ on Monday for simplicity and the hope others will be up and away!

Missed last weeks update. Been very busy with family stuff. Will be my last week as a vegetative update. Girl Scout cookies dwc is the only plant not in flower. Tent is on auto. Just trying to keep up on water. Lemon haze #1 alone drinks about 3/4 of a gallon a day. Installed my r/o system last week on Friday. Will be a big help. I went through 26 jugs of store bought distilled water last week. Terrible, never again. Lemon haze #3 has such a strong skunky, lemony smell at such an early phase. It’s a shorter stockier pheno. Lemon haze #1 and 2 share the same traits. I just hope lemon haze #2 shows out like #1 has. Wow. I trained her well. Like 14-16 colas on top. Really excited to see how gorilla cookies does. Giving her what she needs to perform and give me that high thc content. It’s already sticky as hell in the first week of flower and what a stretcher. Stems look like celery stalks. Tent is full for sure. All looks well. Temps and humidity on auto and rocking. Deal of the century on that stand alone ac unit. 600$ brand new, I got it for 100$ only used for a few months. Two soil grows are looking great as well. 1 each Girl Scout cookies and white widow autos in 4 gallon fabric pots. Half happy frog and half ocean forest with perlite added. Pretty much week 4 on those and I haven’t started feeding at all, just r/o water ph’d to 6. Both started flower within the last few days. Thanks for looking. Happy growing to all out there🤙

The plants stopped growing in height and are now in FULL FLOWERING mode. Every day more and more flower clusters appear and start to build colas at the sidebranches now. The trichome production is also in full swing, the plants get stickier every day and smell DELICIOUS. The Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have a sweet sandelwood-smell like the AK-47 but also with peach undertones from the Barbara Bud in it. I LOVE THE AROMA!

day 64 buds are getting fatter and really moving taller. will take a while to finish no doubt.. lots of new calyx growth and pistils. i came to conclusion i was letting the plants get too dry before a top up.. trying to keep more moist. let the boost and rhizo get to work and keep the soil niiice. doubtful this notthern lights is gonna fade much.. after having cut a branch for a vase, afyer a week its still a dsrk mint green with no fade. compared to my bb which faded completly... looks super healthy if not a little too much nitrogen... not seeing too much N curl in buds which im happy about.

Insgesamt war dies eine sehr erfolgreiche und erfreuliche Woche im Grow, mit weiterhin sichtbaren Fortschritten. The nutrients remained the same as the previous week, with 30 ml of Canna Terra added per 10 liters of water. The light was gradually increased until it reached the maximum intensity for the vegetative phase, with a PPFD value of around 500. The plants grew even stronger and healthier, and their leaves were now larger than my hands – and I have really big hands! 😄 Humidity and temperature remained stable, staying within the same optimal range as the previous week. The plants also showed a noticeable change in color, becoming significantly darker green, indicating an optimal nutrient supply and healthy development. Overall, it was a highly successful and satisfying week, with clear progress visible. AUGUST 24 to AUGUST 30, 2024 Sunrise 07:05, sunset 20:50 for total daylight of 13:45 hours. Specimen continues to push upwards, gaining approximately 13cm in height over the past week. Plant is taller than anticipated and planned for, which could present some difficulties as it's getting into the oscillating air circulation fan's wake. Was surprised to see the continued stretch, but there were two days of high heat that may have been the trigger, or, it may have been the result of defoliation and pruning, or it was simply the plant's final push, or a combination of all those factors. It appears to have crowned, or is close to being fully crowned, and as such I undertook a fairly heavy defoliation to improve airflow through the bottom of the plant, and strategically removed leaves in the upper canopy to improve light exposure. Fungus gnats did regain their hold, and so I decided to top dress with Bacillus Thuringiensis Israelensis (delivered via pulverized Mosquito Dunks) in an effort to kill larvae, treated with Soil Pest Defense (Neem Oil, Castile Soap and Yucca Extract) and replaced Bug Scan Yellow Sticky Traps at soil level. Effects were pretty immediate, but I will need to stay on top of this. Would like to cease use of Neem Oil in the soil, so considering acquiring some beneficial nematodes to combat the pest issue. Overall, specimen and its' "neighbours" in the greenhouse are doing well, and filling the room. When accounting for the bench and containers, tops of plants are over 152cm (5ft) from ground level. It is making management a little more challenging, and proving to be more difficult to find good angles to photograph (the space is pretty much filled up). The scent of citrus, skunk and spice emanating from the greenhouse is building, and at times quite strong. Still appears to me to be on-track for ripening the week of October 14, 2024. Day 120 - n/a Day 121 - Drip watered 5.0L of plain rainwater with pH of 6.7 Day 122 - n/a Day 123 - Defoliated specimens, focused on removing leaves from lower parts of the plant to improve airflow (lollipop), pruning hidden or non-producing branches, and strategically removing select upper fan leaves to improve light exposure and airflow. Day 124 - Top dressed with pulverized Mosquito Dunk (1/4 unit per specimen); 1.5L drip watered with plain rainwater in the morning; Hand watered 2.0L of Soil Pest Defense Drench in the afternoon; Hand watered 1.0L of plain rainwater about 30 minutes after soil drench; Replaced Bug Scan Yellow Sticky Traps (1 unit per specimen, cut in half and rested at soil surface on two sides; With defoliation from yesterday, room air flow seems adequate, after increasing speed of lower fans. Day 125 - n/a Day 126 - n/a Next week, planning to feed the rhizosphere with Compost Tea and continue efforts to control fungus gnat population.

started with the supplements. trichomes started to appear already on some plants. still getting higher i hope it stops this week.

Start of week 10. I will plan for a harvest at the end of this week. I will watch the trichomes. I'm planning to flush for 3 days at a low ppm. A lower branch that broke under bud wait should be ready to sample Friday. Ok I sampled some half dry bud. The bud was from a thin lower branch which bent down and broke. The worst possible bud as it was far from the lights and not dry. I cut up the bud and put it in my Pax vape. Pre heating the vape a few times hoping to finish the drying process. The sample was surprisingly smooth with a nice head high and no mad munchies. The smell had a licorice/anise pine smell. This is a good energy strain that hits fast. Too early to comment on smell or taste without proper dry and cure. I will harvest plant in twoish days if all goes well with flush.

Well I've done a final tie down going to give them 5 days to a week and then flip them into flower, they react to training so well and are so flexible, think these are going to be one of the best looking ones the training on the bigger plant looks ace, roll on next week, flower time
