week 3 is a tough rn not gonna lie shes yellowing extremely fast and shes begging me for potassium. i was just giving her 2 tsps to 3 gallons of water. as of today (jan 8 2022) i gave her a feed of 1 and 1/4 bloom and 1/4 veg nutes to try to fight the yellowing. i honestly dont know if that was the right thing to do most threads i read just said to add some nitrogen but idk if dyna gros bloom and grow are meant to be mixed. especially this late in flower. either way its too late i already gave it to her i guess now all i can do is wait and see what happens. you can see how fast the yellowing is happening too.

Perfectly healthy maybe not as dark color as the other plant but thata the diversity we enjoy in this sport of growing. Showing no signs of deffinciecies or overfeeding / burning, handled the stress like a true champ!

Almost done here! What a journey. I’m gonna flush her tonight, even if the soil is still wet. I’m sorry I don’t have one extra week (2 weeks with Overdrive would be better), but the buds are big and fat now. Definitely time for a big flush. You can see trichomes maturation on the two videos I uploaded.

Looks like this might be the last week for this girl. Was hoping to see more change in tricomes but not sure if worth the wait. Give it a few more days and see what the loop says.

Day 71. Girls are still stretching !!! Will supercrop biggest Blue Dream this Monday or maybe Sunday if i am lucky. I think next watering is on Saturday and it takes 2 days , so i can do it only before watering, less damage to plant and hopefully quicker recovery !!! But they reach sky, so no other way ! This week will be updated after main actions. Amazing run ! Day 72. Supercrop and watering day, before this - plants look amazing, but they reach sky and will go hermie in shade most of the time. Will update AFTER ... ;)) Job done ! Moved monster to the corner and supercroped her hard, left two colas untouched. Think Blue Dream #2 could need same drastic measures ;))) All girls got feed, raised lights to max. Hope stretch is over, otherwise half of harvest larva buds and i already cleared plants heavily ... One more round of defoliation for sure ! Day 75. Blue Dream took supercroping like nothing, still reduced watering on 25% for two goes, tops already standing up, leaves reverted to new horizont and hopefully no bananas !!! ;)) Girls got water with CalMag and video is straight after last round, i water in 3 rounds, 30 min inbetween, have no run off most of the time. Weird growth on the leaves of one of my plants. Looks healthy otherwise. White widow is beginning to pop out for life.

Heeey all! Sorry for the huge amount of photos but this week was crazy. So many things happened and my lack of knowledge clearly showed up. I ended stressing one of my plants for no reason! 😱 At the start of the week everything was normal until I noticed that one of Roko's buds looked weird. It seemed to be too dry and orange for my tastes and I didn't know what it was. Obviously I started to ask around and I got so many mixed messages haha. Some people said it was nothing and I should not worry about it and others said they were 100% sure it was botrytis or budrot... aaaaaaaand I got paranoid lol. 😵😨 At first I tried to keep calm and ignore it for one day but the next one the bud looked even worse and that's when I feared the worst. What if it's really budrot? In general the values I write in here are approximates or an average of the week.. and usually my tent never goes over 60% of RH (in the dark it stays between 50% to 60% when I water them and on some rare occasions it reaches 65%). This time, after I checked the thermometer it said "75% of RH" but I did not know if it was during their sleep time or maybe some time after the lights went on) so once again I feared the worst! What if the plants stayed all the night with that amount of RH? Was that enough time for them to develop budrot? What if it's still nothing? Yikes. 😭 I had to do something and I did, I wasn't going to risk everything! I started removing the worst looking leaf to see if there was anything mushy or ugly between it and the pistils but I didn't see anything (maybe I was safe and that was something else? Or maybe the budrot was even deeper and I could not see it?) After reading I realized that the best idea was to cut the bud in half and then slice it to "see" if there was anything inside... so I did it and absolutely nothing showed up 😖! Those were good news! Sadly tho the poor plant had to go thru some stress after cutting that bud in half (at least from what I saw the insides were tightly packed and the photos showed some really cool stuff) The rest of the week was uneventful (compared to what I feared haha) and some leaves started to change even more in color (I love it). I think I'll start with the flush next week or the one after that one. There are some amber trichomes...! Thanks all for checking my diary! Hopefully you'll all find the pictures interesting! PD: None of the plants have seeds in them, even when one of the sliced buds seemed to be making them!

I'm happy with the wet weight given it was 2 plants 11 inches in height when I started, the smells the colors the yield this was an easy and beautiful process

Looks like growth has stopped and the work is going into the flowers. Some leaf tip burn but in not going to change anything, I could fuss and look at the TDS, but I've always got myself in a tis and mucked things up. I'd say this is looking to be an average yield. Not the smallest, not the largest!

These two girls grew in the back of my town with very minimal attention. I only had them in 3 gallon pots. I got about 2 ounces off each plant of top shelf didn’t even trim the larf there wasn’t much. I would definitely recommend Captain Redbeard’s genetics.

Week 3 = Defoliation!

A couple of days ago I got home and a sublime smell of coffee pervaded the area. Smell it smells you I came to understand what was good when I started the flush of our wonderful Auto test #1. The colors have come out forcefully both in the hair and the leaves have taken on a fantastic color, the maturation at the top is practically finished at the bottom something is missing, the plant still drinks a lot and we are flushing as if there were no tomorrow. We don't know what this beauty is GHSC mouths are rightly kitchens because it will be out very soon we are sure of one thing, a smell of coffee that makes me tear my underwear, wonderful. Auto test #2 is a week late but because I planted her quite later, she has now started to apply color but she has been throwing resin everywhere for a while, she too will be scary. I am so glad I decided to do some low stress training!! After that one feeding at the end of last week the plant truly bounced back and showed no more signs of deficiency problems.. 😅 Because I started some early LST I began to see the much smaller nodes develop over this week and it started to give me hope lmao. There was not only a difference in the vibrancy of the green leaves but there was also a difference in the texture of the leaves as well! The ones that were damaged were thicker and more rough, while the new healthy leaves were much softer! For now I will leave some of the damaged leaves on because I don't want to strip her too early but periodically over the next couple of weeks I am going to start pruning and training her more (especially since she's a keeper). I also went ahead and started giving my girl a foliar spray feeding of diluted garlic & onion peel water which I plan on continuing with while in veg.

Big Lemon needs a stronger dose of calcium in her next feeding. I normally dont have nutrient probs but ive never had to feed a plant this big and hungry 😯
