It smells like harvest is coming folks 😄 Stopping the nootz on most of them, except for some others late ladies with a Sativa dominance I will keep feeding lightly until they’re done ... if they finish in time 🤞 Very happy with : Gypsy Widow Herz OG Sir Jack Blue Monkey Not really happy with : Spicy Bitch, getting 3 differents phenotypes , 1 proper Sativa, and 2 others hybrid with an Indica dominance, 1 of the hybrid is a hermie and the other one is lost in the Flower opening stage since weeks without swelling... Mango Cream , getting fluffy buds all over to the top... Exotic Thai, such a nice structure, but the main bud won’t be a donkey dick bud as expected... (P.S: I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control 🐞)

With great joy I will start my second season growing cannabis. I hope to learn from some small mistakes from the first season where I was surprised by my performance as a first-time sailor cultivating the BlueDream strain. This season I left the 4 seeds of GorillaGlue 36hrs in a pot of water to break the dormancy. After that I used the napkin technique for more 42 hrs. So I put each one in a 5-gallon airpot, as they are automatic and go to harvest in the same pot. After 24hrs in the vase the first 2 little leaves came out. I made a homemade dome with a 2-gallon water bottle, cutting it into strips and lining it with plastic with some holes to keep the humidity high during this initial phase. We entered the first week of cultivation and unfortunately due to an oversight I got confused in the fertilizer table and clearly the dreaded overfert happened. I did a watering only with water to try to remove the excess fertilizer let's hope it works.

To begin with, I didn't want to do anything too fancy, so I decided to start with a seed in a glass of water. It's a simple and effective way to get your seed going, and it's always worked well for me in the past. After just 28 hours, my little seed had sprouted and was ready to be moved into a soil plug. But, after a day or so, I wasn't quite happy with the way things were going, so I decided to transfer her into direct soil. Now, I know some people might say that this is a risky move, but I believe that sometimes you just have to follow your instincts. I put my heart and soul into growing my plants, and I wanted to give this little seedling the best possible chance to thrive. To give her an extra boost, I applied Aptus Holand Mycor Mix to the soil. But as we approach the final stretch, it’s a delicate dance of vigilance and care to ensure a clean and bountiful harvest. Here’s a deep dive into this exciting and educational week: The “Flush” in Full Swing The flush continues as we prepare the ladies for their final days. While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. June 12, 2020 Week 7 I added some manure to all the pots. 2 of the plants aren’t growing much so Im leaving them to grow, and see what happens. Plants were a bit too wet from previous thunderstorms, now waiting for them to dry out so I can try and bring their ph down. Thank you and happy grow🌱 June 14, 2020 Plants started to dry out so we added ph down water and authentik Veg nutrients 4-3-2 by nutri+. Ph’s mix equivalence was around 5.8 So we brought the ph up to +/- 6.4 For ph Up we used sodium bicarbonate(baking soda). And used 1 litre of water per pot. Thanks happy grow!!!

Partial harvest. Harvested about 50g early. Used my new harvest right freeze dryer to dry and cure the buds in like 12 hours @ 75F drying temp. Stopped the dryer early to retain some moisture. Will stop sooner next time as I still needed a bovida pack to rehydrate them a bit. Buds tasted and smelled better than anything I’ve smoked before(including Amsterdam grade weed). Insane clear flavours. Beautiful strain too, grapey like some excellently grown slurricane I had tasted before, sour and funky. Nice mellow high, very nice. You know you’ve been hit but you can still function.

A couple days before chopping. Spotted budrot at 2 spots in the New 2. So almost time to cut before it get worse. The rest is doing fine, New 1 and Strawberry are gonna be the first ones to get chopped together,branches are under load and some are bending down

6/19 Knowing it was going to be over 100° for the majority of the day I WATERED the garden with 3 1/2 gallons. I went to check around 4 and everything looked amazing. We got some hard rain from a thunderstorm at 4pm but it seems like these girls like it rough and did fine. The take a beating and come back stronger. Knock on wood but I haven't seen any problems on the plant I snapped amd dict taped.. Everything seems to have toughened up and the leaves are an awesome healthy color. They grow observable every day now. Tomorrow is supposed to reach 100 again for most of the day before weather goes back to semi normal. I took a video but it will take way to long to upload. Tons of other pics didn't upload either. 6/20 Another day that's going to be over 100°. Plants seem to love it lol. I can't believe what I'm seeing. Bags still had some heft so I didn't water this morning. I figure I'll check them around noon and then plan on watering tonight if they need it. Hopfully they'll get some rain from thunderstorms. This crop has been through a lot. I think that has helped them significant deal with this unpredictable weather. 6/21 We had a MAJOR thunderstorm with sheet rain yesterday. I missed it but it was intense. I saw some videos. First time dad seemed concerned. Fortunately there was no damage. I was going to water today but I decided to hold off due to the look of the plants and the "praying leaves" at 4pm and feeling some moisture in the soil. Bags seemed to still have some heft. I'll probably water tomorrow. Need to transplant the 1 gals and need to figure out what I want to do for nutes this year. So far I've put in much less effort and I'm still doing great. I just don't have as many plants as usual. 6/22 Rained last night. Not much but the bags were heavy still so I held off watering. Plants looked happy and I can fix under watering much easier. It will rain tomorrow. I'll check throughout the day and update but things are going good. I should transplant those 3 seedlings in 1 gals. 6/23 It Rained last night and is suppised to rain today. It was raining when i went over. Just the kind if rain the plants love. I'll check again before church but I'm eventually going to have to water them. Those thunder storms helped a lot. 6/24 Rained about an inch yesterday. Plants loved it. Bigger everytime I see them. One seedling showed a pistol and I'll transplant it with the rest. It was the only one I was worried about. I've seen a FEW leaf hopper punctures and some other bites that could be anything. Time to get the ipm 6/25 Looks like its gonna be a nice sunny day. 75° at 10am. Plants are doing amazing and growing at a rapid pace. Haven't done anything ipm as of yet but any damage I've seen is localized to "A" leaf on "A" plant. I'll be paying attention and watching for signs of deficiencies. As of now though they LOOK great. I'll try to transplant the 3 seedlings today.

4th to 9th November - Flower Week 1 Some more LST has been made with some clips to get the plant as wide as possible. On the 7th November the light was switched to 12/12.

Start of week 7 and plants are taking off The indica dominate phenos are showing signs of crowning and the sativa dominate phenos budlets are starting to connect. 2 more weeks of fertilizer then straight water till harvest.( 10 week flower) Also killed off 6 sativa dominate ( clones) they just take too long to set their flowers.
