Heading into week 3 of vege, things still seem normal. Growth rate is starting to increase. Roots have developed nicely and the plant wasn't too fussed from the transplant last week. I've increased the nutrients resulting in a PPM of about 850, looking forward to seeing how the girls respond to that. Once the plants have a little more vertical development I will try some low stress training. I'm Enjoying the learning process - I took the red pill and the rabbit hole sure is deep. 04/04/2021 Starting to shape up nicely and flower has started on both GSC & Blue Dream, time for a banana peel tea 1 tbls to 2 lt. water bottle will try two tbls to 2 liter next week to see if they will tolerate it.👍

So week 2 came with a couple of issues, my hometown (Wich is in Argentina, southern hemisphere) went through a heat wave, I did my best to try and keep the temp down inside, but my indoor was in a room without ac, so off to a slow 2 week too... This seed and most of the grow equipment was given to me and my intention was to made more seeds out of it and gift them for the second cannabis expo in Argentina.

So, my friends, today my Strawberry Guavas started week 4. The nutrient solution was freshly prepared and changed. Everything was fresh from Canna. They also received their first cut, which allows a little more light to penetrate. So far, everything looks great 🤗

Been another smooth week. A few of the plants are starting to show signs that they are moving towards to finish line. Seeing some swelling, pistils starting to brown, and some beautiful purples coming out in some of the buds. Been debating on giving them a dose of dry koolbloom, but I will probably just keep them running on the maxibloom until flush since they look pretty happy. Thos candy cane is popping up a lot of deep purple tones but I'm not really liking the lack of swelling in the calyxes at this point. She has a nice sweet candy aroma, but I am thinking she will be the loser of this grow when judging bag appeal alone. Hoping she puffs up over the next week or so.

Of the 5 seeds i harvested 44grams avg. Keep in mind the pest condition and some ripped by snails. In all a satesfying grow.

🍀18/07 - Empieza su octava semana en etapa de floración. 🍀Tiene un aroma muy dulce, como si fuera caramelo, es increíble el olor que larga y la cantidad de tricomas, todos se encuentran color blanco. 🍀Ya le agregue Top Wash de Top Crop para que pueda realizar un buen lavado de raiz. Hey guys! Thanks for stopping in to check out my babies! This is week 2 of flower (days 8-14). This week things really seemed to take off! 🔥 Plants were happy all week long and seemed to grow almost an 1” per day if not more. Buds are developing nicely, no smell yet but nice to see them stackin’. I cut out anything under the trellis that would end up being popcorn buds so the plants could focus on the main colas. Hoping I’ll just have to pull a few leaves here and there from now on. The New Floraflex drip system has been nice! 💯 It has made watering easier and more automated. Water distribution isn’t perfect but I’m sure they aren’t 100% level either. Plants should stop stretching after this next week and should start putting on some size! Stoked to see what these girls can do in week 3! Day by day break down: Day 8 Cut out some lower growth/ leaves blocking bud sites Day 9 Fed all 6 plants. PH: 6.11, PPM: 1136 Day 10 Plants look great. Let them do their thing. Day 12 Fed al 6 plants. PH: 6.05, PPM: 1264 Day 14 sitting at 29” tall right now. Not so stressed on height being be issue. Thinking they might be around 35-40” tall at the max. Stay tuned for next weeks post to see how much these ladies have thickened up!

This week was all upgrades and preparing for a 2 week vacation where my gf would need to take care of the plants but that would end to almost killing all of them lol stay tuned.

Do-Si-dos auto is doing good. She got some defoliation and lst today. She is due for a solution change very soon. I will be switching her to the blooming nutrition at that time. She has shot out her first pistils. The next few weeks should be a lot of stretching. Nothing more to report at the moment. Well it's all gone to shit. Water temps can't be controlled with lights turned up..so turned the 1000w dimluxs off and now running just 4x 400w hps..had to stay in veg..given the roots and good wash and bath in alien rot x solution. Filter on circulation pump blocked with the gunge that's come off the roots..cleaned and refitted. 2 weeks before bigger chiller arrives. Keeping temps below 19c with lights turned down. Fingers crossed the roots recover nicely..

I will give her more time ,as much as she needs. Very nice grow so far.
