Welcome to week eleven for Frances, an Auto Fractal by Divine Seeds. Day 71 - photographed - Frances is is looking frosty. I really hope this girl finishes without any bud rot. Day 74 - photographed - I am inspecting all of these girls closely day by day. This girl is not a million miles away, going to start feeding finishing nutes. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2203 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/19- Here we go into Week Four of flower and these testers are ON FIRE!🔥🔥🔥 Both testers are in a flower frenzy and are ready to eat! Today I gave both girls their last top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3-4 weeks after that which should coincide with them finishing up, or close to it, enabling them to naturally 'flush' themselves out. I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering these thirsty girls daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and they're both thriving! The #1 pheno stays in a perpetual state of 'praying' and remains the 'Frost Queen' in the run she is a VERY happy girl! The #2 pheno, while different from her sister, is looking gorgeous and starting to really ramp up her trichome production! 1/23- I watered/fed both testers today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water each with GreenGro's Natures Brix, Granular Myco and Flower Finisher mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. They'll be getting straight water from here moving forward as the medium has enough food in it to support them until they finish. 1/25- Daily watering continued today with both girls receiving 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. OMG they're both looking fantastic with both looking amazing with a generous coating of trichomes covering their flowers, especially on the #1 phenotype and both have developed a funky sweet, creamy aroma! Gary Payton has had a slow start but it is starting to stack really nicely. I think it will probably be the longest stack plant out of all the ones I’m growing. The plant already has the distinct Gary Payton smell All of the plants have really taken off. Usually I have a couple plants that are much smaller but all of these plants are getting huge. Seeing I got a new eluefah uap1500 the other day and I have my 2 fastbuds plants under that now I have my spider farmer light free. So I popped up another 2x2 and moved 3 of the 10 plants into the 2x2 and left the 7 other in the 2x4.

Start of day 63 hereNot much that I can mess up just flushing with r/o water PH 6.4. However I've learned a lot over the last couple of weeks, thanks to all the great advice and photos in every diary here. My big lessons are that you add nutes at a considerably lesser rate than recommended, in my case especially since I amend my grow medium. Also add all nures in the correct order and ph before finally adding any innoculent such as my home made lactobacillus. I'm working on the don't over water in veg thingy. I learned that I really need more distance on the lights in bloom, as I finally raised them 2 inches a few days ago and have probably doubled the size of yield by doing that alone, they literally jumped up. Finally, well so far I see from a lot of other diaries that I've been wasting a ton of space, so I will try a SoG on my next grow to get a better yield. Checked the trychomes this morning , mostly still frosty a few opaque no amber. Allright thanks again and leave a couple for seed. Day 66 getting close, may harvest tomorrow. I took 2 plants to my brother and he was impressed enough to order some MARS HYDRO and such. We put the 2 plants I gave him in the yard until he gets a closet setup. So my harvest will just be 2 plants. But hey, I'm no longer his gardner haha. Posted a few pics the trychomes today are starting to turn. Happy happy. Day 69 we drove by a dead skunk today and my wife started waving her hand in front of her nose while lowering the window. I couldn't smell a thing. So I guess that's why I clicked, smells normal.

Alright. 5th week just started. FIMming is done on the Purple Punch with Today, it looks so good and big. I think it is growing wider than taller, even her "hands" with the fan leaves are bigger than mine, and now it will be wider because of FIMming. The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is also fine I started LST yesterday. I will continue the same way of fertilizing this week on Friday 2x, Saturday in the morning, Monday 2x, and Wednesday 2x. I raised up the water quantity so from today I will give 75ml per plant 2 times (Morning, Evening) so 150 ml per plant, altogether 300 ml. It also applies when I fertilize the plants, but the only difference is that the water is with bat guano and acacia honey mix. This Friday ( Day 32) I did not water them to not to be overwatered. I just sprinkle now for the night. This Sunday was fertilization day also, Saturday I did not water them. Gelato Cookie D'ohpe started flowering this week, pre flowers can be seen. When it is harvested, I will set the light schedule 12/12 for the Purple Punch to start flowering. The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is autoflowering, the Purple Punch is feminized. What a mix yeah, but it is my first time growing. Tuesday update: Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is stretching rapidly, flowering time started. Purple Punch is growing also very well new shoots are coming. End of the week Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is 40cm, it started stretching so quick due to flowering. Purple Punch is 26cm.

Night 41 - 02/11/19 Time for a new week again and damn has the Quick one stretched since last week. was 18cm 1 week ago and now its 30cm. im really proud of myself for getting this far :) wondering how tall its gonna grow lol. Still not much of a smell to the plant, i dont think its fully flowering yet. I flushed tonight again to decrease ppm further and rid the medium of salts. runoff ppm was 800 last flush. runoff ppm is 650 this flush with a ph of 6.34 compared to 6.22 (i think) last time. going to calibrate my ph pen after this grow :) hoping im near the harvest now as im having panic attacks when i get into bed at night, my mind is racing so fast :/ On a better note my other diary fast eddy may not be tall but is soon to be heavily flowering! finally i added a few videos and pictures and I was watching videos on breeding birds last night, completely fallen in love with nature and living things :) il see how things go but i might end up taking care of some cool animals! would be amazing to have them in the videos of my plants lol! will update sometime later in the week folks so take care until then :) Day 43 - 04/11/19 Quick one is 35cm now :) if it didnt go above 30cm by harvest then i definitely could have done better but 30-40cm is what iv think a good beginner attempt is :) if it goes to 50-60 il be excelling for a new grower :) the more the merrier haha! one of my chilli pots finally germinated today along with the diesel strain from my new diary :) Still no smell from this plant tho, maybe a slight lavender/veg smell. looks to me like it developed flowers and went back into veg hahaha. the next 4 weeks will tell i guess! keep an eye out for the next picture update, everything is looking great and im hoping for 20g of bud from this strain but il be happy with around 14g :)

well, it's exactly 12 weeks :) and my house is full of lemon aroma :) the girl endured really difficult growth, but she coped with everything perfectly :) who followed the growth, you saw that she grew on the balcony for 10 weeks, and she spent the last 2 in the grow tent :) 500 gr wet weight !!!!:) , before putting it in the ground I expected less than 10 g dry yield :D then this growth turned out super well, if it wasn't for my vacation I would have let it grow for about 2 weeks I think. but everything is still very good, I'll go home, fix it and do a smoke review :).

As I did the flushing in day 70 I was watching the trichomes and on day 87 I could see 25-35% amber so I decided to cut it. I cut the whole plant on the base and hang the whole plant to dry. For this reason I will update my findings later when it gets dry and trimmed about yield and numbers. So far really happy with the results. It will probably be the champs of this run yielding nicely 👍🏼.

Last week of flush

Did a top watering this week with some nutes added. Then back to plain RO water in the SIP. Seeing some light burn so lowered the PAR from avg 650 to 550. Tried a Co2 canister but without a proper lung room for this 10 x 5, it was pretty useless. Really getting into this hobby, love the abundance of free knowledge and different techniques available. Starting to resent those who I see bragging about "trade secrets". I've been spending more time in hash making discords, hash making twitch streams, and grower instagrams. It never ceases to amaze me what we can learn for free with some motivation and the internet. *I am growing 4 plants here, but only tracking one.
