Week 1 of 12/12 light cycle. Hit the plant prior to the flip with a top dress of all purpose/power bloom 50/50 and 2 tbsp of basalt rock dust. Seeing a lot of activity on the top layer of soil. The microbial life is THRIVING. End of week 1. Slowly dropping RH to 50%. Already seeing a decent bit of stretch. May need to figure out a way to get my light level with the top of the tent in the event I run out of headroom. Not sure how much of a stretch to expect with the holy communion being it is my first run with them but the blue dream I should be more than okay as I flipped last run with them way taller than this time around.

Beginning of week 9: Tropicana is 27 cm high and the stem is 38 cm long. Sun is back, rain stopped, happy growing. Day 57 🌤️⛅️🌤️🌤️ 10-23 degrees, humidity is between 70 and 80%. Today I checked the PH of my collected rainwater, of the drainage, of my field horsetail tee / manure. With the soil everything is ok I think. PH of the drainage is 5,9. I was very surprised about the high PH of my homemade fertilizer. Today I took some macro fotos with my new magnifying glasses. I saw the first purple leafs and trichomes everywhere. They are all clear I think. It‘s my first time growing a cannabis plant and I love it!😻 Day 58 🌤️🌥️☁️☁️ 13-23 degrees, humidity between 60 and 95%. Tropicana feels better now with more light. It‘s much brighter during the days but today again cloudy. In my eyes Tropicana looks happy and she is so beautiful. I want to bite in one of those buds, but I will not do yet. Maybe I will take some of the less lighted buds, harvest for tee with cream. I like to vape my cannabis and cook or bake with resin and butter. So I plan to let Tropicana take all the time she needs to produce enough amber medicine. Day 59 🌤️☀️🌤️⛅️ 12-24 degrees, humidity 65-80% The smell is incredible. I really like it. Day 60 🌤️⛅️🌤️🌥️ 11-25 degrees, humidity 62-78%. This morning Tropicana got a bio banana shake which I prepared yesterday evening. I chopped three banana peels and boiled them in one liter of water for short. After I blended them together wit the water and let it stand overnight. Then I sifted the fertilizer in the early morning and gave Tropicana her breakfast: 700ml rainwater and 70ml of my banana fertilizer. The drainage had a PH of 6 On nearly all flowers it‘s possible to find purple colors. The pistils started to change the colors. Our balcony is in the first floor and today it was possible to smell Tropicana down on the street next to the house. 🤭 Day 61 🌤️☀️☀️☀️ 11-26 degrees, humidity 55-75%. Today it was very obvious that Tropicana started fatten up the buds to mature: Different colors, very strong smell, pistils are getting orange. I spotted the first amber trichomes. I could have a nice and potent June harvest but I think it will finish in the first week of July. Day 62 🌤️⛅️🌤️⛅️ 13-21 degrees, humidity is 50-60%. Tropicana enjoys the morning sun while I drink a fresh hemp leaf tee and reflect the last two month of my legal balcony grow. I watered with 700ml pure rainwater. The run off PH ist around 6,3. So I‘m quit sure that the reason for the increase in PH was the watering with the field horsetail manure, which has got a high PH something like more then 7. Day 63 ☀️☀️☀️☀️ 13-20 degrees and the humidity is between 66 and 85 % Beautiful monday morning. Tropicana asked for a banana smoothie, today 1:20 mixed with 700 ml. pure rainwater. She likes to drink it slowly, so I don‘t water all in one anymore. First maybe 20%, 10 minutes later 30% and after half an hour 50%. If I watered all in one, 100 ml of 700 ml run off. If I water step by step, all of the water stays in the pot. After 24 h the pot is much lighter and I need to water again. She is very thirsty in these days.

Hey guys, it's been a great journey but I've finally hung my Stardawg out to dry! Yesterday was their last day totalling 8 weeks on flower. Realistically they could have benefited from a further week because the lower buds are somewhat underdeveloped but then I would risk losing the preferred sweet high smoke of the top buds. With this being my first attempt it's been a great learner not only for how to care for the plants but also the environment. As soon as these went into flower and started stretching I knew that putting 6 in a 2.4 x 1.2m tent was a bad idea. They just got so big which is the cause of the lower sites not being as good as the top colas. Despite that I'm really happy with the outcome and I'm hoping ive got 30oz+ of real good quality nugs. All of the top colas have turned a gorgeous violet colour too which you can see on the pictures and I absolutely love. For my next grow I've gone with 6 fastbuds strains which hopefully will go under a scrog. Check back next week for the harvest and weigh in!

Not much to update. Buds stacking nicely.

Purple Chill aka Penny was easy to grow. She was medium height 26 inches. Stem structure was weak. Many stems bent (repaired with splints and masking tape) and some broke off. She suffered from heat stress and also showed cal-mag deficiency.

She flowered very fast. The smaller ones smell different and have more shiny flowers very nice, it smelled very strong at the end, while trimming the buds a smell of fruit and gas spread trough the whole house

Day 50, 5th of November 2020: Fucking hell in the second video i just broke the tray LOL.... Anyways... The lamp has been switchet to 12/12 for 4 days from now she is streching and has a nice smell :) No training needed just waiting.... Fertilization happens more often like every 2nd day and more of the BioBizz family raised up to be 2ml/L haha ;) Bye.

Week 4 of flower and it’s been a week for the books. The males gizzed all over the females and we spent the better part of a week harvesting the males for pollen, then defoliating and spraying the pollinated females, then going full sanitize on the entire tent… (that part always sucks). Either way, they’re off to the seed making and generally showing a brilliant, yet subtle pink across most phenos. Gonna be pretty cool seeing how the colours develop on these👌. The fact that the pinks are prevalent amongst all plants is very encouraging. Still early for sure - but… potential for something special👍. Terp. Profiles are becoming quite pronounced now too. So far, we’ve got one that smells of a very sweet sorta pine in female #3 and a definitive baked berrry scent in female #1. The hope was always to balance out the earthiness of the Kush which is classic to the strain in terms of taste, just not overly tasty. Again, still early but we might’ve achieved that here on crossing🤞👌. All told and as long as we keep ‘em alive to the finish - we should have tons of seed and a well defined set of partially drilled down traits. Counting 3 discernible potential phenos so far and can’t wait to see what the clones reveal🤟. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Second week of flower went well. The plant has over double the size at this point and we have early signs buds forming within the second week. Continuing to keep the light about 12 to 14 in above the canopy as the plant stretches. Plants are getting really bushy will prepare for a day 21 leaf strip to clear out the canopy and to allow for air flow while dropping humidity. Will also try to implement a second scrog for support.Currently The single seed Sent from khalifa for grow Contest is tallest pheno in the tent and healthiest looking that pheno will show on the top right in any of the disclosed pictures and videos.

Solo cup challenge continues to press along. Not much change, plants are in veg, growing and healthy. Still a few weeks before the flowers start so I hope to get a bit of size going before it does. Die dritte Woche unter sehr guten Bedingungen ist abgeschlossen und die Ladies sind wohl auf und geben Gas. Der Vorsprung der Pflanze rechts auf den Bildern baut sich aus, dies scheint der Pheno zu sein der sich stark stretcht. Ich werde ihn die nächsten Wochen täglich mit Superscropping stressen um eine einheitliche Höhe zu bekommen. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war diese Woche heftig hoch, so das ich diese außerhalb vom Zelt mit einem großen Entfeuchter auf rd 55-60 % regulieren musste um im Zelt optimale Bedingungen zu erreichen. In dieser Woche wurden beide Ladies getoppt zusätzlich alle weiteren Trainingsmethoden die ich nutze parallel angewendet. (Topping, LST, Entlaubung, Supercropping) Durch das umtopfen stehen erstmal genug Nährstoffe zur Verfügung. Ich steigere langsam. Pflanzen haben eine gute gesunde Farbe Tage der Keimung = 4 Tage.
