I started by soaking the seeds in a cup of water for 24 hrs, next I switched to the paper towel method and kept them in a tupperware container with the lid attached and sprayed with water for 24 hours, I planted them 7am today 9/29/21.

5 semanas aplicado Bloom Booster

End of Week 9 of Flower. I can just taste those buds now! The smell is intoxicating and the view is picturesque. There is definitely a noticeable difference between the two pheno's but I suspect both will pack a good punch. There has been some purpling in some of the top leaves which I expect will increase with the drop in temperature the last week or so. I cant wait to get some good pictures at the end of the week as Ive decided the chop day will be this coming Sunday. The clash of yellow, purple and green is always my favourite so I plan to capture as much as possible since the next update will be jam packed with pictures of the girls just before their chop and after 48 hours of darkness to get the last of that resin production from the plant. I will also take some pics of the hanging plants in the drying cupboard. The reason I am leaving my plants in darkness for 48 hours before they get chopped, is that it has been long belived that this practice will increase the last of the thrichome production and some say increases potency. There has been a recent study in the Netherlands which does confirm increased resin production for plants left in 48 hours of darkness (they also tested 24 hours darkness but found 48 was better) at the end of their flower cycle. The chop has been planned to be pretty straight forward where I will just be taking off the main fan leaves and leaves with no thrichomes as well as chopping off the larfy/popcorn buds which will go straight in the freezer for a fresh frozen bubble hash run. I dont bud wash my flower as my tent gets a regular clean each week and always gets a full deep clean when every harvest is over and besides, its only me and my friends that smoke it! The drying cupboard I use for drying is a small cupboard designed for storing and drying clothes which I have put a carbon filter and fan as well as a small desk fan to circulate the air as well as a small dehumidifier just incase there is an increase in humidity. So the basics of drying is that you want the area where you are drying to be dark and fairly cool (its recommended to be between 15 and 22 degrees C), have a humidity level between 45% and 55%. I aim for around 21 degrees C temperature and 50% humidity. The drying time can vary depending on strain but its recommended to dry the buds for 7 - 10 days and I will explain further about how to tell if your bud is done drying and is ready to be cured on the next post. Drying is very important as you can affect all your hard work if the conditions arent right and the bud ends up too dry (luckily these days there are ways to fix bud thats too dry) or you end up with mouldy ganja which isnt save to smoke. Its also believed that a good long dry in good conditions helps increase potency and also has been shown to reduce anxiety. Ultimately they are all healthy and doing great. Still have few weeks left of flowering but White Widow and Peyote getting frosty already. BlackSugar healthy but still little slower then the rest. Super happy with the White Widow, just lots of bud sites from the bottom to the top. I think maybe 3.5 weeks left close to end of the month. Super Happy

Did a strip/defoliation on all of them. She's catching up with the rest nicely and looking great. Will be feeding them all Terra Bloom from now on, still no mildew or bugs thanks to spraying cannacure weekly. Also, the subtle colors I spotted (hard to get a clear pic) are developing nicely, but some leaves are turning, twisting and curling, my first guess is that I've overwatered her, she's quite a bit smaller (more 'skinny', and flowering slower) but I've been watering here the same as the other two, might need to let her dry up a bit longer than the others.

Day 29 29/07/24 Monday Nice feeding today with De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Gave her 300 ml and she had a small run off. Getting chunky in the stem now 💪💚 Day 31 31/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚 Day 32 01/08/24 Thursday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, there now taking 300ml every evening. Day 35 04/08/24 Sunday END OF WEEK 😁 De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with Plagron products. 300ml each. Had a issue with leaf invaders this week, I have treated and am checking every 48 hrs so far seems ok and not progressive. All plants look great, very healthy, one of the Overdose is way behind and due to space maybe culled at flower I'll see how she gets on.

Welcome to week 5 of flower for this lovely project! The ladies should start to put on some serious weight over the coming weeks as I've noticed most plants are done their stretch now (except macmelonz). We got lots of crazy smells coming from these plants some are harder to tell then others but some are extremely pleasing smelling already. Banana Smoothie is really putting off that banana cream smell accompanied by berries as an undertone. Creamy Cereal Crunch smells like Fruit loops and milk , its very unique and very pleasing if your into cereal anyways haha. Over all excited to see what this week will bring! Huge shout out to @MarsHydroLED for making such cool lights and tents that really make growing a breeze. Plants seem to be stretching a bit more but concentrating on bulking up flowers. Some really nice smells coming out. Day#31F Macmelonz is still stretching along but stacking hard and the rest are starting to put on noticeable weight. Day#32F Ladies are grooving along nicely, going to look to trim up some of the middle allow for more air flow to the plants. Day#33F Banana Smoothie #1 and #4 are really starting to put out Banana Cream aromas its quite intense now. Day#34F The canopy deff needs a light defoliation. Going to defoliate slowly but surely over the coming weeks. Day#35F Pictures N/A. Ladies are really thirsty going to be upping the water next feed. Flowers are bulking like crazy! Really opened them up a lot so we get all them heads hit, just wait to see how bushy these girls get, let’s get em big!
