Hi Growmies, My apologies for the delayed update, but work life balance got a bit out of wack recently. Anyways, water was changed on time and general maintenance took place. Continued with very light defoliation to really guarantee that all the shoots get equal light exposure. She is turning out to be a real beauty and literally no Scr.O.G was necessary due to her natural structure. Buds are already forming very compact and dense to touch, something that’s always a good sign ;) Since this is my first proper DWC grow I am actually quite impressed by the root growth and the resulting nutrient uptake, as well as vigor in plant growth. Is it btw just me or is this website getting slower, buggier and laggier by the day? Videos won’t upload, weeks don’t reflect, diaries won’t update….

Another week down Making progress still, not sure how much the yield will be but she is moving along still. I noticed she finally is drinking more as her pot has been light when I check, we will see how the week goes.

These gals are in flower. Each about 2 ft tall. Milky way still shows nutrient issues but is doing OK. I scrooge Medusa with a peony cage and took off some leaves. She is very branchy but against my normal process, I won't take off the inner branches.

These girls are looking so much happier since getting some overdue calmag.. Buds have grown a ton since last week and I'm a huge fan of the spacing.. Both the Gypsy-Kush plants look identical.. we cleaned the base of new growth on all plants and removed a few more large fans from around the tops.. Light penetration couldn't be better... The Solux350 is kicking ass! 13/12 in week 5 i started by adjusting LST mainly on the Blueberry a bit since she was getting real bushy. I will probably defoliate at least the first pair of leaves. the others i try tucking away but they keep overshadowing the two lower main nodes. Blueberry really started drinking now, her pot is getting really light. Afghan kush not so much, she is still sipping on the last watering. I hope Afghan Kush ramps up overnight by some miracle cause i really like to always water them both at the same time, rather than having to prepare nutes twice and them being on a different watering schedule. but oh well! Blueberry will get her dose tomorrow, we will se about the afghan. Not much happened until now, they slowly begin their stretch now. maybe we will see some proper early flowers by the end of this week! Judging by their grow rate, im guessing they will take their sweet time, 12-14 weeks or something. Which sucks cause i got brand new air pots i want to try! but you cant win every gamble with autos. 14/12 Watered them with 2 Liters after 7 Day Break. Blueberry picked up the pace, Afghan was "dry enough". Ususal nutrients, added some minor calmag as prevention for any future deficiencies. 18/12 Watered Blueberry with 2L, 2ml/l Grow, Activera and Rootjuice, and 0.2g/l Microbes. Defoliated both of them pretty good. Afghan is skipping watering until 20/12, which will be week 6, she is still a tad too heavy for my likings. 19/12 just some minor leaf tucking and defoliation of the lowest leaves on the afghan. Watering will still take place on 20/12. Will add timelapse for this week tomorrow!

Taking it slow with the veg state to develop larger, stronger plants and it seems to be paying off. I've trimmed the lower leaves at least 3 times this week. I think I'm going to extend it out at least one more week before switching to flower state. Early in the week I switched from blue to purple to allow the branches to push through the screen more. Then mid-week blue, to rebuild the fan leaves, then back to purple once I rearranged everyone into their optimal positions for capturing light. I see a lot of potential for multiple colas. Each time I switched to purple, I raised the light up a few inches to help them stretch. As noted last week, lamp distance is being measured from top of net (not top of plant). I continue to add compost tea every Tuesday, which they love :-)

day 49 just pure water phed down. it is day 51, morning before lights on, I might chop today. I use a zero water filter pitcher got off walmart. My humidifier is only a sonic wave. If you use regular tap water it will get gunky in a sonic humidifier. If you have a heat humidifier that boils the water the mist should be clean. These are the 2 types of water humidifiers. Researching best water filters this "zero water" also comes with a free ppm meter! yay! Other water pitcher brands; the water still has ppm. So water misted will still have ppm contamination. You can easily used distilled water only, and reverse osmosis. I just fill a 4gal office water jug with the pitcher and fill my humidifier when needed. I do not use a humidifier in my entire grow up to this point when I chop, I need the perfect rh or this whole effort can fail. growing up to this point only requires 20% effort, chopping now for the 2 weeks dry is this 80% of crucial determination, succeed. A lot of tasks are required today for a clean chop. I feel confident, observed my cross seeds with pink paradise and one with a slightly open caylex looks dark enough for successful germination. I figured 8-16 seeds may be created, 3-4 buds were potentially pollinated. Many growers don't understand when creating genetics with female/female there is a slight chance of herm. You lose 50% of your genetic function. Just water last 2 days, no humic no folvic, 1st time entire grow ha! There is a lot of cleaning to do, remove the trees, clean the entire tent and environment with bleach water, hacksaw. I am very proud of my grow. I have sampled 3 of the strains, dr. thunder legit made my lips numb but it could have just been the terps removing my skin cells from the sticky filter, no lie. This is my best grow to date. I did this for you, and to document hype or not under the best conditions I could give my plants, full max potential, although I wish I had more lights, I am not looking for industrial lol, this is how I grow. Learn a lot on youtube and podcasts there is many good content and I may dab into it. You can have a room full of growers and you have 1 seed in your hand, they will all tell you that their way is correct ;) and the best way. Oreo is stinky AF, Bridal is just amazing glad its massive, just not into sativa but the test seemed slight sativa with majority indica, pink untested, dr, thunder just a lip numming plant aha, its very nice, all 4 amazing appeal like advertised, and excited for next run. Either crosses from this or other copycat genetics. I will give you beautiful glamout shots today, the sizes of the plants, My guesstimate bridal 1lb, thunder 1lb, pink, 0.4lb, bridal 0.5, I am ambitious off 640w lm301h, and 4x 20w blurples daisy chained. day 51 4 chopped see you in a few weeks :D

The plant is thriving as it enters its 11th week of flowering. The buds have developed beautifully, and they’re giving off a sweet, lemony aroma that fills the grow space. It’s a scent that’s both refreshing and promising, making me excited for the final product. At this stage, everything looks great, and I’ve decided to start flushing the plant with clear water only. This should help remove any residual nutrients and ensure a smoother, cleaner smoke. I’m planning to continue flushing for the next one to two weeks before harvesting. I’m really looking forward to seeing how this plant turns out. The buds are dense and sticky, and if the smell is any indication, the end result should be amazing. Can’t wait to see how she finishes!
