This girl has had a great week. She has put on some good leaf growth, and has rebounded from the light stress. I had been doing bending her top over to expose the lower branches, no ties just repeating the process. She got transplanted near the end of the week into a 2 gallon pot, and got her first real dose of nutrients. RH has been steady at about 65% and temps are consistent at 78-79 degrees. The 2x4 tent is super easy to manage with the AC in-line fan/controller and a small 250 watt heater outside the tent at the fresh air draw. 😊 I think my plan for this one is to veg it out long enough, to do a single plant SCROG in my 2x4 tent. I missed last week but the girls are looking so good and frosty now! Not much of a difference in them, from then to now. They're super sticky and they smell amazing. The best way to describe it would be, "a sweet funk". I actually had to chop one down 😓to make some room in the flower tent... it was btw. Other than that, I noted that the girls needed some calmag so they're getting some in the dirt this week. I am so excited, I can't for these to finish.

Day 52 - before pic/vid pulled em both out scrubbed tanks..... moved em into a different tent, with a different light.... did up completely different solutions, and currently still building it all.... Day 53 - still buildin... vids of new home... Nutrifield, Rock Nitro, 1200-1500 ppm and 6.5 PH.... see if we can give em a good boost.... left em in pure water before puttin em in new solution.... Day 57 - pics vid.... been adjusting ph... down to 5.8.... they are just growin along nicely in the new home... got a fan for the tent... looks good tho... solution temp is abit high, fan will fix that..... changed just the tanks to 5lt Cereal containers, they are alot taller, more room below the container... fits perfect.... We plan to pre-flowering in next week. In this week we are stop topping in these girl. And make 160 cola per 1 plant and training with maintenance cut for Top bud every cola. We use compost tea and craft organic fertilizer to take nutrient to soil and plant can use it for flowering stage.

The bubble bomb is short and stout. She is looking happy. Gave her a flush and fresh nutrients. Pulling a couple leaves every couple days to keep light penetrating and spreading her out as she grows. Will be switching them to flower in a week.

After 10 days I Change Them to flowering 12/23 🤞🙂 und IT will be 8.5 weeks vegi and 8weeks flowering

Everything going strong. Baby Yoda spreading his ears. One leaf started to curl a bit. Maybe too much water? Starting nutes tomorrow. The more leaves. Wanted to start nutes but soil is too moist. Will hold off for another day. Just misting the surface. Started with Fox Farm at 1/3 dosage as my soil had organic nutes in it already. Starting slowly. Saw a gnat running around. Stopped water and misting. Put some packing tape in. Should be ok. 😁 Temperature is creeping up as I add more light. Maybe increase distance soon. Increased the light distance. Leaves were looking a little baked. Maybe too hot as well.

Day 40 flower going start taking her some nuits and see how she is in a weeks time getting close

I was selected to test some of Fastbuds new genetics. Seeds germinated in 48hrs and 5 days later it broke ground and hasent slowed down. This grow is in my 4x4ft grow space located in an uninsulated shed. Each plant has a dedicated 150-200w LED from Viparspectra or Mars. Winter Temps in my area spike to -15C or more in Jan and Feb, so this will be an interesting and challenging grow. The grow room is 20-30C above ambient temperature, so there is a little manual and auto manipulation of grow Temps. All 5 plants are growing great now! Started flowering my bag seed plant to go ahead and get it sexed ahead of flipping the light. I'm feeling a female! She's looking too good to be a boy. The mentos is recovering great from the topping, as you can see she's starting to bush out quite nice, all but #2 (the taller, single stalk one). Went ahead and started tying back all the branches that were getting ready for it. Also started defoliating some of the would be larf from the lower nodes to give them more energy to the future colas! We're almost there guys and gals, flowering time is right around the corner! Hopefully a week or so away. I can't Fu@k!ng wait! LESSSSGOOOOOOOOOOOOO

The hardest part of growing, is the time for harvest... I didn't do the norm, no 12/12 I do 10/14.. Do I harvest? I flushed her out, its only week 6 of flower, and I feel like there is plenty of time for these babies to bulk up... things are on cruise control, moon mintz is a 9 week flowering plant. She is looking absolutely BEAUTIFUL. This whole grow, except the hermie... has been a blessing. I love this plant, seeing my efforts going into these huge buds is very very amazing.

Fun grow, treated each plant with a different growing techniques - Fim, Top, Lst, super-cropping, etc. Surprised on yield using basic $130.00 Bestva. Dry weight over 1/3 of a pound. They hung for 5 days. I put time into flushing and Trichome viewing, willing to sacrifice THC content for a more energetic medicine. I nailed the harvest based off of partly/mostly cloudy trichs(pic above). The weed is gas, top-shelve, better than the 21.5% thca GC I purchase through dispensary. Very, Very pleased with results. Biggest mistakes made on this grow: 1) 2 initial pots too small for 10 week veg requiring a tricky late veg transplant. 2) not using cal/mag in mid Veg. 3) allowing humidity to drop too low while drying buds in tent - final product is a little brittle.

So the final week was week ten, and onyl just a few days in. I will be interested to see how this dries and cures out. I will be back in six weeks with a proper smoke report.

This week was a lot of fun, I never had a plant fade black on me, I knew lemon pie could have purple traits, but this plant is stunning now that it’s finishing. Far from what I expected in a really good way. Going to give her a few more days, because each day the fade just gets better and better. I can’t wait to try this out, should be ready to share harvest with you soon. One of those plants that’s hard to chop down in the end.
