This week has been great! Germination on all 4 Pre 98 Bubbas and 2 Dirty Blondes was a success!! We planted them in there pots an through out the week we gave em each a very light spray down of pure water phd at 6.5 and by Friday they all popped out the soil Let’s go!!!!! Changed the reservoir for flower this week. *Athena proline is measured in grams per gallon. The option isn’t allowed on grow diaries so I had to use an online converter for tsp to grams. * Defoliation and readjusting of the ties seems to happen daily at this point. In hindsight I left to many flowering sites, i was afraid I wouldn’t get a decent yield 😂. Removing more would have saved me time defoliating and readjusting the branches in the later stages. I was surprised at how well the auto took to topping and training I’ve done so often. Really happy with the root system. Video added.

Was out of town all week and came back to find the CBD Star in my space bucket not looking good. It looks like a phosphorus deficiency but not entirely sure. Yellow leaves with brown/black spots and dark red/purple stems. I flushed it with 2 gallons 6.5 pH water, re-fertilized, put it out in the sun and defoliated. I defoliated pretty heavily since many of the fan leaves were yellowed and blocking light from the lower bud sites. The center was also getting pretty dense so I carefully removed some of the leaves to help with airflow. Despite the stress, It seems to have bounced back reasonably well. There’s probably irreparable damage given the level of yellowing but the buds continue to grow and thicken. Cheese has absolutely exploded and looks great. It probably doubled in height last week with many bud sites on the 5 main stalks. Excited to see how it turns out.

Aug 2: Tropicana Cookies FF is three weeks younger than my two biggest plants (Sunday Punch EV and Mimosa Shot) and two weeks younger than Lemon Cream Kush. This is a very strong plant and is progressing very well. This wagon with LCK started force flowering a week later than the other wagon and will go another week longer. TC is now the tallest of the four plants despite being the youngest. Aug 5: now done force flowering after 2.5 weeks. Plants in this wagon are getting too big to easily get into garage. Continuing to use far red light as a bloom booster at dusk. Back to 15.5 h of daylight in the backyard now.

I'm hoping the 3 sativas on the right will be able to fill space quickly enough to flip before Lois takes over the entire tent.

december 14th gave her a feed of about 6 cups of dechlorinated tap water phd to 6.4 with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to 3 gallons and 4 2 tsps of calmag to 3 gallons of water. I thought she was initially getting a calmag deficiency but it was just her switching to flower and needing diff nutes ig? I also tested runoff for the first time which i should've done from the beginning but it came out at 6.3 ph december 17th 2021: gave her half a gallon of dechlorinated tap water phd to 6.4 with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to each 3 gallons of water and 2 tsps of calmag to 3 gallons of water.

I still get surprised each time I grow autos - they flower so quickly! And I grew fast flowerers just before. We´ve had a few bad leaves at the bottom. I don´t know if I screwed up a nute mix or if it´s something else. It seems to be getting better though. Now she is looking beautiful and she is forming nice flowers.

24.07.25 after a last sunny day lemon Kix was chopped and trimmed. I went for very few amber trichomes to have a less sedating effect and was surprised with two mature seeds already. I'm curious if I'll find many more when the buds are fully dried. The maturity of the seeds seems a good indicator that I'm not harvesting impatiently ahead of time. Due to the tiny result I will not grow auto strains on the balcony again unless diaries on this platform show that its really a XXL Auto.
