Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. This is the start of flushing for these lovely plants. I'll flower these plants to 10 weeks. I also like a few days of dark just before harvest. There's still food left in the medium, so the plants won't starve. I've found measuring the runoff that the first flush is around 750 ppm and the second flush is around 450 ppm and the third flush is around 250 ppm. The plants use up most of the food in the pots and have pulled alot from their leaves. Then it's time to harvest the very clean buds. There is no chemical taste if you flush and you get nice white ash when smoked. I got to say - look at the differences in the plants, wow, looks like 4 different strains. They all smell similar but look quite different. That is a common question on the questions page, why do my plants look so different from the same strain. Keep growing straight. Chuck.

Buds are fattening by the day, grow tent has a nice smell of juicy fruit mixed with caramel..definitely interesting. Leaves are starting to turn yellow as the plants are sucking everything out of the soil. Trichromes are looking clustered and almost there, getting some ambers which should give a nice high...harvest next week?..I think so! :)

I have transplanted into Dutch buckets. Filled with perlite. And all are now in the Greenhouse. Doing great. These are watered 4 times a day for 1 minute. This girl is looking great and growing fast. Preflowers are out. She is the tallest.

So this is the starting phase of the light schedule 3 days in so far after they sproutd from the soil in the 3" cups the light schedule is on 16hrs on 8 hrs off. Also there is strictly water being sprayed lightly on and off through the day no heaving water added at all. Cali crasher has been growing strong. It looks like she wants more calcium. So I gave her a booster in solution. I will see if it continues now after it has been trained good for the week. She seems to be overfed, showing yellowing here and there. Also other has some leaves have brown spots. I might have messed up the Ph because I did not adjust the Ph of nutrients mix. I assumed it was ph corrected. Now, I am adjusting the Ph and reducing feeding. Let’s hope that she recovers next week.

I started germination of 1 Gorilla Zkittlez bean on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plug was just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made hole. Than I sowed my bean into the hole. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the hole in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plug into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see a sprout. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plug planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get this lady situated into her home. Cant wait! Some Background information on my experience with Gorilla Zkittlez. I've grown this variety out twice so far. Once in a 15 gallon container which became a super branchy beast. That yielded a large amount and filled up it's own 4x4 tent with a little training. The second and most recent time was in a 1 gallon SOG grow. She also flourished in a fast flip SOG grow banging off a fat head frosty main cola, with a few satellite buds. Very adaptive strain and seems to flourish in any environment and any size space. Looking forward too my 3rd adventure with Barneys farms masterpiece.

The G14s are doing great. Nice steady growth and some beginning to flower signs. I took a few large fan leaves off of the smaller plant that where blocking the lower growth. I have been told not to mess with Auto flower plants but I couldn't resist. As far as feeding, I still have not given these anything besides water PH at 6.2 and 1TSP of blackstrap molasses. I will start flower nutrients at a very VERY low dosage next feeding depending on what I see going on with the new flowers. Light remains at 18/6. Hopefully this next week brings me stronger sings of progress in flower. Happy growing!

The plants stopped growing in height and are now in FULL FLOWERING mode. Every day more and more flower clusters appear and start to build colas at the sidebranches now. The trichome production is also in full swing, the plants get stickier every day and smell DELICIOUS. The Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have a sweet sandelwood-smell like the AK-47 but also with peach undertones from the Barbara Bud in it. I LOVE THE AROMA!

This week was all about letting her recover from the cloning. Sadly most clones I took did not made it. Just 2 survived my inexperience hands. The good news is that miss Daisy it's doing so well I may be able to give it another try before flipping to flower. I have no rush for this harvest so will probably give it a try.
