Oh, Week 5 in the fabulous world of my green squad has been nothing short of a horticultural sitcom! I kicked off the festivities with a low-stress training (LST) session that would make any plant yoga instructor proud. Imagine me in my gardening yoga pants, coaching the lower branches like, "Stretch, my green warriors, stretch! We're aiming for a yoga retreat, not a sedentary plant spa!" I decided it was time for a botanical makeover – no more settling for an average, run-of-the-mill plant. Oh no, my friends, I was determined to turn my green buddy into the Beyoncé of the tent. The plant underwent a transformation that would put any Hollywood diva to shame, becoming a bushier superstar that covered more ground than a celebrity red carpet. I could almost hear the applause from the tiny plant leaves – a standing ovation for the botanical sensation. But why stop at just a physical transformation? In the spirit of keeping up appearances, I went full-on garden Marie Kondo. It was time to declutter! Any discolored leaves that didn't meet the high standards of my garden's fashion police got the boot. Who needs an unsightly leaf cramping the style of the green kingdom, right? It's all about maintaining that A-list garden aesthetic – the Vogue of the plant world. In the grand comedy of plant life, Week 5 has been a laugh-out-loud episode filled with beauty, drama, and a touch of horticultural glam. As I stand there, admiring my now Beyoncé-level plant, I can't help but feel like the director of a blockbuster comedy – green leaves fluttering in the wind, tiny plant divas striking poses, and the whole garden stage set for a laugh riot. I go into the local Hydro store and the previous owner happens to be there. We talk about my novice grow and I mention the "Calcium" issue as I show him a photo.... He immediately asks me " Are those pots on a concrete floor? Because if they are, your roots are getting cold making it look like a calcium issue".... The new owner gives me a nice slab of styrofoam from an old box to put on the floor of my tent as I go home. I sick my BlueLabs PH soil pen in a drain hole at the bottom side of my pot and HOLY CRAP its only 17c and the PH is 5.2 !!!!! I take the plants to the bathtub and flush them with clean water PH'd to 5.8, about 8L of rinse per pot. I check initial run-off and its a whopping 2300ppm/50!!!!! I also remove some of the effected fan leafs in hopes I dont get some sort of plant illness. A day later I do the same PH test, PH is 5.8 and temp is 22C...all is well again. I should have paid attention to growing saying...make sure you get run off checks.

Harvested a little over 2.5 oz from this plant, very resinous, extremely indica dominant. Smooth smoke. Sorry for the late post I moved and forgot all about the diary until recently and wanted to post the harvest pictures.

Que pasa familia, vamos con la séptima y última semana de floración de estas Gorilla cookies Auto de FastBuds. Por el momento todo va bien tienen buen color, van madurando esas flores. Llevan solo agua toda la semana. Por supuesto el ph se mide en cada riego y se mantiene en 6.2 y riego en intervalos de 48h. La temperatura está entorno al 22/24 grados y la humedad anda sobre el 50%. La verdad para ser autos es que me han hasta sorprendido , buena estructura, resistentes , fáciles, huelen fuerte y están llenas de resina. Qué más puedo pedir? Flipped these girls to flower on day 26. Most of them have been looking good and growing pretty fast. I topped off the reservoir and added a little maxibloom. All 8 plants are drinking a total of about 2 gallons of water per day now. I kinda slacked on training them this week, but I will try to get them spread out some over the next week. I have been pulling a few fan leaves from the bottom so they can get good air circulation.

420 Fastbuds Week 2 Veg FBT2307 The three of these are starting off great. The few rust spots stopped and stayed on the couple leafs it showed up on. I feed 500ml of solution every other day. I did start the General Hydroponics 3 part Flora series as well as the Calimagic. On week one I started 1/4tsp per gal ratio every other feed, so far no burn so will probably bump it up this coming week and see how they respond. All in all Happy Growing.

Really happy with the weeks progress. Not much difference so far between the 6 NFT and the 2 in All Mix.
